This little gem is a welcome addition to area! My Mocha Latte was really good and both the Spinach/feta Croissant and the Cinnamon Roll Croissant were great! I'll be headed back to try the Tiramisu and several of the other coissant selections.

Wonderful baked goods! Multiple croissants, macaroons, and cinnamon rolls fill this upscale Gallatin shop. The service was friendly and helpful. The view of the Gallatin Square is really breathtaking. My only complaint is that with so many flavored syrups, over 50, they do not serve iced tea

Stopped in to grab some treats to surprise my husband. Croissants, cheese danish, berry strudels, and tiramisu... they were all delicious! Can't wait to go back and try their coffee and a different set of treats!

This place has so much potential but boy do they miss the mark on pretty much everything! I have come here on a number of occasions and every time they are understaffed with rude girls working there who have no idea how to make any of the drinks they offer. Each time, it takes over 15 minutes for me to receive my coffee and croissant, even when there's no line. This last visit was probably the worst...I have only seen the same two brunette girls working there. The person from this past weekend was somewhat stocky and extremely rude. Despite the lengthy wait, no one in line was complaining, yet she was huffing off and banging everything around. Point being really the blame lies on who ever the owner is. If you can't afford to employ more than one person to work at a time, you might reconsider running a business. It's unfair to the staff, and customers likely won't return. It's unfortunate because we really don't have many options here in Gallatin but we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

New bakery and coffee shop on the Gallatin square! On my first visit, I tried the spinach feta croissant, Bavarian croissant and white chocolate raspberry scone. All were excellent! I was happy to see they also had a vegan raspberry lemon bar available. The staff was very friendly, but I wish they had been more knowledgeable about allergens in the pastries. They did say there was a high possibility of cross contamination for peanuts, so I wouldn't recommend this spot for people with peanut allergies. Lots of seating inside, as well as some games like pool table and claw machines. Great spot to meet with friends for a coffee and snack! Plenty of free street parking around the square.

Went in for Sunday brunch and was pleasantly surprised. We collectively ordered the avocado toasant, croque monsieur, egg hash, and their take on chicken waffle (croissant) with a siracha maple glaze - it was all delicious!!The bakery items are yummy too. The lattes we got were disappointing. If they could complete with black elm quality a bit more, this would be our continual weekend spot. We will be back to see if they are consistent.

Maybe their coffee is good, I would not know. I ordered green tea. Took over 10 minutes to make. I had to go back up to counter and ask. They clearly forgot and then said they were waiting for water to boil. I ordered a 16 oz and got a smaller one. I was underwhelmed by it. Grounds floating in bottom. Hard pass.I did have spinach feta croissant and it was good. Would have been better warmed and I asked for it warmed but... again a fail on the warming. I also asked for a fork and the server pointed me to an empty jar that I was supposed to fetch a fork out of. A little more trainer on service is needed.

New to the area. I couldn't find Italian bread anywhere. The Guilty Grind came through. Excellent job. Highly recommend. Try the Strawberry cream stuffed croissants while visiting. They are fantastic.
