I visit this place pretty often since I live nearby. Mixed feelings about the place. So im gonna write pros and cons.Pros: they definitely have good subs, pizza, chicken wings. That's what i usually get but they have a lot more stuff that i havent yet tried. They offer a free drink if you get a sub. Some of the workers are really nice and friendly. Cons: Every time you walk in, there's no one to help you to take your order. You have shout out, call them, or just come up to their kitchen to pull them out. Thta's really annoying factor to me. One of the workers was high when he was serving me. I was smelling weed from him so bad. Also he took my card with his oily hands, i had to clean it after. That was a nasty experience.Overall, meehh, okay place. Not good not bad. Needs imrovement in management aspects.

This was an extremely HORRIBLE experience. Just to preface, props for this shop to deliver so late, it is rare for Boston. Now that i have that out of way, i ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza on a sunday 2am. The driver texted me a pic of a wrong house. I have given my correct address over grubhub for years and no one ever made a mistake, i lived on a main st. I contacted the driver of his mistake and he called me. He demanded that i pay 5 dollars cash in ADDITION TO MY 6$ TIP ON CARD to go to my address. I called the store immediately and they were very apologetic and defensive of their driver, stating he was "not from this country" and "money hungry, we are sorry". I wasnt born in this country as well so no disrespect to the hustle. He came very late and texted me to come get the food from his car window. Awful awful awful! Avoid this place at all costs. The 2nd time i called the store they were EXTREMELY defensive of their driver. Refused a refund. Its okay because Grubhub would return the charge no problem. Very toxic employees. I am very dissapointed in this service. Natalies i used to respect and rely on, but not anymore. It takes ALOT for me to waste my time and go online to write a bad review but this was on some extortionist level. I hope no one gets deceived by this resturaunt.

Waited an hour snd a half for a hard stone cold pizza. When i called i ask for the owner and he immediately started blaming me for the pizza being late. He did not offer a refund. He continued to yell and screen. This is no place to do business.

Not very clean inside, Someone had mentioned Dust up in the vents and they are absolutely right.. Red flag right there. The food is very mediocre and takes awhile to make. Not the best in the area. When we walked in took the person quite a while to make their way to the front. Its a big no from me

food was ok,surprised to see the buffalo wings are actually marinated in the sauce. Nice! Totally burnt tho. I asked for a substitute with my order so maybe they were unhapy about that? Or maybe just high. either way an ok place to get food if you're in a pinch. It was fast and even tho the chicken is burnt it came hot and delicious for the price.

I have no idea if their food is any good. I never got to try it. I ordered through Doordash. My driver went all the way to the restaurant, and when he got there, the restaurant was open but "an employee" told him it was closed and he couldn't pick up my order. I called the restaurant and spoke to "an employee" who said the store had a "staffing issue". Not only did they not make my food, but they couldn't even spare a minute to update Doordash to indicate that they would not accept orders. As a result, my Dasher went all the way to the restaurant, a trip for which Doordash will neither pay him nor allow him to receive my tip. Natalie's Pizzeria deserves to go out of business.
