Small local coffee shop located in the Cool Springs mall located on the 2nd floor. Great service and friendly employees. I recommend giving it a try while strolling in the mall. Only recommendation is they should offer protein in their smoothies. Other than that, allother coffees stuff you'll like.

I have been here twice, and was disappointed each time. Their coffee drinks are average at best. The taste is more like office coffee and lacks the subtle richness and aftertaste I get from good coffee.But the service is what really puts me off. The first time I tried this place, the employee was the least friendly, most apathetic "server" I've ever seen. But the next time (the last time), they were CLOSING fifteen minutes before the posted closing time. They basically said, "yeah, we aren't serving any more coffee drinks today..."That's unacceptable.

This is my favorite place for speciality coffees and they serve teas, shakes, and other non-coffee drinks. Their service is always top notch and friendly. My drink is not on their menu. It's a Java Chip Freezacino. Krista makes the best drinks, although, so does her sister. Actually, every other person whom I have dealt with there makes greatdrinks. I like supporting local businesses, especially those non-Star Bucks shops which are consistently delicious. Coffee Latte is located at a kiosk upstairs in front of Macys. All their employees have been friendly, fast and accommodating. They're one of the best choices for a quick boost of caffeine and the only choice for me while at Coolsprings Galleria. Their beans aren't 'burnt' like a certain chain . Coffee Latte normally has light to dark roast freshly brewed. My special drink confuses most at other coffee shops. It's service with a smile, even when there's a book of instructions on the side of a customers cup at this friendly little shop. My grand daughter loves their Strawberry Bomb drink. She says, "it IS the bomb!"

This is my favorite coffee shop ever. Their drinks are delicious. My favorite is a frozen tiramisu temptation. The workers are always nice and there's a seated area next to their kiosk in the mall.
