Upon entering Nathu Sweets and Vegetarian Restaurant, the ambiance exudes warmth and tradition. The staff's commitment to ensuring a fantastic dining experience is evident from the moment you step in. Ordering is a breeze at the counter, and the attentive team promptly delivers your food to the table. I wish the menu on the screens had descriptions, but the pdf online provided more information on the dishes. The menu showcases an array of all-vegetarian dishes. The flavors were very bold and they did not skimp of the spices. During my visit, my table ordered the Samosa Chana Chaat, Palak Paneer, and Malai Kofta. The chaat was crispy and flavorful, and covered in chutneys/sauces. It was my favorite dish by far. The paneer was smoky, creamy, and rich full of spinach. The ratio of gravy and paneer triangles was perfect, creating a dish that was both comforting and indulgent. The malai kofta, a medley of dumplings in a luscious curry, was very delicious. This was a first for some, and we would definitely eat it again. We also ordered a side of garlic naan--thin, crispy, and irresistibly soft. The masala tea, piping hot and delicious, was served with sugar on the side. A refreshing lassi added a perfect touch to the feast. What truly sets Nathu Sweets apart is the genuine hospitality of the family that owns it. During my visit, they personally checked in on each table, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience. The staff, especially the cashier, were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive vibe.As a relatively new business, Nathu Sweets deserves all the support it can get. My experience was nothing short of delightful, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. If you crave authentic Indian flavors served with a side of warmth and hospitality, Nathu Sweets is the place to be.
