Right at a decade since I last ate here I decided to give this place and try and specially since in your ownership. I ended up getting the barbecue chicken plate. Which cost a little over $13. In my opinion definitely not work for $13. Average tasting chicken, and the sweet potato was better than average. The service was decent at best. It may not be another decade before I eat here again. But it won't be anytime soon.

Best Reuben in the world!!! Fresh cut fries too! Their lunch specials change daily.

Tiens, we finally made it to lunch at Eraste's Brother's place.Both lunch options were just great !Off street parking, clean restrooms, fair prices, good selection of "sides".I approve $ will be back !Rick .

Place is LEGIT. The reuben is A+ and The Don Burger with homemade fries is LIGHTS OUT

Ordered a couple of plate lunches on a Friday here at work. They have really friendly staff and make sure to accommodate anyone with special requests or substitutions. I would say that the crawfish etoufee is phenomenal. You get a big portion with two sides. If you are looking for an affordable, filling lunch then this is the spot for you!

So I found out about this place at the poboy festival. The Rueben was one of the best I've ever had. I've wanted to try out the actual restaurant ever since. This weekend I had the chance and I was not disappointed.The porchetta poboy is fantastic!! My wife had the shrimp poboy and it was amazing! The flavor of the shrimp was great. I love that all of the meals have a home cooked taste!

I visited last Saturday after looking around the area. The place was there inviting and the patio was a place I'd like to visit with a live band on a Saturday morning for brunch or Sunday after church. They really have a place to be proud of. With that being said, that was all the positive that I can give at this time. (I plan on giving it another try) I arrived very early and there wasn't a lot of people there. The boudin wasn't ready (warmed up) so I waited about ten minutes. I ordered the cochon plate lunch with coleslaw, potato salad and two pounds of boudin. The cochon was very dry, potato salad was ok and coleslaw was alright. Not impressed with any of it. The boudin was mushy, and tasted like jalapeño rice without meat. I have to say one of the worse tasting boudin I've ever had. Ambiance = 9.5 and food wasn't even ratable. The bright side is the new owner has the sky to reach for now. Good Luck!

Went in for the first time today to try the Reuben. By far the best sandwich I've ever had. Told them it was my first time and I was a college student and not only did they give me a discount but a free cookie as well. Found my new favorite lunch spot for sure!

Had lunch at Acadian Superette, every thing was very good... Great Barbeque and the Reuben was also very good.We will definite return.

Food, service, selection, is always great. It has a down home feel and I love it. I stop in every time I am passing by.
