Needs Deli

Sorry no pictures- by the time I got back to my office I scarfed my sandwich!! I was at work, I was starving on the verge of a hunger headache. Not a good combo I went down the 2nd floor to check out Needs Deli. I am so glad I did. The menu pricing is so reasonable, especially given the location inside the Hyatt It was a chilly day and the tuna melt called my name. I was greeted warmly and with a smile, placed my order and waited. As I waited, I looked over the menu. The menu offers multiple orders or selections in addition to grab and go items, like drinks and snacks. I got my sandwich and headed upstairs. What can I say- It was sooo good.

Great breakfast burritos, big and tasty. Served hot and freshly made. You won't regret it!

Like it's name it had exactly what you need! They have hot and cold sandwiches, soup, and salad. They also seem to own the space next-door, which sells wine and spirits. The store front is always spotless, well stocked and organized. The service is efficient like a well oiled machine - but do understand that this is not a chain- food is made fresh and done right so it will take a few minutes to make your order! The value is fantastic- portions are generous, ingredients are fresh and high quality, and prices are very reasonable -especially for downtown Bellevue! About $12.99 at the time of this review for a sandwich, and $3.50 for a bagel with cream cheese. I've eaten there about eight times and haven't been disappointed, EVERY sandwich has been phenomenal. I like the turkey, cranberry cream cheese sandwich. The turkey is fresh and THICK (think thanksgiving carved turkey sandwich) topped with cranberry sauce and just the right amount of cream cheese. Seating is available in the general area by Bellevue Place but not directly by the storefront.

I always love to come here when I don't know what to get for the breakfast or brunch! It's inside of Hyatt hotel next to the optical shop. Usually, I call ahead of time so I can pick it up right away. Many options to choose from and it covers all different diets. It is affordable and delicious and the portion is generous. A life saver for the people who work near by need to grab a bite to start the day. Highly recommend!

Ate lunch here 3 times while staying at the Hyatt for a convention. The sandwiches were delicious. The bread was extremely fresh, as were the greens added to the sandwich. Service was quick considering how busy they were. The only disappointment was they were closed on the weekend, but that forced us to try some of the places in the Bellevue Collection.

This place is delicious! I love eating here because there are so many good options. I totally recommend coming here!

Food is very well done and has a lot of variety. The lady that owns this place is excellent regarding customer service. And their prices are decent. This is the best place to get breakfast or lunch if you are in or near the Hyatt hotel.

This is a hidden gem inside the Hyatt Regency!I picked up a roast turkey + avocado + bacon sandwich and it tasted fresh and delicious. I will be back for more!
