5 stars for Nawabi Hyderabad House Biryani.I tried them for the first time today via Uber Eats - WOW, they are awesome. I had the Malai Kofta and the Saag Paneer - both had so much flavor and a decent spice level to them - excellent! Both curries were great - the Malai Kofta is a sweeter curry, and the Saag Paneer has cheese and spinach base - this also comes with a side of rice. I'd totally recommend them if you're in the Schaumburg area and want some great Indian food.

Ordered pickup and delivery from here a few times. Looks nice inside and good seating if you want to eat in.All food I've had was great. Very tasty, spicy, and authentic. I love apollo fish and get it often. I like to try it from new places. I've had it from here a few times now. It's very good! I asked for spicy and it sure was, in a good way! Perfectly cooked and great flavor.I'll be back for more apollo fish. And I'll try some other dishes too.

Ordered on door dash but their chicken tikka was overly cinnamon and didn't have a more rich tomato taste. It also had peppers in it that were bigger than the chicken chunks which was weird. The naan was also really thin and hard to chew, didn't taste like it was that fresh. I also didn't get any utensils and if I hadn't gotten something else I wouldn't have had anything since I was at a hotel.

First and last... the food was not good, service was not good as well, you have to hunt for a server to assist you. The place looks clean. Biryani was basic the meat were not enough and if you are not good w spice make sure to ask for mild their medium is on a higher medium level. I am usually good w spice but that heat up. Will not comeback to this one :(

Upon ordering my food, I constantly got push notifications through the app which helped me to track my order. I received my order earlier than the said time and the delivery person easily identified my place and the delivery process went smoothly.I ordered Ulavacharu Paneer Biryani Regular pack with medium spice level. Honestly, it was one of the best biryanis I have ever had in a while. It was not spicy and had the right amount of spices which made it delicious, and the presentation was okay. It also had a good amount of paneer pieces. The quantity was so much that I could not finish the whole thing and had to finish the second time as the biryani was filled up to the top of the box. I was fully satisfied with the quantity. Along with the biryani I also got the gravy which was not tasty and too thin to compare with water and the raita was good with onions and cilantro in it. It was definitely a good experience to order my biryani through UberEATS and would recommend trying this biryani besides the regular paneer biryani.

I am writing this review with utmost disappointment towards Nawabi Schaumburg hotel management. My roommates have been regular to this restaurant for more than 2 years and they only suggested me this restaurant. I also have been a regular customer for last 6 months here.On Jan 12th, we bought 2 biriyani from this hotel along with some entrees for dinner. While having that biriyani we found a big piece of black plastic bag (pics attached) under the biriyani completely melted to the food.We called the hotel next day and informed them that this happened and also shared the pics to their related contact number. I was told that it will be checked and we will be responded soon on this.We waited for 4 days for at-least one reply but didn't even get a single response for the messages or calls. Since I am a middle aged guy I am not gonna go in deep about what health hazards I may get for having food melted with plastic. But just thinking about other kids who ate same food that day makes me go blind with anger.The blatant response from the management for the calls and silent treatment for the messages I have sent has confirmed that this can happen again to anyone. I pray to god that that this wont happen again and I decided that I will never set my foot here again.On a final note please remember that a basic necessity for a restaurant is to provide neat and clean food to the customers and follow the basic courtesy to respond to a customers concern. If money is the only thing that you are concentrating on, then there is nothing more for me to say here.
