Slowly but surely, Iggy's has become my favorite restaurant in Nashville for good pasta and it's worth a revisit of my previous review.Incredible flavors, delightful homemade pasta, excellent wine at a good price, truly outstanding service - Iggy's continues to become a better version of itself with each new seasonal menu. My favorites off the current menu: shrimp risotto (I've previously had the lobster iteration of this dish, which was equally ungodly: rich, umami brothiness), butternut squash tortellini (you've never had flavors like this), and the saffron arancini (have had other flavors of arancini here and this is by far my favorite.) The current vanilla / salted caramel soft serve is a perfect, light end when I'm feeling overstuffed on pasta. Shout out to whoever curates the wine menu here, because there are options for $10 or $14 per glass here that, as a snobby wine person, are just incredible. It feels almost unheard of to find those kinds of prices for good wine at a nice restaurant in Nashville these days. Dining at the chef's counter here is one of my favorite dining experiences in Nashville right now. Everything coming out of the kitchen is truly a hit, and I'm always happy to change my mind about a restaurant.

Absolutely amazing! You can feel the vibe of this place as you are walking up to the door. The staff are excellent and knowledgeable about the menu which helps make the dining experience special. The plates are served family style, being shared with the table. Each dish was an explosion of flavors with no two being the same. We started off with iggy's Garlic Bread and the Whipped Ricotta, which was Bloomsbury Farms tomatoes, onion jam, fennel pollen on Dozen's Bakery sourdough toast. For the pastas we ordered the Doppia Agnolotti which had a sweet corn and ricotta filling, chives and tarragon-butter. The Roman Style Semolina Gnocchi with a Taleggio fondue, Australian black truffles, shallots, and sherry vinegar reduction. Then we had the Fusilli alla Vodka Sauce with Liuzzi burrata and basil, followed by "Little Shell" which was Maine peekytoe crab, sea urchin butter, Japanese red chiles, yuzu and roasted seaweed. Like I said the flavors are incredible. The wine and cocktail offerings are selected to compliment the food.It is a dining experience worth the price tag. You better go to iggy's before they are recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy your tasty travels!

The garlic bread and salad were the best part of the meal. We had the lightest and heaviest pasta and I'd rate them both 3/10. Our pasta was undercooked and the dish had way too much lemon. Probably won't be going back. Check out pelato. The service and ambiance were both good, but food was mediocre.

I am still dreaming about Iggy's Garlic Bread - it is no joke the best thing I have ever consumed in my life. I like zoned out and had a foodgasm and had to have my friend repeat what she was sharing. It is an absolutely non-negotiable, even my gluten-free friend enjoyed it! Savory, buttery, perfectly baked, with a subtle sweet whipped cream cheese. It's DIVINE. We also split the healthy, yet fully delicious greener roots salad (it's about balance, okay) and enjoyed every bite of the bolognese (failed to get a picture) and tortellini. The tortellini has a delicate richness with a slightly sweet flavor that makes a better dish to share than eat alone. We paired our dishes with red wines that were recommended by our server. We had a very pleasant time eating outside on the patio as the weather has improved and appreciated the indoor bar area as an alternative option for us as we did not have reservations. We were very well attended to by our server, Lily! I am so glad I live near here bc it will definitely be a regular rotation for me now! Parking may be a bit tricky, but it's worth the effort to find free street parking and walk unless or you can pay to be close. This is the best spot for post work hangs with friends or colleagues, a romantic date night, or some solitude! Make sure you go soon, it's soooooo good!!!!

Is this place worth the hype? Let's see! We made a reservation for dinner 2 weeks in advance. We got there a bit earlier and got seated within couple minutes. They had our table ready before our reservation time. That's impressive! They were really busy and it was really loud inside. We had to yell at each other or we kept saying "what did you just say?" If you wanted to eat and talk, this place might not be it. Garlic bread is a good portion for 2 people. It is not filling you up before the entree for sure. Wild mushroom tortellini was so amazing. It was so complex in taste, smell, and texture. Umm...so delicious! I highly recommend this dish. It is 100 out of 10. Fusilli alla Vodka Sauce was okay. Fusilli was perfectly al dente but the sauce was way too salty. I drank 3 glasses of water during the meal to wash away the saltiness on my tongue. Overall, it was a great experience. It seemed to be your luck to order the right dish or just an okay dish. Hey! Who does not like Russian roulette game? Order at your own risk!

Iggy's was my best meal ever in Nashville! The menu is very limited and usually a good sign for any restaurant. We had 3 of the 4 appetizers offered and every single one was a delightful surprise. We had 4 of the pastas-marinara, Cacio e Pepe, vodka sauce and bolognese. My favorite was the bolognese but each selection included many layers of flavor in each bite. But we all agreed the Lemon Huckleberry dessert was the most amazing sweet treat we have ever eaten! Ambience was fun and buzzing. Great wine list. 10/10 for every category. Do not miss this place!

Casual and inviting atmosphere and friendly server with insightful recommendations. Started with the saffron Arancini, great proportion for a solo diner and so tasty. Then onto the sweet corn and ricotta agnolotti. Fresh from the garden sweet corn w/ricotta and wild mushrooms in a light tarragon butter sauce with perfect al dente pasta. Try this dish and you might rethink the traditionally heavy Italian meal. Such a lovely meal tonight. I highly recommend this little WeHo gem.

We'd wanted to try Iggy's for a while now, and managed to grab a holiday week Sat night res. The room is cool; we sat near the open kitchen (always our preference). It's not as loud as some other places in town and that's nice; we like to be able to hear each other talk during dinner. We started with a bottle of some-recommended the Sicilian white, and the much vaunted garlic bread, and the Burrata app. The garlic bread was everything you've heard about, and more. We seriously contemplated ordering a second loaf. The burrata was good; it was served in a style similar to avocado toast. Neither portion was huge, but the quality and taste were outstanding. They were out of our first choice for entrées. Bummer; we were looking forward to trying the butternut squash ravioli. Undeterred, we feasted on their Bolognese, beef short ribs over gnocchi, a very citrusy lemon ricotta stuffed agnoloti, and duck confit agnolotti. All of the pastas were house made and perfectly cooked; the sauces showed a very deft hand in the kitchen. Total for 4 (including mandatory 20 percent service charge) was $280, including a lovely bottle of white from their list. Well worth the price for food of this quality and taste. Highly recommended for innovative Italian in WeHo.
