"Discovered this place from Tik Tok, and had high hopes. The food was just okay for me. The aesthetics of the place was nice and pleasing to the eye. Great guy behind the bar. I can't recall his name, but he was very helpful in making food decisions. Chicken of Thai-3/5 I have had better at other authentic Asian restaurants. To me it lacked the extra flavor, but once you added some spice from the spice rack to it, it made the dish somewhat better. The shrimp/crab appetizer was pretty good. The lamb Dan Dan was pretty good, it just had more meat than noodle. So the meat to noodle ratio was a little off, but then again no one ever complains about extra protein. If you're in the area definitely give it a try."
"Wow, a hidden GEM! Amazing and authentic Thai/Laos cuisine. Drunken noodles and pad Thai noodles were some of the best I've ever had! They were so so flavorful and juicy and I was so impressed. Every bite was amazing. On the drunken noodles, they put fresh cucumbers on top and I really enjoyed that. If you like crab rangoons, you have to get them here! They're in a thin wrapper fried but the filling is so smooth and tasty. Also one of the best crab rangoons I've ever had! They do have bacon in them and thats probably the special ingredient. I also go the shrimp Tom yum soup and they give big pieces of shrimp. The Tom Yum was delicious, hot and a little sour, lots of lemongrass."

"Food is fantastic here. Loved the various sushi rolls. Always busy and service to sit down and get take out is slow. But, food is fantastic."
"Went on a weekend right before the dinner rush and was met with quick and friendly service! The place is bright, clean and inviting. The menu has a lot of speciality sushi, some pretty creative rolls! I enjoyed my pho and also had a tom Kha as my appetizer. Yes I had soup and soup- I don't mind as I happen to love soup. My only wish was that there was more acidity and sourness to the Tom Kha, it was a bit too sweet and more coconut than I prefer. My boyfriend enjoyed his beef fried rice with medium spice. He thought the spice level was perfectly enjoyable (the step before it becomes hard to enjoy lol)As we were finishing up, the place got pretty busy and filled up to 75% capacity.Prices were cheap to average. I'd be interested in coming back to try some more sushi and Thai dishes on my next visit!"
"Ordered delivery through Yelp (who gets it from Grubhub) for 4 people, got:- fresh spring rolls: pretty tasty, good sauce, lots of vegetables, light- spicy noodles (otherwise known as pad kee mao / drunken noodle) with tofu: quite tasty, liked that it was spicy (I asked for it spicy) and quite flavorful. Noodles weren't chewy though and stuck together a bit.- pad thai: comes with chicken and shrimp, not much flavor. Noodles all stuck together, nothing impressive.- red curry with tofu and green curry with tofu: both watered down, flavor was just okay. Asked for the green curry to be spicy which it was so at least that was good. Good amount of vegetables and tofu.Good amount of food, came out to be around $67 post-tax pre-tip, but for whatever reason, there was about $14 of delivery and service fee on top of that charged, yikes."
"Got takeout from Grubhub, food was ready when I arrived at noon. Got the pad kee mao with tofu, spring roll, spicy level 5, added baby corn and mushrooms, and asked for no bamboo. A small container of soup came with it as well, but it didn't really have any flavor. The spring roll was piping hot and delicious, I think I picked up my food right after they made it so my noodles were still hot too. Upon first bite, it was quite good - flavor was there, noodles were chewy, good ratio of vegetables and noodles. But as I ate more, the oil started seeping out and it was really gross. There was a puddle of oil at the bottom and I tipped my container sideways to get it out - there was at least a spoonful or two of it at the bottom. As I ate more, I could taste the oil covering the noodles and veggies, what a pity. The mushrooms were canned and so was the corn, while the bell pepper and zucchini was fresh; I wish the mushrooms were fresh. Well-priced too at $11.50 pre-tax pre-tip, pretty good portions, just way too much oil, eek. Also, looking at the photos, this spot only uses one-time use plates, bowls, and utensils, and I really don't like restaurants that don't take the environment into account. (I know I got takeout which is contradictory to the environment statement, but it was a Grubhub order through work so it was take it or leave it)"
"The food here was really tasty, and the service was friendly and helpful.Thai Ni Yom is inside the L&L Market, which is a small shopping mall with a variety of shops and restaurants. We arrived just as they were opening, and the woman was very helpful in letting us know which items were gluten-free.The Pad Thai was really overflowing with flavor. The chicken was moist and tender, which I have to say I found to be a rare treat. So often when I get Pad Thai or similar dishes the chicken is really dry and a bit tough. My wife and I were both super happy with our Pad Thai at Thai Ni Yom.I had the Fried Spring Rolls, which were good and surprisingly flavorful. My wife had the Fresh Rolls, which lived up to their name being really fresh and of great quality. My only minor complaint was that it took about 30 minutes for us to get our food. If I had been trying to squeeze my meal into a lunch hour, I would have been pressed for time. They weren't busy at the time, and they do make everything to order, but it seemed like a long wait. But they may have also not quite gotten up to speed yet since we arrived just as they were opening.Regardless, the food was fantastic and the service was friendly and helpful, so we'll definitely be back."
