Nate M. "Delicious and delicate pastries, but with a steep price tag. My trip here was by accident. I had an errand in the same shopping center and popped in after to get my wife some treats. I bought a six pack of macarons and one caramel eclair. The macarons were perfect! Light and chewy with just the right amount of filling. My favorite was the coconut, pistachio, and the coffee flavor. My wife loved the sea salt caramel and chocolate hazelnut. The passion fruit macaron was just meh. The caramel eclair was also just ok. I'm not sure if it was the flavor or the texture, but neither of us were feeling it. These treats do cost a pretty penny, but you can see the effort and care that goes into each one. They are like tiny works of art. I'm not sure if I would go out of my way to come back here, but if I was the neighborhood I would stop in and try their savory pastries. That ham and cheese croissant was calling my name!"

Laura P. "Cute coffee shop and nice staff, everything on the menu seems to be very modern like the avocado toast and the corn quinoa salad.I had the breakfast poutine and a honey oat latte, I really did like the latte, but the breakfast poutine was too filling I couldn't finish it, it was full of cheese and potato.I also tried one of the powdered sugar beignet that my friend ordered, and it tasted just like a beer as if it was a pastry. Very interesting since I have never had beignet before."

Services was fast, space is large and food came quickly. They have high chairs and this was the perfect spot to hang with a friends plus a 6 month old for lunch. The street corn quinoa salad was unique and the reason I will go back again. Also, there's parking in this cute little area of East Nashville."

Right outside the cute town of Leiper's Fork, and well worth a stop. I had a Papa Byrd, which is a blackberry latte, and it was delicious. There was a nice blackberry flavor without being too sweet. Very good!Another in our group had the Vanilla Lavender Latte on ice, and she kept saying how delicious it was. The iced Americano was also excellent. We didn't try the pastry items they have, but they looked great. And the service was helpful and friendly. If you're in the area it is worth checking out Leiper's Fork and the nearby Natchez Trace Parkway. And then be sure to stop by RedByrd for an excellent beverage!"

Bailey D. "Wow! A friend introduced me to Dozen for a midweek lunch, and I am still thinking about it two weeks later! We arrived around noon on a Thursday and only had to wait in line a few minutes. You can tell that this spot gets busy quickly -- and we did have to quickly snag an open table. My friend (who had been here before) said the Ham & Cheese Croissant is her absolute favorite, but they run out of them quickly because they're everyone's favorite! Instead, we split the Salami sandwich on baguette, which was wonderful. The crusty bread balanced perfectly with the fatty salami and the creamy, tangy mayo. I also ordered one of their seasonal lattes, which was a nice accompaniment at any time of day. I couldn't resist grabbing one of their enormous Snickerdoodle cookies for the road ... and I'm not ashamed to say I enjoyed most of it on my car ride home. I'm excited to stop by Dozen again soon!"

Daniel A. "This sing-songwriter cafe has history. Not only featured in the show Nashville but also the place where some famous musicians were discovered. To get it out of the way...the food is pretty terrible. Absolutely nothing exciting to look forward but you need to spend at least $10 as part of your ticket to help support the restaurant and singers. I'd recommend eating beforehand and then spending your money on drinks or dessert here. We were fortunate to get tickets during the TinPan singer-songwriter festival. Had 4 artists play in the round in the most intimate setting with everyone gathered around and listening to those artist and their guitars. An amazing experience that was one of the Nashville highlights! If you're looking to get tickets, know that they go within the first minutes of going online so best set an alarm and get ready to stress click your way through the website!"

Joanna C. "I missed having Three Brothers in this place close to home, but I'll give Paradeisos a review on its own merit and not as a replacement. The location is excellent, and the space makes use of all the light that comes in during the day. There are individual tables and a community table in addition to barstool seating at the front window. I tried this place because it's close and I'd rather support local than Starbucks; I came back because the honey cinnamon latte is delicious. Totally different staff both times I came but everyone was super friendly. Although I think this place is quite new, it was clear the baristas are already familiar with a host of regulars. Much better parking than Dose down the road, so this might become my new go-to coffee spot."

