"Rooftop bar hopping is always fun with family and friends. The proof is located inside the W Nashville Hotel on the 13th floor. We were immediately carded exiting the elevator, so 21 and up. The ambiance was quiet and comfortable--lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered drinks, but unfortunately, they were not good. I love the decor and wall art. We had a lovely time, and the weather was perfect for a Saturday summer night. No DJ, but did I mention the gorgeous view?"
"I know people love live music and this is the Nashville suburbs where even the *McDonald's* has a stage! So when the band arrived on this Saturday afternoon and started setting up, I wasn't surprised. But it did mean that after I finished the current beer, it was time to pack up and move along. Family-friendly place with lots of kids literally running about. Great beers. A food truck INSIDE the warehouse. And the wifi worked really well. I had a nice time.[Review 1221 of 2024 - 536 in Tennessee - 22244 overall]"
"On a free day in Tennessee, my wife and I were looking for something relaxing. What could be better than finding a winery? Thanks to Yelp, we found the Arrington Vineyards less than a half hour from Franklin. On a Wednesday afternoon, the place was pretty quiet. We ordered a tasting flight and searched for a shady spot. Lucky for us there's a tasting room with an outside deck. It was a nice, quiet spot where we could enjoy the wine and chill. Before we left, we stopped back to get a souvenir t shirt and frozen wine drinks. Mine was a peach "froze" and my wife's was a seasonal rose. Great on a hot day!I can picture this place being crowded on weekends with live music. A fun spot!"
"I love this little place, it has such fun and friendly staff! I just tried their food for the first time and was blown away. If you need a quick good bite on Broadway this is the place to go. They usually have live music on the first floor, and the place is small enough that you get that really "local pub feeling". They have a roof top as well and it has both sun and shade, so pick your poison!"
"This is maybe the least-touristy brewery I went to in Nashville? You wouldn't think it by the location, but this place has a real locals vibe. Almost like a dive bar, and I mean that only in all the positives of that term: a place were old friends and consistent regulars meet to drink beer.As far as styles of beer, it seems like this place does a little bit of everything!I got a flight of multiple pale-yellow-hoppy beers, and all were solid.Staff was also very friendly. Luckily this is one of the breweries in this town that encourages sampling and the ordering of flights.Definitely get out of the downtown madness and give these folks a shot!"
"Hartley and his team are the classiest act anywhere. First, the selection is unrivaled in Middle Tennessee. Second, their prices are at virtually direct grower discounts. Most importantly, the service and care they give to their customers goes way beyond the normal expectations. When you call, visit or work with them, they truly make you feel like a dear family member. This is the kind of business we need to survive and THRIVE in our area. Extra bonus: There's a great playground for the kiddos!"
"Came here on a Saturday for the first time to check it out. We were instantly greeted by the husband and wife owners. The atmosphere is cozy. They offer flights of 4 samples for $5 each. They have some flights to choose from or you can customize your own. The owners were happy to speak about the wine. They sell bottles and by the glass as well as bottles to go. The oyster crackers were a lovely touch. The owner also brought over water to the table. They have a small shop with some snacks and cheese and meats and wine paraphernalia. The wine was good. Low ABV. We liked the raspberry merlot and peach Chardonnay the best. They have a wall of fame with photos of visitors. They allow dogs inside! Also family friendly. We will definitely come back!"

Came here for GNO and to check out Proof's HH. The rooftop is really nice with a good view. We had the best bartender. He was really nice and had the best personality, I wish I remembered his name.I ordered a gimlet which was delicious. I read mixed reviews on the food, but our food was really good. I ordered the wings , not spicy but very flavorful, and I ordered the truffle fries. My friend wanted a dessert, they didn't have dessert, but when the restaurant downstairs opened, he allowed her to order from that menu which was really nice of him.I will definitely be back!Parking: park in parking lot across from hotel, a lot more inexpensive than valet. I was told they don't validate at Proof.

Loved this spot. It's definitely a destination and a must go when in the area. We bought a bottle of bubbly, sat on the porch and enjoyed the beautiful view. Definitely worth the trip and will return when I'm back in town.

This is a great little bar off of Broadway that has fantastic burgers. They have live music on the first floor and a decent roof top as well.

