I wish I could remember my bartender name .. you were amazing and I hope you do well in life !! We walked from jam.nola a few blocks away -- and found this little bar and decided to grab a drink! Tequila daisy was the suggestion and when I tell you it was delicious!!There was music playing , they have a pool table & you can order some snacks upstairs ! They have cute little tables set up outside for use . 10/10 beautiful bar I will be back

I love this neighborhood spot! The bar is on a corner and has a good size bar and plenty of seating. The bartender was really nice and helped us pick out a variety of cocktails. All of the special cocktails we had were delicious The stand out for me was the frozen Cardamon Tea Margarita drink. Not sweet and a wonderful subtle flavor. I must get back for more of those.

I'm late to reviewing but the Black Lagoon pop up that happens in October at Anna's is amazing! The drinks were on point. The decor was awesome. AND the food popup had a delicious homemade choco taco!The popup was only upstairs (so not accessible) and as we were leaving there was a card reader setting up.The drinks were maybe too delicious and the zombie mermaid tiki glass (if you got one you paid a deposit so it would be returned) was a bajillion stars. I really hope it happens again this year!

Short review. Came in, as it was across from Pepps and didn't have a good time there. Ordered two cocktails, the boulevardier was pretty good, the pineapple daiquiri was too sugary and couldn't be finished. The barstools are shockingly comfortable. Chill environment, would stop in for happy hour.

The upstairs bar is slowly becoming my favorite hiding spot. There's a pretty dope cocktail menu and the ambiance is just right. I stumbled upon an open mic night and it was a really great time listening to people tell their stories with full expression! The bartenders are nice and accommodating. I'm a fan! The food pop up from Tacos para la vida is the absolute icing on the cake!

This review is for the awesome Halloween pop-up, The Black Lagoon, which I realize may or may not be a separate business as it's happening at various bars all over the country, but Anna's gets props for hosting, so 5 stars it is.I went one time so far and I suspect I'll be returning several more times with friends in town over the next week. Head past the pool tables to the back stairs and you will find yourself in the lair of Ursula (or whatever swamp monster you like). It's so campy, dark and cool!There's a specialty cocktail list with dark & dreamy drinkies and glasses available for purchase (I have my eye on that skeletal mermaid glass). There's psychics and DJ sets and burlesque. There's creepy decor with black lights and bursts of liquid smoke. It's fun and you need to get there by 11/1 or it's all gone.Anna's itself seems cool. I'm still sad about Mimi's, it was my haunt for well over a decade... vibe is similar so I need to get over myself and just put it back on rotation.

Hidden bar in the back of Franklin, my favorite part about Anna's was the beautiful view from upstairs and the ambiance created with the candles. Dogs are welcome and the drinks are pretty good. It's definitely a cozy spot for drinks.

Don't expect the kitchen to be open it's posted hours. Half the time I go here the kitchen has closed two hours early and I only try to go a few times a year. The bar is not worth going to either, it's overpriced and the bartenders are pretentious.

My husband and I booked the upstairs area for our post-wedding after party. We got married at Hotel Peter & Paul so it was a simple walk over to Anna's. The staff was helpful and kind, even asking us if we had song requests. The drinks were great, we even pre-payed for some beers that they had for us. There was a nice couch and a little outside balcony for people to hang out on. It was the ideal spot! Highly recommend.

Best bar in Nola!!!Cozy upstairs with dance parties, cutie bartenders (HI IAN) and the jukebox is killer. Also pool table so it really has everything.
