This is a pro-only store for cosmetology professionals. The staff is friendly and helpful. They went to great lengths for me the other day to see if they could order a product for me. They were out of some things, which is the only reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating, and some things they were out of on the floor, they had in the back. But they were more than happy to help when I asked. This is my default place for supplies for my business. They carry a good number of product lines and are able to advise on the products themselves. They also have a rewards program, so you earn points for all your purchases.

Do not shop here. I purchased a pair of clippers from here on June 26th. I left for maternity leave and forgot my clippers at work. When I returned a week later to get them I could not find them. I then went to Armstrong to purchase a new pair. Of course mine then showed up. I returned today thinking I would have no problem returning the pair of unopened, unused clippers I purchased. Boy was I wrong! They refused to take the $76.29 brand new clippers back!Now, this is what it says on the receipt:Store Credit only on unused product (it's not product)20% Restock fee on all returns (which insinuates that they do allow returns AND I was totally prepared to pay this, even though I think it's obnoxious)No returns after 30 days of purchase (purchased June 26th then tried to return July 13th. Well within the 30 days)30 day defective guarantee on electrical tool (so basically I could open them and then tell them they weren't working properly and THEN they would take them back, but they refuse to take them back brand new and unused)After 30 days must return to the manufacturerIt says NOTHING about not being able to return an electrical tool at all. When I questioned the franchise owner about this he said "well, you can't put everything on the receipt"So I guess it is ok to make up rules as it suits you? Unbelievable! Not only is this unacceptable for a business to do, but the owner was incredibly rude about it. He was not interested in making sure his customer was happy. In fact, it seemed to be more than anything that he just wanted to "win" the argument. I will not be back.
