LOVED our tour!! We had such a great time! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable with being a 5th generation fisherman in the area. When we had questions, he knew the answers! He also never let us stop laughing. We were able to see a few gators on our tour but the beauty of the trees, birds, and other views made the tour even better!

Buying tickets - easy Parking - easy Heading inside to get tickets- seamless and easy/ very organized Airboat ride - fabulous, saw gators, guide was great, (it does not go fast heads up), ear protection was provided Timeline - terrible - we were shorted over 30 min because they started lateOverall- think it was fun but with time loss, not worth $300 ($60x5 people).

Came to New Orleans on a group trip and had the absolute BEST time on this Airboat Adventure tour. They picked us up right on time and transported our whole group of 16 to Lafitte, Louisiana. There is also a bar there so you can grab some drinks before and for your tour. Our guide was fantastic and knowledgeable - we saw several alligators, a bald eagle, and some turtles along the way while taking in the bayou. It was a really special experience and it also lasted a good amount. I did an Airboat Tour in the Everglades and much preferred this one!!Everything went efficiently, smooth, and we had an absolute blast!

Very nice tour. Takes @ an hour and forty five minutes. They recommend you not take the airboat if you have back or neck injuries... I have both so I rode the pontoon. It was cool and had handicap access. Facilities were good and equipment was well maintained... all boats started immediately... if you are a boater you know that's impressive. The guide was an excellent boat handler... I know because I am a horrible boat handler and he didn't do any of the stupid stuff I do. Aside from stunning scenery we saw a variety of wildlife including gators, pelicans, various and sundry birds and a bald eagle looking all majestic. I was pretty pleased. Booked thru viator with no issues. Good value for the money

We just took a privateish small boat tour There was 6 of us and 4 other folks for a total of 10 and qe had the BEST time. Kentucky, Indiana and Texas IN THA HOUSE! OUR tour guy was awesome! He called the gators in French and they ACTUALLY came swimming straight to the boat. We seen a total of 6 gators at various intervals during our trip which was the highlight. We also seen a rare purple bird that our guide was over the moon about. The ones with the chicken feet and duck bill.Parking was great, they have a bathroom in doors and booze while you wait.

This felt like another event that we had to do. We booked the small boat tour for 9:45Am. We enjoyed every minute of it! Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! Pro tip, it did start getting warmer towards the end of the tour, bring SPF protection, hats, lotion, mosquito repellent, water, etc.Alligators enjoy the warmer weather but just be mindful of temperatures prior to booking. We had to get the classic tour picture at the end.

Amazing, must do stop when in New Orleans. Bourbon Street hotel pickup and drop off was incredibly convenient and affordable. It was nice to see various parts of Nola on the drive out to the launch bay. The driver pointed out a really old cool tree along the way. Once we arrived, we made our way into the store to use the facilities and observe the albino alligator, which I'm not going to lie: kinda freaked me out. I mean, it's awesome. It's just so intense looking! They have drinks, snacks & merch available. We were then directed up to the dock where they have more restrooms & beverages available. Once we boarded our airboat, our awesome captain gave us optional ear protection took us out into the swamp. I loved the adrenaline rush of gilding over the water. It drizzled on us a little and I was sure glad I had brought layers. We got to see owls, cranes, alligators, and more! The swamp ambiance is simply gorgeous. The cemetery was also very cool. I highly recommend this tour!

Recommended by friends I'm so glad I got to do this on the first day I arrived. We were blessed by beautiful weather and therefore the alligators! You check in at the gift shop in front where you can buy all the typical gator souvenirs. They have different options. We chose the high speed boat for $89 which included transportation to and from our hotel which was about a half an hour drive. Such a great experience to see the wild life and swamp of Louisiana. It gives you a sense of the geography to be in the bayou which eventually leads to the Gulf. We got to see egrets, cormorants, barn owls and lots of alligators of all sizes! Our driver and guide was great! Full of fun facts, a sense of humor, and an accent which reminded me of Matthew McConaughey. Sorry I didn't catch his name! Highly recommend this!!

While my friends and I were in NO for a bachelor party we decided to take an airboat tour at kind of the last minute and I'm glad we did.I believe our Airboat Captain was Christina(sp?) and she was absolutely amazing. Other than the awesome swamp area, she showed us some legit wild alligators, and a 300+ year old cemetary. The whole experience was super fun and it was amazing seeing that side of Louisiana. Highly recommended!

Very organized and friendly throughout the process. Even the employees taking the photos were all smiles and a great interaction! The guide/boat operator was fun and informative and allowed plenty of opportunities to get good pictures. This is a company I would go to again!
