Fair. I thought the museum was worth seeing once. And ofcourse this Deadhead went Wowsers over Jerry Garcia. But those hands! The detail. The eyes! Springsteen didn't look right. Ozzy is always Ozzy. The Motown guys were right on. Taylor! She was interesting and I liked her. I had a special ticket and got a free book plus was supposed to receive a download of pictures. I couldn't get it to work. It's a fun activity to do.... Once..

If you want to go to a very themed Nashville place that is great for pic taking this is the spot. My daughter's friend, boyfriend and my husband had never been to a wax museum so I figured why not. We had a blast took tons of pics and videos and they had so many props and interactive items. It was very themed for its location and even provided history.

I'm a goofy guy so I like taking my family to places where we can pose with lifelike replicas of celebrities--especially when the celebrities aren't put out by my silliness. It is a novelty business. It only takes about 30 minutes to walk through so $25.99 seems a little steep. I guess it's worth it to embarras my daughter in public. She'll cherish this memory someday. It's located in the Opry Mills shopping center so there's plenty of other attractions, dining, and shopping close by to spend your hard earned dollars and free time at.

My mother and I visited Madam Tussauds and there are wax replicas of the past and present music stars such as Taylor Swift, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, and many others. It's completely dedicated to music and all figures in the Nashville location are music-related, and many of them have Nashville ties. We definitely had a great time taking pictures and enjoying the memories.

We were visiting the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville and did the backstage tour. After it we had a couple hours until the show that night so visited the Opry Mall a block away. We discovered Madam Tussaud's and decided to spend an hour there. It was a fun time guessing some of the entertainers we weren't sure of. The tour was well laid out and not crowded so we could slow down when we wanted or speed up. The museum was very comfortable. I was surprised at how close you could get to the wax figured, maybe there were cameras all over to keep a close eye on things.A fun time and even better since they give a Military discount.

We had a great family outing here. The museum is structured in such a way that plenty of pieces were placed in the given space. Most of the wax figures looked life like and they all had a description proving info on that celebrity's likeness. Just a couple of the likeness were a little off in my opinion. We spent a couple of hours going through the whole museum and taking pictures. This is definitely a good Nashville tourist spotworth checking out at least once!

We almost skipped this because we overbooked ourselves. So glad we squeezed it in our tour of Nashville. I've been to a wax museum years ago, but I don't remember it being THIS good! The detail is phenomenal! This is a self guided tour. We spent about an hour going through the exhibits. It was so real, I kept expecting the stages to move. You can take photos and get close to the statues, all they ask is you don't touch their face or hair. It was eerie and cool at the same time! The background settings are so awesome too! The museum is inside the Opry Mills Mall. Parking is very convenient and free. Your event is located to the right as you walk in to the mall. Highly recommend!

I like visiting a Madame Tussauds when I'm in a new city. I have visited the ones in Hollywood and Shanghai. I enjoyed looking at and posing with wax figures. Nashville has one, too. Yay!I booked my ticket online. I got a packaged deal consisting of admission, a guidebook, and a photo pass. It came to $33 before taxes. You select your day and show up. I like that you don't need to specify a time.I received my virtual ticket in an e-mail. I simply needed to show it when I was at the museum. This Madame Tussauds is at Opry Mills, which is a cool outlet mall with entertainment and dining mixed in. I parked as close as I could to entrance 5, which is the nearest entrance to the museum. It's a large museum. You can't miss it. The gift shop is on the left when you are facing it. You want to enter where the ticket booth is on the right, where waxy Katy Perry and Whitney Houston are.I had a lovely older woman scan my ticket from my phone. She explained everything that I needed to know. I got my guidebook from her. She let me know where the photo stand was so I could take a souvenir photo. She was great. I thanked her and went on my merry way. I love that each wax museum brings out the best of each city. You get movie stars in Hollywood and Shanghai. In Nashville, you get music greats. I loved seeing Minnie Pearl from Hee Haw, Duke Ellington, Stevie Wonder, Elvis Presley, Prince, and more. I loved being in the recreated Nashville recording studio and feeling like I was truly there. There were washrooms during the self-guided tour, just before I got to Prince. I dropped by the women's. It was extremely clean and pleasant.I got to Kid Rock. A male staffer asked if I had stood on the table that Kid Rock was on yet. Oh, gosh, no! I can't afford to injure myself and pay for any damages I do at this museum.I enjoyed the Grand Ole Opry portion. I'm not great at selfies because I don't take many. However, going to wax museums makes me want to take some. It's fun and goofy. The photo booth was pretty fun, too. You pose once and you get a bunch of digital photos with different backgrounds -- sixteen photos to be exact. I laughed at mine, because I'm at a jazz club in one, and then I'm in the 60's embracing flower power in the same pose. Hilarious and highly enjoyable! I do recommend the package deal, so you have fun memories to enjoy later.I remember taking a short feedback survey at the end of my visit. It was a breeze.I then hit the gift shop. I got a tumbler that I use often at home. It has various Tennessee landmarks on it.A nice man helped me with my purchase. I paid with a credit card. Done! He carefully wrapped my tumbler up to protect it from bumps and such, and wished me a great day. I reciprocated.Madame Tussauds also has scheduled live music on weekends. They are free. I spent a Sunday afternoon soaking in various performances and loved them.If you enjoy a good wax museum and live music, want to hibernate in an air-conditioned environment when it is ridiculously hot outside, come here. It was a ton of fun and I would do it again.(289)

Madame Tussauds is always an awesome place to visit. The only thing about this Madame Tussauds is that the wax figures appeared to be a bit dated looking compared to what I saw in Hollywood. It was still fun though.

We had an amazing time here.Front desk staff was friendly right off the bat. It was a little crowded, but not bad at all. Everything was set so perfectly, and so realistic. The layout was super neat and had a great range of genres too. Definitely a great activity for anyone and not a terrible price. They are card only.
