Nekter Juice Bar

Sadly, one star may be too high of a rating because I couldn't even order what I drove across town to actually try! Been wanting to try Nekter.... Guess I'm still waiting to do so. Went at around 2pm on a Sunday and they were completely OUT of açaí. I was told someone went to a store to get more and it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Nope! Another franchise got my business today for an açaí bowl.

Went in on a Saturday morning. The place was not busy. My friend & I ordered a peanut butter bowl. It was delicious but we could barely taste the peanut butter!!!I expected a stronger peanut butter taste.Overall, the place was clean & staff was friendlv.

I didn't love the açaí purée itself but the cashier was very friendly and they made our bowls so fast! The tables were a bit disorderly and tables haven't been wiped down in a while even though there is no one in here at all! The girls in the back are laughing and playing around, which would be fine if the place looked amazing, but it doesn't.

I enjoyed the clean and friendly atmosphere. Seating area is small yet inviting. Staff was informative of menu items and made great suggestions based on my likes. My drink was made quickly and it tasted great and refreshing.

First time and I created my own smoothie. Coconut water, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries. It was refreshing and no added sugar. I will definitely be back. Appreciated the assistance.

Went in to get 32oz of celery juice and 32oz of beet juice...drove 20 Minutes. Was told they don't do that because it's too much work to juice that much product...wow, good thing Scottsdale owners don't have such poor customer service. Last time I checked, the juicer literally takes aCouple Minutes to juice that much.Poor customer service and an unwillingness to sell the products listed.NEVER going back here.Don't waste your time.

I was very excited when this location opened in this area. The service has been ok, but my most recent encounter was around the holidays and what did it for me. I pulled up to the store 15mins before closing and the door was locked. I knocked on the door for a few minutes and there were two young girls laughing and avoiding looking my way. So I went to my car and tried calling the location, one of the girls proceeded to look at the phone and didn't pick up. I have also left a few messages on their voicemail for the manager, but no returned call. All I was looking for was to purchase gift cards (quite a few). It's very frustrating to have experienced this, and I can almost assure the corporate office would be just as disappointed to know this. You never know who the last customer will be at closing and because of the "locked" doors, these two girls cause this location to miss out on money being made. When I say, customer service goes along way, it really does!

This was the best Nékter I have ever been to in my life. Service amazing. Smoothie AMAZING. Owner and staff were incredible. Fast, accurate and so polite. They clearly care about their customer service and are passionate about what they do. I live in the east valley and would drive here for a smoothie and recommend to my west valley friends. Thank you for showing me how service and passion for your business can shine!! Wishing this owner and family all the success as they open their third store in 2024!!