"Got lunch here. Extensive menu with many lunch specials. The first thing you notice are the colorful murals of Thai culture, which I liked. Service was slow but the food was good. I think the owner was the only waitress. For the lunch special you get an egg roll or a bowl of soup and drink. Thumbs up for giving customers the whole soda can. My Pad Kra Pao didn't look authentic or appetizing but it was delicious and a large serving for lunch. Nice blend of basil, garlic and crushed pepper. I thought my friend's chicken curry was a little salty but she loved it. There are 4 levels of spiciness per entree. I would come back even though service could be better because the food and prices are worth it. Note that they are closed Sunday."
"Love Peter's for a workday lunch stop. Service here is impressively fast and always friendly. The sushi always comes out extremely fresh and the quality of fish is too notch. Highly recommend checking out the Michael Jackson roll if you like a little spice with your roll."
"I was very pleasantly surprised with this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside but I really enjoyed the food! The server was very pleasant and attentive to anything that I might need. I had read a complaint that the yum yum sauce tasted like peanut butter. There's a reason. It is! The peanut butter yum yum sauce was unusual but very good! I really liked it. I recommend this place, especially if you're like me, traveling for work and dining alone."

This is a "small" spot. 3 booths and about 5 two people tables. They also have a small bar area. Parking outside is limited as it's shared with other businesses. No reservations so depending on the time of day, just be prepared for a short wait. Their service is amazing, fast & concise. They have menus as well as QR codes for digital one. The food it's always great and comes out relatively quick. The taste is in point. Everything we've had it's amazing and as authentic as you'll find it. Just know they mean it with the spicy level. They don't play with it. Definitely a must try!

Boyfriend & I decided to date night closer to home - we LOVE sushi and Thai. We knew we had to give this place a try! Drinks were delicious, fast service - our waitress was great! It was not crowded which helped make our date night more personable - our rolls hit the spot we ate everything and are planning our order for next time we go! I highly recommend the Thai Iced Tea and the Yummy Roll.

Can't beat Siam Cafe service! With a family run business usually comes smiling faces when new customers walk in. We were welcomed and sat immediately when arriving to Siam Cafe. The dumplings- amazing!! great flavor, not too filling to make sure you have room for your main meal. We got green curry, red curry, and pad thai. The pad Thai was perfectly cooked and fresh. The curries were extremely satisfying. Very pleased with our time at Siam cafe, will definitely be back!

Stopped in here for lunch after visits Centennial Park. It's a cute little hole in the wall that is unique decorated with pictures of last patrons across all its walls. Sat down and ordered the garlic and pepper tofu with medium spice. It came with a nice side salad with a peanut sauce dressing, white rice, and a small vegetable soup. Each bite from the soup to the salad to the tofu was delicious. The workers were wonderful and super nice. They provided great service. I am very happy to have found this spot.

