The sales staff here is a joke, the place lies to you and tries to get you in anyway they can to purchase a timeshare if you will on camping! Now after purchasing a contract with them 3 months later still cannot log in and use any of it they tried to sale me another package what a crock of horse shite. Was told was coming in for a walk thru to teach me how to use their system to start using their facilities. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME... Run from Mr Larry once he gets your money he won't even lift his eyes to say hi and acknowledge your presence in the building.

GREAT friendly staff, area is clean and well kept. All gravel locations but it is okay.

These are the rudest people and its all a scam. 7 grand for a membership jokes. This lady who runs all locations as she told me for Ocean Canyon Properties was the ugliest person on the phone. There is no reason to be a witch. The resorts have nothing to be called a resort. Shame on yall for scamming people. Think her name was Sara

The park itself if very nice and the staff on arrival was very nice. However, one of the things that wasn't a great experience was the noice. It's definitely not something you expect from a members only park. When we arrived and set up things were pretty quiet as we expected. However as the evening progressed the noise became increasingly loud. There were children running around and playing outside of our RV, in the cold and the rain. Someone parked their RV right ours and turned their outside music on, very loudly playing Van Haled until well after 11:00PM. They had a baby with them outside and again it was cold and rainy. We had thought about extending our stay but after that night, the noise and the lack of personal respect for others around them we decided this wasn't the place for us to be that weekend.

My wife and I attended a presentation offering membership into Ocean Canyon Properties. The sales man and the owner were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and we enjoyed our time on site. However we did not stay over nite just took the tour. Larry ended up offering us a really great deal. However, it just isn't the right time for us to purchase. We will consider in the future. We also received 21 free nights to camp and we look forward to that experience. All of the staff were friendly and even after we turned down the membership they all treated us very well. Saw lots of activities listed on the board in the clubhouse and the camp sites have many trees. The 14 acre lake looks perfect for kayaking and the grandkids wouldEnjoy fishing and the pool. Smaller kids have a separate activity room. Pool table, ping pong table and workout area.

Larry and Harry are great. Good customer service. The resort has a nice fishing lake. Great area to hangout.

Great private resort tucked in a beautiful small town just minutes from New Orleans. Staff very friendly and the pool the cleanest I've ever seen.

We loved our stay. Property is clean and well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Entertaining that a resort that partners with a national company to offer free nights of camping will deny honoring that offer if your spouse is unable to make it to the show and tell session. Saved us a trip and possible expense to know what kind of people are in charge of this property.
