I posted a review and learned it was removed due to content however I received services with this company and the services rendered were below standard the driver was very unprofessional, the driver used foul language, when I called the company to report the in professionalism of their worker I was met with the same unprofessional Liam from the business office when trying to ask for a reimbursement due to such disrespect and unprofessionalism received from the driver. I do not recommend anyone to get services from this company. There are a great deal of limo services that supply in A1 services. Hopefully this comment does not get removed because people need to know the services these businesses render weather they be good services or bad!!!

I had a limo confirmed for six months at A Regal Limo. Seven hours before my pick up, the company called me saying I needed to add 1.5 hours for travel time, totaling $140. I was asking why I am just now being asked to add time when this has been booked for six months. The lady on the phone was frustrated I did not want to pay the extra money and I was frustrated that I was being asked to pay just hours before pick up. The owner, Freddie, got on the phone and was very rude saying, "What do you want me to do, ma'am? Want me to cancel?" I said "I would like you to simply apologize for putting this on me seven hours before my pick up and then maybe I would have been more willing to pay. I am frustrated at your customer service and how rude you all are. I am frustrated that the lady before was extremely rude and I am frustrated that you are being so rude. "I said "But you acting like an ***** is not making me want to pay for extra hours." And he replied, "You know what, you're not getting the car. ***** YOU! Go ***** yourself." And he hung up the phone on me. I called back to ask who I was speaking to and he answered the phone again and said, "Freddie. I am the owner. You don't like it then GO ***** YOURSELF! How bout that?" and he hung up on me again.

I booked a limo rental as a surprise for my husband's birthday. My entire experience was pleasant, from beginning to end. They answered my many, many questions and even went so far as to let me decorate the limo before my scheduled rental time. Our driver, Merv, was fantastic throughout and gave ideas on alternative venues that we could choose in case the weather was too cold for my original plans. I would definitely use their service again, and will always be sure to request Merv!

Overall, the experience was horrible!! I booked A Regal Limo well in advance- my 1st super stretch limo booked for 4hrs on Nov'14 for my Oct'15 wedding and a 2nd super stretch limo in Jan'15. I received e-mail confirmations for both reservations and I called and spoke with a person to confirm. For one of my reservations, there was a note in the reservation that gratuity was 15% and in the other 20% + 5% fuel surcharge. We didn't think much of this in the beginning because we had no problem tipping in the event of good service and professionalism. Fast forward to the week before my wedding...I called A Regal, to confirm my reservations. The representative (Aimee) was nice. She asked me to forward my e-mail confirmations back to her. I did so and she responded that I would receive a follow-up a day or two before the event. It was at this time that I also confirmed that both limos would be WHITE super stretch. On Fri, Oct 9th at 3pm, I received a call from A Regal confirming my reservation and stating that it would be for a 2-hr rental. I immediately responded that my reservations were paid in advance for 4-hrs and I had the e-mails to back that up. I was told a Mgr would have to call me back. Within 20 minutes, the Mgr was calling me back and to make a long story short, stated that they would honor my 4-hr rentals, but that we had to pay the driver another $75 each for each car (addt'l $150). After a little back and forth, he agreed to $75 and the other for $60 as per the 15% and 20% gratuity reference in the notes of my e-mail confirmation. His parting statement was that "If my drivers don't receive this money upon arrival, they will not take you anywhere tomorrow." When the limos arrived on the next day, one was black, the other was white. One of the doors didn't work and all the wedding party had to exit on the street-side. Sure enough the first thing the limo drivers asked for was the money. This is just not a service I would recommend to any bride.