"I checked out Aiyara one Friday for dinner - one, because they serve Thai and Sushi, and two, because I saw on Facebook that this group was going to be performing live. What better combo than some of my favorite type of food and free music?! Not to mention it ended up being very close to home. The group is called the Kenny Sharp Trio - nice guys. I decided to eat at the bar, and the bartender was just as new in town as I am. She was ok. The other server was also friendly.Aiyara Thai & Sushi Restaurant is located off 8th Ave right next to this popular bar called MLRose that the couple I met at the bar recommended, but they didn't have live music over there. They have a very wide array of food options on the menu! Whether you feel like Thai noodles, curry, fried rice, or sushi or pho, it's all in there! It just depends on what you're in the mood for. I had Thai - pad sew eww with chicken - (one of my favorite go to Thai dishes) and it was a pretty decent sized serving. Brought out hot and fresh. The only thing I would've changed about my dish was having them hold the green onions / scallions. Those are sprinkled all across the top, which is new to me, and I have pad sew ewe a few times a year. Just not a fan of scallions like that. Otherwise the taste was fine. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious and family friendly. Parking is available in a halfway garage within walking distance or on the street. The ambiance & decor was interesting but in either case you can try it out. I'd go back to see how the sushi & pho are."
"I just moved here to Nashville from the northeast.... And let's just say I'm a little bit of a food snob. This is the best Thai food I've EVER had in my LIFE. My husband and I ordered the chicken pad thai and fried rice. Both dishes were incredibly balanced, seasoned, and tasty. I will definitely be back for more"
"Had a great time here with a close friend yesterday we enjoyed everything that we had. Sushi, Tom Kha Gai soup (coconut soup with chicken), papaya salad, (though it was a little bit bland...no shrimp paste, very light fish sauce, etc.). And the Mango and sticky rice, which was fabulous. The service was also stellar! And loved the ambiance...beautifully decorated and comfortable"
"I've been here multiple times since I found this place. I absolutely fell in love with their fried tofu appetizer which honestly could be a meal on its own. It's really difficult to find a place that makes fried tofu well but this place reminds me of home. I always ask for the teriyaki sauce on the side because it can be overpowering so I don't use a ton of it. Their sizzling beef is also another favorite dish of mine! The beef is super tender and comes with a pile of onions and bell peppers which is so delicious! The service is always great and I have never had any issues with getting my food. I definitely recommend checking this place out!"
"Finally a good Thai restaurant close by and honestly this is the best lad na I've had! The flat noodles had the perfect "wok hei" and the gravy was the right consistency and flavor. My husband got the green curry and wow! It was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. We also saw how fresh their sashimi grade fish was and can't wait to come back and try it! The chef was the sweetest man and came and talked to us for a bit during our dinner. 5/5 for customer service! The restaurant space is super clean and inviting. Definitely recommend checking this place out!"
"I was craving Asian food today, but my friend/coworker is very picky about what kind of Asian food he eats. I give him a pass because he's Caucasian and you can't expect everyone to like all Asian food. I think being Korean myself, I'm genetically programmed to like all Asian food. So today, I suggested Thai food over ramen/sushi/Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese and he said OK. I was going to go to Thai Esane, which seems the popular spot for Thai in the downtown area, but after seeing the reviews on both Yelp & Google... I decided not to go there. Simply because the comments on the food & price varied considerably. I mean who wants to pay $20 for a dish I can probably get at a legit "hole-in-the-wall" Thai restaurant? After a quick search for Thai places that were not Thai Esane, I settled on Siam Cuisine because it was the most promising.Arriving to the White Bridge neighborhood, Siam Cuisine was tucked away in an office building. It's quite big for what it is, but with it being a time of the year where traffic is cut in half, there weren't that many patrons. When I eat Thai, I always get Pad Thai or some type of curry. I know that's what I like and I'm afraid to stray from that. Maybe it was the rainy weather, but I was craving a soup & curry that day.I ended up with the Tom Kha Gai Soup (cup for $3) as an appetizer. Chicken poached in coconut milk and loaded with onions, mushrooms, green onions, lime juice, and silver galangal (Thai ginger). The soup was very strong and pungent. I think it had to come from the fish sauce, which is used in a lot of Asian cuisine. Despite the fishy smell, man was it delicious. The coconut milk made it sweet, the fish sauce made it salty, the lime juice made it sour. It's a very complex soup and with all the meat and veggies, it was absolutely filling. For my entrée, I selected the lunch portion ($9) of the Kang Ped (red curry) with pork meat. Spicy curry sauce, coconut milk, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, mushrooms, peas, carrots, and basil leaves are loaded into a bowl. There's a lot to love about Thai curry and this one doesn't disappoint. It's sweet, it's spicy, it's hearty, it's filling. On top of all that food, 2 vegetarian spring rolls came with the lunch entrée.Excellent, authentic Thai food is what Siam Cuisine offers. Not only is this place super affordable (I can't tell you the last time I got this much quality food for $12), but you could technically eat here for under $10 (sans the soup). I'll definitely come back to this spot for future lunch adventures!"
