Really good food and amazing proportions. Greeted very quickly upon arrival and seated. It was a Friday night, so after being seated the place began to fill up. The restaurant is spacious and allows for everyone to dine comfortably. Great spot to enjoy an amazing bowl of pho

Delicious! I usually get a pho or Banh Mi. Today I got the Lemongrass shrimp & vegetables. Hoping it is low in carbs, I didn't get it with rice as I would normally do. However it was still filling and delicious!Been here a few times now and it never disappoints. Friendly wait staff and the cook seems to know exactly how I like it.We will return. We always do when we are in this part of town!

They were short staffed but worked incrediably hard on all the in-person diners and endless takeout orders. The service was nice, the food was tasty, and the portions are awesome! The vermicelli was humongous and the papaya salad with tofu was also enough for a group of four to share. The grilled pork was sooooooooooooo delicous and juicy. Really glad we came here today!

The pho was on point. Upside: it was delicious. Flavorful, rich. Maybe not quite as rich as a true 5 star for me - but 4.5 leans into 5 and I'm gonna give it to them. Solid standard.The Bun Bo Hue (my partner got it) looked awesome. Great portions of meat and other ingredients. But the broth was pretty fishy in flavor. Not used to that. Unsure if it a a different regional variation, or just this spot. I probably wouldn't get that again.Lemongrass chicken was good. And the beer was... beer. Always good. Lol.Clean establishment, fast service. Not grossed out by the bathrooms (which is a rare win in pho restaurants, for whatever reason).One small downside, but also I completely understand why, is that they charge a lot for add-ons or customizations. So before you edit your order, check the prices!

I can't believe it's taken me this long to find this place...bitter sweet, but better late than never. I love pho and they have the best in all of Seattle, hands down. I got the vegan pho with beef broth, because I love lots of veggies and fried tofu with the rich flavor of the beef broth. This will be on my weekly rotation no doubt. My man had the firecracker chicken and it was very flavorful, but not as spicy I went were expecting. Next time we'll tell them to go all in

It's easy to order online and it's ready in a decent amount of time, even during their rush hour. It's the only place in West Seattle that I believe has good tasting pho. They have a variety of different dishes including American Chinese food.

average food with disappointing service.Forgot about what we ordered and never checked in. If you're too busy say so.

The waitress used one pair of gloves the entire time we were there. From clearing/cleaning tables to serving food. Not once did she get a new pair of gloves or wash her hands. When she served our food, there was sauce on it from another table. I think this is a food handling violation. Dine at your own risk.

10/10! We came in on a Wednesday night at about 7:40 and they had signs apologizing for being understaffed, so our expectations were low. We ordered the young coconut, Thai iced tea, papaya salad and large beef pho with rare steak and brisket. Everything was 12/10, so delicious, so fresh, popping with flavor and textures on point. Papaya salad we got with tofu and the tofu was freshly fried with nice thin cold pieces of papaya, wonderful mixture. The young coconut was a whole gosh darn coconut with the top that had just been cut off. So fresh and yummy. Savannah was our waitress and she was so quick and nice, too. Ambiance was nice for a date also. Will be back!

There isn't a ton of places to get a good bowl of pho in West Seattle, but new leaf bistro rises to the occasion with delicious food and friendly service
