No 1 Chinese

Impressed with this little place, the takeout was fresh/hot/full of flavor! We will be back for more! Such a sweet gal taking orders.

If you're looking for classic Chinese this is it! The classics like chow mein and orange chicken are so good! Some of their deep fried items are frozen and then fried but still tasty.

Wow so 12 days after I eat here this place is on the news for being caught washing dishes in old Hickory lake near by.Stopped for lunch work co worker. Ate lunch buffet. Every thing on the buffet was cold except the egg drop soap(it wasn't bad) and this was at 11:20am. Some of the chicken items was hard also.

I really enjoy No1 Chinese. The food is always good and the delivery is wonderful. Their egg rolls, dumplings and Chicken Mei Fun are awesome. So nice to have them in Old Hickory!

They are always the freshest and best Chinese food in town.I haven't been disappointed yet .Love this place ..sad when it isn't open.

We love #1 Chinese! They make the BEST shrimp in lobster sauce! My hubby just loves it. We only wish delivery were more available. Nice folks & nice clean place. Try it!!

If I could give it no stars I would! Fried rice was bland and probably the worst Chinese food I've had. We didn't even keep the left overs terrible

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant around here! They also have the best spring rolls I've ever had! No one else makes them like they do. They are always quick and the food is always fresh and hot and I think the owner is very nice too. We've been eating here since we moved here so over 7 years now. They are currently renovating according to a sign on their door and I'm so sad! I hope they reopen quickly! Google has already deleted this restaurant for some reason. They are not permanently closed! Also I've tried some of the other Chinese restaurants around here and they just do not compare and are a waste of good money!

The lady was very friendly, but the food didn't have much flavor. The General Tso's chicken was very spicy and had a strange after taste.

This place is consistently good. Probably the best Chinese spot within a 5 mile radius. Can't recommend this enough if you're looking for a quick hot meal.
