Awesome adventure spot for kids. They have so many activities for the kids. The Ninja Wall, Zipline, rock wall climb, Trampolines area, obstacle course, arcade games, and more. The kids have fun and they wear themselves out. You are assigned a block of time for kids to play and are given colored bracelets that rep your time slot. Great time!

Wow!!!! Just wow!!! I wish a place of this sort was around when I was of age. I would've made this my second home. Indoors there is lots of activity that is going on. Seems like 'ordered chaos', but there definitely is a system that's in place. You walk in, sign a waiver, go to the counter, purchase skid-proof socks, purchase JUMP TIME for your kid or kids to play and then off to the races they go. It can be a little intimidating for a parent, to just cut your kid loose and let them run about. But for the most part, you're able to keep your eyes on them to ensure that they are safe. I didn't find the lines to be too long. As a matter fact, the lines moved fairly swiftly. And all of the ball and foam pits, jumping pads, just all so exhilarating and exciting. Talk about BURING OFF ENERGY. On this Sunday, we took my niece to play, this was as much fun for me as it was for her. No, I didn't get in the ball pit or on any of the rides however, just seeing children running about having innocent fun warmed my heart. There's a zip line that covers the middle portion of the building. Truly it looks like a lot of fun. The children's legs are dangling as they travel the zip line; and I love that individual that's working the ride ensure that the harnesses are properly adjusted and in place, I saw him double & triple check the clasps. I appreciate the extra measure of safety. We also purchased a game card for my niece to play arcade type games. Love that the winnings are loaded onto the card and that there is a machine/kiosk that can be utilized to dispense prizes according to the number of tokens/tickets that you've won. I mean talk about autonomy. This is a great place of recreation for the children, I found the pricing to be fair for the playtime and the food. On this particular day, there was a group of young teenagers that were upstairs unsupervised and clearly being a nuisance. Thankfully, the sheriff on duty was alerted, and he came in and cleared the area. In the future I would like to see this area sectioned off and access only be allowed for parties.

SO FUN!We brought our daughter and niece here and it was so fun they had a blast! The zip line was the main attraction but it's all a blast. Full of safe activities for kids around 4 and up. The place was very clean and workers were helpful and polite. We paid like $56 on Saturday for 2 8 year olds to play for an hour and a half. Music is playing and neon lights going the whole time, almost like a kids club lol. Slides are big, tons of rock climbs, American ninja warrior course and trampolines. There is an obstacle course in the air but my kids couldn't do it due to the way you have to transfer the ropes, it took up so much time bc they were too short to change the rope direction I would probably skip if your kids can't reach the top. Lockers available to rent, food and drinks available to buy and tons of massage chairs for parents. All around a great place!

The kids had a blast! So glad the Westbank finally got something fun for the kids and adults indoor. Keep in mind that all that will be playing will have to have grip socks on. Bring your own or you can purchase it there. Play time is timed by the hours you purchased and they will give you a certain color and the time stamp of when your play time is over. I recommend going when they just open so their won't be too many kids there. They have a nice variety of snacks to buy at the food court. Price is very reasonable. Since playtime is timed, I suggest eating before your play or after your playtime is up. They also have an arcade for adults that doesn't want to pay to play with their kids. There is a main court and also kids zone, rock climbing, robe course, wipeout, Zipline and ECT. I can't wait to plan a birthday party for the kids here soon!

Rude!!!!!!!! You get 1 star because I couldn't do Zero... You have Lazy Boyfriends/Girlfriends Staff that hangs with each other instead of Watching the Kids, You have Delicate "girls" as your Cashier, lost in there first time Job, not able to think and Run to Momma because your feeling got hurt, when if you where train right, answering to question would be easy, ....Was here for Birthday Party... your Staff was Lost, it's a Child's Birthday and you expect the "kid" the get their Own drink, serving themselves at 5 years old and you want 18% tips... WOW Never Coming Back

Ive been here as a party guest, had my 6yo child's party here, and brought my kids on random days to play. Very good experience each time. Our children are small so we only go in the morning or during the week - it's perfect. Small crowds, no lines for zip line. The place is always clean, and employees are kind and helpful. The only time I ever encountered a problem was when we went for a birthday party that was in the evening. It was so crowded, and some of the employees seemed overwhelmed. I also saw a small child get hit in the face with a ball because it was too crowded for the employees to safely manage.I recommend this place but only during the early and/or weekday timeslots

Workers are sitting around and not watching kids. This area was for 1 person at a time and 6 kids were jumping. He only said something when a kid sat up there by him. All of the workers here are lazy and stand around on their phone or talking to each other. We watched while they ignored kids a chance to go on the slide and allowed for some to go over and over again. This was disappointing for an establishment for kids.

The place was very entertaining but it slowly got repetitive and wasn't as fun. Staff weren't in areas I wanted to go in which removed fun. Staff weren'twhere I was which meaner kids could do things without getting kicked out. Overall 3.7 stars.

My kids love this place and always have so much fun. Dominique was incredibly helpful and kind!
