The worst! I set schedule to start for 1/28/23 at 10am I got here and all the doors are locked and I'm still at the parking lot of the building while typing this.Nobody is here and they didn't inform me if the class was canceled. I put a down payment of $100 and they better give it back to me before I report it.As per 1/28/23 9.30pmI left a comment on their Facebook earlier today. They deleted my comments and blocked me.Total scam!!! Do not go to this school!!! I'll report them

Do not take this class! Of course $100(non-refundable) is required to start this "class". Once inside the unmarked building, the "classroom" is more like a large closet. There you sign a piece of paper, ensuring they will get your $$$. The unnamed instructor, began by saying you ALWAYS shake a martini 3-5 times. This isn't a Bond film. ALWAYS shake a Tequila Sunrise. Another of their "poor" methods. They use plastic ice, substitute water for OJ, cream, etc.. A student asked the instructor how long she'd been bartending, the instructor replied she'd never bartender or been in a bar, she took the course a year ago & they asked if she would teach. The bar set up? The only "set up" is they set you up for failure. When the topic of rimming a glass with salt or sugar, we were told to "use our imagination". Regarding the set up, there was no way to properly clean, learn sanitary techniques because there's NO SINK, no running water. Their customer service is rude. When I texted, before 2nd glass, regarding questions & concerns I had, I was told, "if you know so much, why did you take the class?"I'm trying to get some of my $300 back, I may not get any. You'd be better served watching YouTube or Bar Rescue. These people are crooks & should be shit down. I will be reporting them to the BBB. David C

Complete waste of money! As someone that has bartended but simply wanted the certification to work in other states/ have more legitimacy, I did not see the value of this class. The "book" is finished on day 2. The quality of the instructor demonstrations were subpar= shown how to pour and then just told to practice. I was glad to have experience and used that experience to help struggling classmates. The "job placement" is just a list of jobs that can be found on indeed or craigslist with the manager's name ( which you can get by being friendly when calling the company). I know people that have been hired at a lot of the places without any experience or certification. You'd do better just starting at a casual dining restaurant and getting trained while making money. In order to get your certificate sooner, they ask for people to leave positive google reviews. shame!

My experience was sleazy at best. There were 3 people at my class. There was an instructor(never got her name), me and a guy asleep at the bar about 5-6 feet away. It was painfully obvious that the un-named instructor had NEVER tended bar. She simply read from a book and kept telling me what to highlight so I could pass the test. She couldn't pronounce 'Cape Cod'. The 3 hour session lasted only 25 minutes when, suddenly she declared "That's it for tonight!". She and the sleeping guy were into a white truck and out of the parking lot before I was.It got even sleazier when "Corporate" refused to communicate with me. The best they could offer me was to drive for over 90 minutes to Baton Rouge. At one point, during an otherwise ordinary conversation, I was hung up on. Even after 48 hours of waiting for a return phone call-no response. Sleazy people have time to talk when they are getting your money...But they don't when it deals with a customer who's been ripped off.Remember, their job isn't to get you to pass their test...It's to prepare you for actually tending bar. Terrible customer relations-from a company that teaches customer relations. Usung a friends phone, I got a quick callback from them. But when they learned I was the guy who they ripped off, THEY HUNG UP on me again. They refused to give me a name of anybody in authority. Sleazy!!So,Is 25 minutes the actual time for the 3 hour class? Is it company policy to allow non-students to snore during that 25 minute class.Did the instructor (Never gave her name) ever tend bar?Do you not speak with unhappy customers?Did I do anything wrong?Sleazy!!
