I scream, you scream, we will all scream for La Michoacana Delicious! Seriously though, so many options - you will find something here for everyone. Craving ice cream? Duh, they got you covered. Want something fruity? Take your pick of a fruit ice cream, sorbet, paleta, or fruit drink. Not craving something sweet, but dragged here by someone who is? Well you're in luck because they have savory snacks too! When I say there is something here for everyone, I am not joking. I'll also shout out the fact that they make everything in house and from real, fresh ingredients. Their fruit ice creams had chunks of fruit in them. My boyfriend got the birthday cake ice cream and it had literal cake swirled in it. I got the Ferraro ice cream and there were chunks of Ferraro Rocher in it. Mind blown. Why no picture? Because it was so dang good, my mind had one thought, and one thought only, once the waffle cone hit my hand. MUST EAT NOW. Ice cream? More like ice dream.

Great cold treats, including incredible Horchatas in different flavors. Yummy! Great service and they do have other warm treats like crazy corn type things. Very friendly and clean.

This little hidden gem... it's in a strip mall. They weren't too busy when we arrived. The 2 young girls working looked terrified when we walked in. They had tons to choose from. Popsicles, ice cream, fruit drinks, frozen bananas....Our friends ordered shakes. We ordered ice cream. It was all very tasty. I would love if Chattanooga had sonething similar. It seemed very clean and organized. I just think the staff didn't quite know what to think of us. They seemed very standoff ish. We ended up going to sit in car instead of staying and sitting at the tables. We didn't feel very welcomed. I did try a new flavor that I might be in love with...gansito.... it's like a Twinkie with chocolate and raspberry... yum!

I've never given a review before but I decided to write one because I'm disappointed. I've never had La Michoacán ice cream before as I've heard mixed reviews from many places. I came to visit some of my family and they decided to take me to this place. Was not a good experience I'll tell you that. The ice cream tasted old and not fresh??? How can that even be? and what's even worse was the older lady that helped me. She was so rude??? No customer service attitude what so ever. Terrible attitude. I'm very disappointed as I thought this place was "nice" as I've seen some people say. Good news is I only came to visit so I won't be here again.

Drove 45 min here because google said they were opened. Door was unlocked and I walked in just to get told they're closed. This was at 2pm on a Saturday. What kind of service is this? Don't waste your time or money.
