Armond Meats

The service was wonderful. The cuts of filet were perfectly shredded for my Philly cheesesteak. I will definitely return.

I've started going to Armond's Specialty Meats last year when I contacted him on purchasing a brisket to pair with our main course in the United Way Red Beans & Rice Cook-off. My Boss did an outstanding job smoking the beautifully marbled meat that the owner donated because it was to contribute to a non-profit organization. Since then I have made stopping by Armond's a monthly "To-Do". And I'm never disappointed. The best selection of meat, sliced or for grIlling/roasting as well as other gems; such as beef bones, their beef jerky and hogs head cheese are just a few of my repeat purchases. His newest creation is a pork roast stuffed w cream cheese and jalapeños and bacon-wrapped. Delish!!

The hubby and I came here for some steaks and were very pleased with the quality! They were super tasty and were a better price than getting them at Winn Dixie or Rouses. I have been into butcher shops that have a specific smell and this one did not have that smell, was very thankful for that. It's always nice supporting a locally family owned business as well.

I ordered a 6 pound prime rib and it was awesome. They have a large selection and the meats look great. Planning on getting some duck next time. Highly recommend as an alternative to the grocery meat department.

Brought my wild hog in to be made into sausage. I got green onion, hot, bacon cheddar, and jalapeño cheddar. They are all fantastic. Any thing else I harvest will definitely be brought here. Staff was friendly and helpful as I'd never had anything processed before. The owner even apologized for a slightly slower turn around than normal because he had pneumonia. No apology needed. If you live in the area don't take your meat anywhere else but here.

Great butcher shop with sandwiches as well. Very good cuts and selections. Special prices bring people in often. Very personal service.

The service is always good and the cold cuts are delicious. Love the containers of chicken salad and potato salad.

Very disappointed in the boudin we bought. It had so much liquid in it & had the texture of canned cat food. I have bought boudin from Walmart, that tastes a lot better. I will not be back!

Horrible service... horrible parking... no directions, I'm pulling out of the parking lot. Owner operator decided to talk to a customer driving towards me. Owner wouldn't direct the customer to back up. Stupidity at its max. No accountability for their own business.