You can find New Heights Brewing Company at 928 Rep John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203 in South Nashville. It's in a somewhat commercial or light industrial area and there's active construction across the street. You'll need to park along the street but be careful not to block any entrances (one at the lot across the street has a rolling gate) during office hours.I'm not sure what the intent of this building on original build, but the Mid-Century Modern butterfly roof had my attention. The interior is post-industrial concrete with day-glow signage, lots of tables and a bar that stretches across the back wall - you can see some of the brewhouse through a window behind the bar - looks like the level drops so even more room for fermenters and brights. The brewery had a decidedly punk-rock feel to it - much like the original Masquerade location in Atlanta - sort of a "good enough to drink beer" demeanor. We arrived somewhat late in the evening - it was crowded walking in but the crowd left shortly after we sat down waiting for the rest of our party - not sure if we didn't fit in and that was the response? Probably more about timing than anything. As usual I asked about flights - nope but they do 5-6 oz pours.* Whiskey Mango Foxtrot Fruited Sour 3.5/5 - Fairly neutral sour with tart body, light mango note and clear body. Finishes dry, somewhat bright and dry.* Kinda Fancy Cream Ale 4/5 - Sweet tropical notes in this easy drinker with low bitterness, finishes dry and grassy.* Space Jorts Imperial IPA 4.3/5 - Good amount of citrus and tropicals in this imperial NEIPA, finishes dry and hoppy with some bitterness, the ABV is well concealed.* Peanut Butter & Jell B.A. Gobsmacked 4/5 - Sweet, roasted peanut nose and a jolly rancher grape that somewhat overpowers any toffee note I'd expect from the barrel. Dry sweet finish. In all the service was pretty good but some of the questions I asked did get some weird looks - can't say I felt particularly welcome. The beer was a mixed-bag - what I thought I would like the most I liked the least. The Gobsmacked was just way to sweet for me, and I tend to like sweet beers - it was interesting but I would have been unhappy taking home a bottle untasted. We had our drinks and left instead of doing some further sampling. I'll give it one more try the next time I'm in Nashville to see if more of the same.

What a beautiful place! We recently came to Long Hollow Gardens for the second time. My first trip here was to visit their garden center to purchase some flowers - they have a great selection and prices. This past weekend we came to do an evening wine tasting along with their pick your own wildflowers event. The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. There's plenty of open space so you don't feel like you're on top of anyone, even on a busy summer evening. All three of the wines we tasted (Ocana, Robert's Red and Red Herring) were all delicious. We preordered a charcuterie box which was cute and yummy, but it is a bit on the small side. These boxes apparently tend to sell out fast so place an order online if you want one! The wildflower area was so beautiful especially with the sun setting. We had a lovely evening and plan to return to Long Hollow Gardens many times in the future.

