Not a friendly environment! The Clerks barely speak. They Will not offer to assist you "even if your standing there needing help" They spend all their time talking to each other and gossiping. I have Been feeling a bad vibe from this location the last two times I visited. I've never in my 27 years been treated like I wasn't a valued professional stylist/customer by ARMSTRONG MCALL until now....The stock is always low or non existent. Shop elsewhere!!! Go to canal:Nice folks there who greet you and happy to assist.

I live 2 minutes from the other location and go out of my way to shop here because everyone is so helpful and pleasant . Do yourself a favor and go to this Armstrong McCall location even if it's out of your way . They're great .
