FoodOrdered the charcuterie and took advantage of the 2 for 1 drink specials. Everything on the charcuterie board was exceptional, especially the Jam and honey options. The picture speaks for itself. Had both the apple and white sangria and preferred the apple but that is personal preference. Both were very tasty.ServiceQuick, attentive. There was a slight attention to detail issue, got our table mixed up with someone else's, but this was rectified immediately. AmbianceReally like how cool the inside was on a warm summer day. Decided to sit inside because it was scheduled to rain so would like to go back and sit on the rooftop. Great view of the rest of the Aspen area and really bright inside due to the amount of windows.

More accurately would be a 3.5. I had really hyped this spot up in my mind and been anticipating going. I was pretty disappointed with the service. My first error was ordering a cocktail at a wine bar - should have stuck with wine. My friends who ordered wine and sangria were pleased but the two of us that ordered cocktails were gravely disappointed. The inside/downstairs ambiance is super cute and while the rooftop was kind of cool, it doesn't quite live up to the experience given the limited views, lack of ambient lighting, being surrounded by construction and buildings. If I go back I would try a wine or bourbon flight. Failed to get drink pics bc it was dark & late.

This is the perfect wine bar. They have a nice selection of wine flights to allow you a taste of Italy, etc. Comes with three different wines. Then they pair this with delicious bites of food in a great open-air environment, and it really sets the mood. The service was friendly, and the products they have are quality, just a really solid place to enjoy wine.

This is definitely going to be a very popular wine bar, and with good reason. They just opened in the last week or so, and so you do need to be a little patient with things not being as smooth as they surely will be soon, and because they are a little understaffed at the moment. The space is beautiful, with a variety of seating including at the bar, various tables, a couple cute little booths, and outdoor seating both on the patio and on the rooftop. They have a good wine list, with a variety of flights available if you want to do some sampling. They also have some good bourbons and whiskeys to choose from, including a few flights of different varieties. They also have a reasonably good beer list, which I'm hoping will improve over time. While this is a wine bar first and foremost, they actually have some good food options. The menu is limited at the moment, but it already includes some good plates. The Buffalo Chicken Dip is delicious! The Caprese Skewers are also good, with interesting pipettes of balsamic glaze. These are little containers filled with balsamic vinegar glaze that they insert into the mozzarella balls, and which can then be removed to squeeze the glaze over the skewer. As they work out the challenges of first opening a wine bar and restaurant, I'm confident this will be a very popular spot. It is definitely worth checking out, sampling some of their wine and other drinks, and having a yummy snack as well. And they've opened just in time for some great summer weather!

Overpriced wine no one has heard of. Sat upstairs to 3 loud ladies who could not stop shouting and cussing. Server did not know her wine. Had $42 wine flight for a total of 6 oz! Not a good value or presentation. We go to wine country often and we would rather go to the steakhouse next door for some real wine. Really wanted to like this place. I have a feeling this place will not be open in a year.

Came to Vintage Vine 100 for a bridal luncheon. The service was awesome. Our group had a little bit of everything from the menu. Every charcuterie board was chiefs kiss. The Apple sangria was spectacular and my favorite drink!

Worthy of multiple visits but, who knew it actually had name? The sign just says WINE BAR. Huh. No matter. I came for the wine flights and small plates.East of North Italia, it's the little glass box nestled in next to the Green on Aspen Grove Drive. Beer and quite a few whiskey brands are also served, so why didn't they get their own big signs, too? Each spirit does get it's own menu, though. I guess that's fair.Small plates, appetizers, sammies, and medium plates are listed on the food menu intended to support the needs of a potential tableful of spirited glassware.Size also matters. Though there are small and large tables inside, outside, and even topside on the roof, it's still a relatively small shop. Couples seemed to be seated more readily than groups. Yet we only saw a single two-seat table up top, so where you wish to sit will factor into any wait time.

Do not waste your time here. Over priced and service was horrible. Our girl was on her phone the whole time we were there. Atmosphere was also not good, the vision is there but not well executed.