I was so intrigued by the Redneck Lo Mein and am so glad I ordered it- seriously so good! Others in my party ordered the Ike and Mike's Nachos, Rule the Roost chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, and the burger. All of our food was delicious. The tables have tons of sauce options, which I appreciate. They have several bars on every floor and lots of drink choices. We ended our visit on the rooftop with a drink while taking in the views. It was great! I highly recommend this spot. We were able to find something for the kids in our group, too, even though they don't have a kids menu. All of the staff were very friendly and our order came out quickly!"
"Super cute building that used to be a stove factory and has been re-purposed into trendy boutiques and eateries! The Factory at Franklin is the perfect place to visit whether it's a daytime shopping trip or a trendy spot to hang out at during the evening! They have plenty to offer food wise from ice cream shops and bakeries to hip bars and a ramen restaurant. There's also a Hattie B's location outside of the building that I highly recommend. The shops are all super unique also. We visited quite a few that had cute home decor for the holidays, will be sure to stop by again for the different seasons. The cheese shop and made in TN stores were also nice! I love that each store is different than the next and not some typical corporate owned store that you can find in any mall. Will definitely be back to try some of the different food offerings they have as well as more shopping!"
"Really pretty trendy spot for great aerial views of downtown Nashville and surrounding areas. Coming from NYC, these prices for their drinks seemed reasonable to me lol Loved their hot chicken too! Service was really friendly and the views could not be beat! A little out of the ways from the tourist hub of Nashville but still worth the uber trip over! Looking guard to our next visit!"
"I really liked this place. Of course it is touristy, but they had fantastic food and even more fun beverages. They serve drinks out of a cowboy hat!!! Bar staff were fabulous and they food was tasty. The meat eaters in the group said the chicken sandwich was the best they had in Nashville. I liked that they had plenty of vegetarian options. Easy to access and they are great for groups because they offer reservations!"
"Didn't quite know what to expect here but we were so pleasantly surprised!! Some of the best drinks of our entire trip were here. Friendly service and unique atmosphere. I would come back in a heartbeat and can't wait to have another hibiscus skinny margarita! There's something for everyone!"
"As the owner of Splashes of Time Photography (splashesoftime.com) I must say I love the Leeric Lodge! The venue is beautiful and their team is very professional. I love this place!"
"The Pontoon Saloon is a fun place and way to celebrate your birthday or bachelorette celebrations. Our bride found it on the Bach App. I highly recommend that you book the tour early for any public cruise to avoid it selling out or any confusion, but you can also book directly through them online. The online fee included entry & an onboard cooler with ice. You could bring your own beverages on the ship to enjoy during the 2 hour experience. The staff was friendly and fun and hosted games for us to make the cruise fun. They played a variety of music based on the crowd and encouraged tips for drinks & song requests. The host reminded me of a comedian but ensured we were having a good time and highlighted all birthdays, brides, and anniversaries. It was a vibe! The only hiccup was finding the place. It was not easy to find after being dropped off by the uber. The easiest path area was blocked due to preparation for July 4. We had to walk up stairs and across the bridge to a greenish elevator and take it down to the lower level and walk around the buildings (where the restrooms were) to get to the correct area where the boat was located. The instructions say arrive about 20 minutes early & I recommend that you arrive 20-35 minutes early, especially if you are directionally challenged or a slower walker. Overall, we enjoyed the experience."
"We've been fans of TBW since moving to Nashville, but didn't get a chance to make it into the actual brewery until recently! I'm not sure why we waited so long, but I can guarantee you that we won't make that same mistake twice. On our way home from an after-hours event at Adventure Science Center, we saw some Tennessee Brew Works signs and decided to stop in. There's plenty of street parking available - and when you step inside, you're hit with a welcoming, local vibe that's reminiscent of any true Nashville staple. We walked up to the bar, and were greeted immediately by Jimmy. He let us know that they had just tapped the Oktoberfest keg that morning, and that he highly recommended trying it if we were in the mood for something fun. Jimmy also let us know that we could sit anywhere - inside or outside - and that they'd come and take our order there instead of us having to wait at the bar.Despite being busy with bachelorettes (this seems to be a popular stop for party buses), we had wonderful service on the patio throughout our visit. We didn't order any food this time around, but noted that they have a full kitchen. I decided on a flight, which comes with your choice of five of their drafts. My favorite was the Oktoberfest - and my husband and I agreed that it was extra crisp (again, probably because they had just tapped it!) The Tennessaké was also a fun, lighter beer -- perfect for sipping on a hot day. Their draft list is diverse enough that everyone from devout beer drinkers to those just dipping their toe into craft beer will find something they like. They even have a few cocktails and wine offerings. As with many local breweries, TBW does close at 10, but that's still plenty of time to enjoy this Music City favorite. I can't wait to return soon!"
"Wow! Finally open and I can understand it took some time to finish this beautiful building. This was definitely worth waiting for!The rooftop is perfect, both inside and outside seating opportunities. There are so many floors to explore and the live venue is super cute, like a mini Rayman. We sat down and watched Eric Church videos for a bit, can't wait to see some live shows here. ( Tip, go online and become a member!)I love how fun it's decorated and all the details The bbq is delicious and has all the fixings you can wish for. This is for sure going to be my favorite hang out spot this summer."
"Beautiful Event Venue!I have a chef crush on the owner Jason McConnell. He has three restaurants in addition to this event house and everything he cooks is fantastically delicious. Tonight the McConnell House hosted Food Truck Fight night. I'm a sucker for gourmet food coming out of a truck. There were several food trucks parked behind the house. The plan was to look at all the truck's menus and then choose carefully. It can be so difficult to choose just one so you may have to try food from several. Each truck has a number that you can text to vote for them. Just in case great food isn't enough for a great time there is also a dj playing party music. The only thing missing was our camping chairs. Since I discovered this event occurs every third Thursday of the month we will return with our chairs next month and plan to stay longer."
"Great spot! I love how they had a wine tasting as soon as I walked in, I got to samples one white and one red. It was pretty quiet when I came in, which is fine by me! I loved their menu and now they give wine pairing suggestions with the foods. The bartender was super nice! I went with the Zinfandel with the duck tacos. The tacos were okay - a little dry to me, but I added some sauce and that did the trick! The Zinfandel was okay, little jammy for my liking! I switched to the Riesling and that worked better for me. Nice ambiance - a lot of people were there because it's connected to a convention center - looks like they get some amazing acts! I had a very pleasant dinner!"