Shuné D. "We visited here during the Christmas Holiday. We decided to go off and away from the crowd in the noise of downtown Nashville into this nice quiet neighborhood not too far from it. After walking around, we stumbled upon this café. As expected of a café, it smells delicious in here. The vibe was chill with a few people working on their laptop, some folks quietly chatting amongst themselves, and good music playing in the background. The environment is very neat and clean with a minimalism style decor. The vintage music equipment was a nice touch. While we were here, I got the "strawberry fields" pour over coffee. The blend of beans and the style of brew that was applied really did make this taste like strawberries in coffee format. It was quite unique and a good pick-me-up. This hit the spot during the cold winter time we visited here."

Chad M. "I needed a good start to my day, so I popped in this shop with my dog and my significant other.I went to the counter to view the menu. I ended up getting an 8oz drip coffee and an 8oz mocha.I sat on a couch towards the corner of the shop. I'd say this place gave off a relaxing vibe. The drip coffee was ready rather quickly. I tried it out how it was served, but I didn't care for it too much like that. I put Sugar, Whole Milk, and Cinnamon in it. Those items gave the coffee a smooth flavor. It was a lot easier to drink it this way. The mocha came out soon after the coffee. I didn't add anything to this one and I'm glad I didn't. It was good just the way it was served to me.The service was prompt and friendly. I didn't have any issues in that field.Overall, this shop was a good stop to start my day off right! I only saw two women having coffee on their own. Just surprised, because I haven't been to a coffee shop where it's like 98% guys. It's a really nice place and the person behind the counter was fantastic - they had great energy and welcoming. We ordered at Cortado and Cold Press, and both were great! Also ordered the Breakfast Slider with bacon. It was a filling little sandwich, and very tasty! Waffle was great and delicious. We also ordered the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. We really thought it came on a biscuit (didn't see the pics online) and when we got home realized it was a waffle. The parking is tricky, it's technically behind the venue across from the Bridgestone arena. Heads up, you'll have to pay to park!I don't think location would be my go-to spot for coffee, but it's a great option if you find yourself in DT and needing a caffeine rush. We ordered the ground beef stir-fried with eggs and tomatoes, as well as the special ful, a dish of small fava beans cooked with eggs, ginger, and garlic, and topped with chopped jalapeños and red onions. Both of these dishes were served in a mini skillet, along with two warm, whole wheat oblong rolls, which had a soft, chewy, nutty interior and a crispy, crusty exterior. It's fascinating to see the graffiti art on the wall and all the unique, colorful artistry behind their interior decor hanging around. They do need updates i their furniture, but I believe this is what makes their place one of a kind.As far as the food I loaded up in with their "Phat special" menu.I enjoyed their pita and hummus appetizer and the salad I got was good. The burrito was delicious and loaded with bacon, eggs, and a chipotle cream sauce. The cold brew was on point. No bitterness, just all flavor. A good cold brew needs no milk or sweetener in my opinion. The loading dock has two interior places to hang out with one in a shared business area. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere just off the highway, which just adds to the appeal in my opinion. Inside it is clean & cozy and feels like a little Bayou oasis. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The guy at the counter was so friendly and so helpful; I think he might have been the owner and/or a chef. I got a bottled Abita Root Beer (super good) and I started with the Duck Wontons on special because they sounded interesting. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away! I'd maybe describe the filling like a smoky duck chowder, and the raspberry-jalapeno jelly dipping sauce was amazing. I'd buy that by the gallon. For my meal, I actually went way out of my comfort zone and tried the Crawfish Etoufee. I first confirmed with the guy at the counter that I didn't actually have to pick up a crawfish to eat it, so I went for it since it was fully cooked in the sauce. It was fabulous! It came with rice and bread, but seriously the sauce was so good. I only got a cup and it was a lot. I need to come back to try everythinggggg else."

It was dead empty when I arrived. There were a few tables set up outside. The bakery case was nearly empty. But nevertheless, I got a blueberry muffin and a coffee. The coffee tasted very bitter to me. The muffin was good, but they needed more stuff here. If it's that dead all the time though, I can see why they don't keep their stuff stocked. I hope that changes in the future."
