Maggie Moos was an absolute treat (pun intended!) on a hot Saturday midmorning in preparation for a football game! The service was quick with the workers being friendly and helping. The environment was clean and lots of signage with various ice cream decor strung about. The ice cream I got was the chocolate base with brownies and cookie dough bites mixed in. The ingredients were visibly fresh and it tasted amazing, would definitely come back again!

Nick and I stopped here for a quick ice cream treat after a hot day and plenty of walking. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our ice cream was delicious, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend stopping by here to anyone.

This place is either a sham or just straight up disappointment. I grew up going to Maggie Moo's and loved their variety of ice cream flavors with friendly faces serving it to me. Instead, this place is a Walmart version of cold stone. The Indian family that runs it either doesn't understand your order or is pretending that they don't understand so that they make more money. We ordered an ice cream cookie sandwich, instead they gave us a spoonful of melted vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips mixed in. Then we ordered a waffled cone of ice cream and they put it in a small cup instead. Finally we tried to get some cookies (3 for 1 deal) and they scammed us into buying 5 for 1. Not the cleanest place and not good ice cream. I'm all for a family business but this place needs to incorporate a new family member or friend that speaks fluent English and knows how to make a good ice cream cone.

The service is always very fast, even if there's a line, and I just love their ice cream. Choose your flavor, then GET TOPPINGS, and they'll knead it on a slab of concrete with these fun tongs. What this does is evenly distribute the toppings throughout the ice cream AND make the ice cream itself stretchy and smooth. It creates a really good mouthfeel when eating. My go-to is their birthday cake ice cream (it's very sweet but I promise it's nothing crazy! It's a nice rich subtle flavor.), with cookie dough and m&ms. I always love it. Sometimes, depending on the worker, they'll skimp on the toppings, but if you ask for a little more they're good about it. GO for whatever flavors/combos you think you'll like, it's pretty impossible to screw up!!

Food: The ice cream is nothing to write home about, the toppings are where it can shine if you make it to your liking. I got a small dish of chocolate and added in Reese's and cake because they were out of Oreo. I'd say a small is a great size, especially because these are pricey. Service: nothing to complain about, was fine. Not personable by any means but did their job. It was our first time in so we didn't know what to expect and had no guidance, but obviously we're smart enough to figure it out. Ambiance: pretty dull ice cream shop compared to the ones around town. Harsh lighting. Lots of space inside but we wanted to sit outside because of the weather. Honestly I doubt I'll go back, but if it's close to you and you have a picky ice cream eater, this might be the place to check out.

Horrific customer service. Three employees, one hiding in the back, one with her back to the customers and texting, and one serving everyone in line. With gloves on after handling money (and not changing gloves). Entire process slow and unhelpful and unsanitary.

Maggie Moo's is usually my favorite icecream place, but the service here was not satisfactory. This location turned their slab off 20 minutes before closing and told the approximately 10 people in the store they could no longer mix the icecream but would have to put it on top.

I've been to this location twice within the past 2 weeks and they are super unsanitary . Staff are sitting outside and will go in behind a customer , do not wash hands , put on gloves , wipe their faces / nose and proceed to scoop ice cream .Are using same gloves to serve and handle money . I've also witnessed staff not wear gloves at all while scooping I've cream . I've had to walk out due to this .
