Adam is by far the most knowledgeable and friendliest jeweler I have ever worked with! Recently purchased two watches from him and couldn't be happier! Alders has the most amazing selection of jewelry and I haven't ever felt pressured. I've also gone for ring repairs twice now and both times they were done same day and they looked better than the day I bought them! Adam and his team are incredible and we will definitely be back!

This is a great place to buy a watch. I went in looking for a nice watch and Adam was able to help. He knows a lot about fine mechanical watches. Adam showed me a wide variety of Swiss watches: Oris, Tudor and Rolex - they even have Grand Seiko which is hard to find in the U.S. After trying on a Rolex Air-King, I knew I had found what I was looking for. If you want a nice watch go to Adler's and ask for Adam.

Not only does he have the expertise to guide you in your decision, he is equally a watch enthusiast, who's product knowledge is readily apparent. Picked up the Grand Seiko "Snowflake", a remarkable watch. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Adam to friends and family.

I just purchased a watch from Adam and am very pleased with the service I received. He's a watch guy and very good at communicating with customers like me who live outside of the New Orleans area. Buying an expensive watch is sometimes an arduous journey, but not with Adam and the Adler's team. I recently made a couple of purchases from Adler's Metairie store and had an extremely pleasant experience . their sales staff, in particular a lovely lady named Courtney, made my shopping experience a true delight.Please note that this store re-located from Lakeside mall to a location nearby on Veterans Blvd (adjacent to Trader Joe's) . their webpage, at last check, still references their prior location inside the Lakeside mall.

I used to love Adler's, and recently I've had nothing but problems there. I went into the store to buy 2 pairs of diamond stud earrings for my granddaughters, and was told by one of the 3 salespeople in the front of the store that the children's jewelry was in the back room. In the back room each of the 2 employees there were assisting other customers. I waited several minutes, then asked one of the three employees in the front - who were just standing around - no customers at all in the front - if he could help me. He said no, only the sales people in the back could help me. Another 5 minutes. I went back into the front and disturbed him while he was playing on his phone. Once again, no. I asked another of the front employees. She escorted me to the back, where one of the salespeople was finally free. I asked her if she could help me and she said, no, her customers left, but would be back in a few minutes. WHAT?!?!I walked a few feet away in the mall, and bought 2 pairs of diamond stud earrings from their very helpful competition.A few weeks later I brought my husbands watch - that he purchased there years ago - to have the battery changed. I was informed that it needed to be serviced and would be back in 3 weeks, and would cost $365. I agreed, left the watch, and after 3 weeks went to pick it up only to be told it wasn't there. It took 3 visits from me and several days, for them to finally find the watch. I think I've had enough.

Adam provides top notch customer service each time we pay him a visit. He is knowledgeable & consistently goes the extra mile for his clients. You can trust him completely for all of your jewelry needs.

This is an incredible place to shop for watches. Chatting with Adam was a joy and I really appreciated him taking the time to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for watches. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they were the only Grand Seiko Salon in the area, showcasing an impressive variety of pieces. Adam showed me a Snowflake SBGA211 for the first time in-person and I was so thrilled to purchase it and take it home.I can't wait to visit the shop again.
