Ned's Krazy Sub

Stopped into Ned's Krazy Sub's during a lunch break and enjoyed the place. It is a small shop in Mesa and a great place to grab a sub. We even got to see Ned still working behind the counter!The menu has a long list of your standard sub types to choose from on white or wheat bread and either eight or 12 inches. They have their standard toppings but you can add or remove whatever you'd like. After ordering, it doesn't take too long to have your sub up and ready. The subs are pretty good! They come wrapped with a large pickle slice so if you don't like pickles, be sure to let them know in advance! The sandwich was nothing special but was flavorful and packed with good ingredients. I'd choose Ned's over your typical subway or home made sandwich any day! Pricing here was decent as well! Overall, Ned's appears to be quite the long lived tradition and staple in the Mesa area. Ned still works behind the counter serving up quality, great tasting subs. Pricing is good for what you are getting and it exceeds the standard by most other sub places. Would definitely stop by again.

My husband has been a Ned's customer for nearly 30 years. It was once a decent sub! Over the past few years it has consistently declined to the point where he will never return. Today, upon entering, all he heard was 3 teenage girls talking like sailors. One of the girls took his order and came back 8 minutes later with a sandwich that had everything on it that he said he didn't want and gave him an 8 inch when he paid for a foot long. After arguing with him about the ingredients and size, they agreed to make up the difference by making him a small sandwich, however still dripping with pickle juice and refused to fix any of it. His suggestion- keep driving to the next sandwich shop. This place has gone to the dump.

Decent subs, very friendly staff, very reasonable. I haven't been here in ages, but they are just as I remembered. Good lunch spot, fast service.

Well, my order was messed up on all three of my sandwiches, and did not include the cookie that was paid for. I did call and let them know of these issues. The girl working was very nice and offered to remake the sandwiches. I declined and said I'll come back later for my cookie. When picking up my cookie, she apologized and offered again to remake or provide all the toppings that were missing ( it wasn't her fault), it was the order takers lack of attention when ordering.To help make it right, I did ask that they make a sandwich for the poor homeless lady sitting outside. They tried to make it right, and that's all I could ask for. Three stars for that, not the food.

Enjoyed my first experience the other day at Nest. My coworkers have been there quite a few times. I got the roast beef sub. Really enjoyed it. Absolutely nothing really to complain about. Except for the service. The girl at the register, never greeted us, never said hello, didn't smile, zero zilch personality!and all four of us noticed it.

Subs have been consistent since I started eating them decades ago. Always fresh and simple. Service is quick and friendly.

Mesa staple for a great lunch. No frills, nothing out of the box, just a basic sandwich wrapped in paper you remember and love. Basic lunch tables, old pictures on the wall, simple aesthetic. But reliable and always delicious.

The girl taking our order did not seem to know what she was doing!3 out of the 5 sandwiches i made were wrong!I even asked her twice if they added certain toppings i had ordered and she said yes they did.Very disappointed and will not be returning!!

Service was friendly enough - but for $22 for two sandwiches, you'd expect a bit more than about 40% of the mediocre bread to be covered

Fantastic!! Highly recommend this sub sandwich shop!! High variety of choices!! Can't go wrong with wrong here!!
