This is a local favorite restaurant for a very good reason. Prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. My waitress helped me figure out how to mix my food and add the provided sauce. The dish was served in a pre heated bowl that cooks the raw vegetables in the dish as you stir it.The meat and egg are cooked through and the entire dish is on a bed of rice. The sides that came with it are really tasty! If you've never had Korean food give this local gem a try.

As a Korean-American from Los Angeles, I was kind of surprised to see a small ish Asian concentrated community around White Bridge, and was definitely appreciative as my digestion system was over days and days of fried food. I had the soondooboo (tofu stew), and they were kind enough to substitute the included seafood with beef per request. The stew was really good and hit the spot, not the best I've ever had, but I would not be surprised if this is the best in the area. The banchan (side dishes) they provide are also so good. I'm not usually one to work on the side dishes too much, but I pretty much demolished most of the 6 side dishes they provided. They said these are made in house. I also ordered the bulgogi as take out for a friend who told me that it was delicious. Service was also good. There were two Korean ladies going around helping every body. The older lady was friendly, but personally, I did not think her service was particularly friendly. She was happy to get anything I asked for, but everything was pretty much by request. If you have children, she will probably be pretty attentive to your table and your children in a good way, though. The younger lady was more personable and actively asking if I needed anything. Would recommend and would be back.

Korea House is my GO-TO for Korean food. The place is small but I've never had to wait, and they are VERY quick to bring out your order. You also get great Banchan with pretty much any order. Here's what I've tried:-Dolsot Bibimbap: 9/10 - So good!!! Get this with beef rather than tofu because there's more flavor that way. And DEFINITELY go for the Dolsot Bibimbap over the regular one, it's worth it. It comes out in a sizzling hot-pot (careful not to burn yourself) and you have to WAIT so that the rice gets crispy on the bottom. Oh my goodness so good. Then go ahead and mix that perfectly runny egg and all the mixins into the rice, give a generous squeeze of the two sauces they bring out in the red bottles (soy and gochujang), and enjoy!! The dish itself is very fresh, a very good portion, and on the less-flavorful end, but that's why you add your own sauces! The only other thing I will say, though, is that they don't give you a lot of meat for the price.-Kimchi Fried Rice: 9/10 - Super super flavorful. I'm not a big fried rice lover, but when my boyfriend ordered this, I ended up eating half just because it was so delicious. Highly recommend.-Fried Rice: 7/10 - Eh, it's normal fried rice. Not bad, nothing special. I never order it myself, though.-Bulgogi: 9/10 - DELICIOUS!! It is very greasy though, so be prepared for that. But the flavor is rich and it comes out with a generous amount of perfectly-cooked meat.-Goonmandu: 6.5/10 - I like dumplings, but these were pretty average, and to be honest I don't think deep frying them did any favors. They tasted very much of fried food, followed by a sem-flavorful filling.-Soondubu-jjigae: 7/10 - This spicy tofu stew was not too spicy, as someone who can handle medium spice, and the tofu was super soft and had a good texture. It came out bubbling like a cauldron which is super fun, but also means you should be careful not to burn your mouth. The actual seafood and soup part lacked depth of flavor in my opinion, and I mostly tasted heat more than anything else. There are so many other dishes I need to try, and I've seen others order the seafood pancake (it's huge!) and the jampong (also huge and looks super flavorful!) and have been enticed.

I love Korean food and this is a lovely authentic hole in the wall. The service is always usually pretty quick and and the staff is so friendly. Sometimes they get packed but it's still not an awful wait time. Probably a $15-30 price point depending on what you get, and so worth it. I get the Galbi usually which is $27 now I believe but it's a hit every time. It's so flavorful and a great portion as well as including the rice and side dishes. Love it here and I want everyone to go!

I wish there was a 6 star option! First time eating here and it was an EXPERIENCE. The kind of food where you never want the meal to end. Best Korean food I've had in a looong time. Can't wait to go back!

This is hands-down the best Korean food in Nashville. While the restaurant is unassuming (located in a strip mall, small space), the food is outstanding. Order the dolsot bibimbap, which is served in a sizzling hot stone bowl. I like to get the tofu version, but you can also get beef. As the rice continues to cook in the bowl, you get these nice crispy bits that are caramelized, crunchy, sweet, and spicy. The service is very efficient, and the food comes out quickly. This is one of my favorite spots in Nashville, and I love any excuse to go to Korea House.

A staple of authentic Korean food in Nashville. A small family owned shop with limited seating, when you step in you know you're gonna be treated to delicious Korean fares. Right when you are seated and start to order, a delicious selection of banchan (Korean appetizers, free) are brought out and enjoyed as you make the crucial decision. My friend and I shared three dishes which was the perfect amount of food for two starving foodies. It was a hot summer day so we shared the Naengmyeon (Korean Cold noodle) and it was so refreshing with its iced pickled radish soup base with cold buckwheat noodles and slices of beef. We also shared the classics, a tofu stew the sundubu chigae and the dolsot bibimbap. Both were brought out sizzling, the former mixing perfectly with the small pot of rice, and the latter cooking the rice to a perfect crisp edge in the stone bowl. The flavors were just right and paired perfectly with the trio we ordered. Highly recommend a visit on either a hot or cold day because their menu is as diverse as it is delicious!

This place is pretty authentic and very busy. Seating is limited inside but they do offer carry out. Service was good but only one or two servers on hand. The food was good but could've used more seasoning or sauces. The sweet potato noodles were very good and we do recommend.

Bulgogi and Kimchi jiggae!I can definitely say this place hits home! (San Francisco, Ca)I must say the flavors were amazing! I loved the sides! Fish cake is my ultimate favorite and next would be the bean sprouts!Only (-)'s I must add is the simple fact that the bulgogi seemed to be really grounded up rather than chopped into thin slices. Also, the layer of meat was under a thick layer of veggies... especially for the price you pay.. it was hardly enough actual meat to feed 2 individuals..
