My favorite for shrimp egg foo young. Portions are decent, taste is delicious but, this is the 2nd time NO GRAVY, DISAPPOINTING !

Ordered extra large hunan chicken 4-15-2024, delivery driver was great, food was hot and spicy, rice was good, don't remember asking for the long stand of hair that was found or is this a secret spice ingredient?! The rest(about a large order left)and plate straight into the garbage, second time ordering, won't be a third.

I don't even want to give this place 1 star...but to say the least this is not Chinese food or even close to it, shrimp fried rice was plain had no green onion barely any bean sprouts...egg rolls were suppose to have been shrimp however, they didn't have a trace of shrimp..when I called the store he told me the shrimp inside the egg rolls was a purée will never order from that pathetic establishment again

TL;DR: Sent both of my children to the hospital. Both of my toddlers have severe peanut allergies, but neither reacts to trace amounts. Cross-contact (poor kitchen practices, sharing a space with someone who has eaten peanuts) has never been an issue. They do just fine on the CTA, at public parks and libraries, and at friends' houses. There's a sign on the way in to mention allergies, suggesting some level of food allergy awareness. My husband mentioned the severe peanut allergy when ordering. Both of my children experienced severe allergic reactions. Not only did they almost die, their lives were shortened by the damage to their hearts and lungs and we will be paying thousands of dollars for their medical care. Food allergy families should avoid this restaurant.

I've been ordering the spicy orange chicken from here after a coworker bought lunch from here. He was definitely on to something, because the food is always hot and the portions are great. Their specials are a great deal and they can be found on the urbereats app. The only complaint I've ever had out of 5 orders was a missing fortune cookie. But other than that a flawless track record.

Came here and had the chicken fried rice, and orange chicken from the buffet they have. It's $6.49 for rice with two entrees. I thought the food was very good and tasted fresh. They also have fruit smoothies but one get one free. I had the watermelon smoothie it was refreshing.

I just experienced the worst order I ever had. Everything was old and probably reused. The orange chicken was maroon, the fried rice was Ebony brown, even the almond cookies were old and stale. Please "new grand" throw away your old food and cook something new or get out of the business. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Anthony Moaton

Waited 45 minutes for vegetable chow mien and got nothing but straight vegetables, weird distinction of a stir-fry. Entrees were ok best thing was the chicken fried rice and simple steamed white rice. Lol can't mess that up
