Stopped in here with my friends and it's awesome to have such good authentic Mexican/American desserts available so close to GCU! All of the workers were really nice and I didn't feel judged for trying to speak to them in Spanish. The banana split and milkshakes were really good! I would go for the banana split over the milkshake. The banana split comes with chocolate wafers and syrup over whipped cream and sprinkles, all for $8.50. They only do cash tips, sadly. I feel bad that I wasn't able to give them a tip because they were all working hard and deserved it.

walking in the business looks fine ! it was a bit busy so I only came in for a ice cream cone 1 scoop and the lady who attended me had a lack of professionalism was on her phone while attending and also gave a rude attitude when I gave her a respectful attitude . So I proceeded to sit down and wait and they gave me a receipt with no number so I was just there waiting and then everyone else was getting there stuff but me and even the people after me got there order and the lady who attended me got off her shift and just laughed and smirked while walking out I proceeded to wait 30 mins . Then made a complaint unbelievable.

What a horrible attitude! The orange juice and coconut were great but just the staff was rude and unfriendly.

Es una lástima que traten a la gente tan mal se equivocaron en mi orden y me querían hacer pagar Otra vez por mi orden cuando yo ya le había pagado , pregunté hablar con la supervisora y con una cara muy arrogante mientras masticaba algo dijo no no se puede. No me costaba pagar pero la forma en que me trataron después de qué yo no me equivoqué fue lo que me hizo discutir con ella porque lo dijo de una forma muy muy muy sarcástica y uno sabe la diferencia de cuándo es un negocio profesional o un trabajador profesional y ellos se portó como estuviera en su casa. lástima para los dueños que trabajaron tan duro para tener este negocio y que tengan la gente al frente que no sabe tratar a los clientes.No vuelvo a ir!

Overall: This place is like a Mexican junk food store haha.Price: Tt's decent.Tip: They do charge 50 cents for using a card if it's under $10. I have been here about a few times now. Although I stand out a lot since I'm probably the only Asian that comes by to their store haha. But Each time I come here I order their Mango Vase or Vaso de Mango cause I love mangos with Mexican spices, seasonings, and chamoy in it. It's $6 for a regular size up or $7 for a large. I normally get the regular one since that's already a lot of mango slices in one cup. They really pack it in too which is awesome and worth the price.They have a huge variety of choices of fruit snacks, drinks, and ice cream. They also have chips where they can put in like cheese and other type of things in it. This is like a typical Mexican store with Mexican music playing and it seems like most families come here with their children. It's definitely a place to check out if you like fruits, or Mexican Frescas, and ice cream. I don't mind standing out in a different environment when it comes to food haha.

I was hoping to find a spot that makes the original raspados. (Cimarronas) is what we grew up calling them. Chayo's is very busy but they move folks right along. Folks were ordering things I've never seen before, and whatever they were, it was plentiful. I ordered the pineapple and strawberry raspado. My husband ordered mango and pineapple raspado. They looked beautiful. To me the fruit tasted and looked like it wasn't fresh but out of a can and strawberry tasted like the frozen ones that come in a carton. Over bearing sweet. The only fruit that was fresh was the mango. Which was diced in small pieces. We were both very disappointed. We won't be returning.

They are really polite and work really fast. I come here all the time and love everything on the menu.

They use real nacho cheese. Which most places use fake cheese.youre able to taste the difference. I am delighted to have found out about this place. The variety of ice creams surprises me since it had lot of selections to choose from. We also had the mangopassion. It is beyond what we expected. Definitely coming back to this place

The chair lady is very fast they have a lot of people she is always yelling but because they have a lot of people but they all work together

Amazing food and super friendly staff! The chococoffee isn't favorite item paired with a tostielote it's family owned and Hispanic ran!