"Sakura is consistently good! It's tucked away in a nondescript strip mall next to Franklin's only legitimate late night bar, The Pond. It's the kind of place you know is good because of the lack of fanciness. They have a pretty wide range of Asian dishes, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese. Want Thai Curry or Tom Kha, gatcha covered. What Sushi? Covered. Vietnamese Pho? Yep. "Chinese" General Chicken? Why not? They may have "Japanese" in the name, but all of it done well, at least to my American tastes. I think their Tom Kha is the best in town, and the Hong Kong shrimp really hit the spot."
"Years ago, my wife worked in an office that was practically across the street and she raved about it often. I don't get down to that part of town often, so it was only recently that I got to try it. I really liked it! Here is my opinion on the food, service and ambiance.Menu offerings were typical of what I have seen in Asian restaurants. One item in particular caught my eye - "Jungle Curry". I went for it. I'm glad it did. Separating it from other curry dishes is that it is made without coconut, and that was a nice flavor profile.Service was super attentive, maybe too much so. He appeared often and wanted to make sure I was enjoying myself, which I was. The check was handled efficiently and accurately.Ambiance is bright, light and airy. In particular, I enjoyed my seat near a window for extra light.Foot traffic and table occupation were both ample, but not distracting"
"We were really excited when Chada Thai first opened up as they were super close to our apartment and we absolutely love Thai food. We dined at the restaurant once and it was very, very good, but we ended up getting takeout during Covid and it was a complete 180 from the dine-in experience. The portions were very skimpy for what we paid and it was really a shame since we liked them initially. There has since been additional Thai restaurants that have opened up nearby and we've ended up choosing them over Chada Thai as they've been more consistent."
"We enjoyed our first dine-in visit to Tipsy Thai. Server said they've been open almost two years, and they highly rely on food delivery by Uber Eats, DoorDash, and GrubHub.We chose Summer Rolls with dipping sauce (don't miss), Tofu Pad Thai, Beef Pad Thai, side salads with ginger dressing, and Thai Fried Rice with Chicken. Tasty and fresh, and appetizing presentation. Choice of hotness. We'd order again. Styrofoam containers offered for take-home food left over.Tip: Bottled Beer Happy Hour, every day. Small outdoor seating area. Good for groups. Private parking lot. Variety of Thai drinks.Online ordering via ToastTab. Facebook page with menu. No website that I could find.Small Gripe: no draught brewskies. While the décor is plain, service is warm and friendly, and promptly served. We will return soon."
"I got the jalapeño wings and pad kee mao with chicken on level 3 spice. The chicken was ok. It was more like the jalapeños and onions were cooked separately from the chicken and then just added on top. It didn't taste like they were tossed together. The pad kee mao was very good. It was the best pad kee mao I've had in a long time. Spice level 3 was pretty average to me as well. I could go for a 4 next time."
"Ginger Thai Restaurant is an excellent option for those who enjoy tasty Thai food and refreshing Boba tea. Their Pad Thai dish with their unique homemade sauce provides a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors that is a must-try. For customers who prefer extra heat, they also offer spicy options that are sure to satisfy any spicy food lover's cravings. While I prefer milder meals to avoid any stomach upset, it's great to know that Ginger Thai caters to those who prefer spicy cuisine as well. The service is always decent. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Overall, Ginger Thai Restaurant is a hidden gem that should not be overlooked if you're in the mood for authentic Thai dishes and refreshing Boba tea."
"Did you ever wish you could visit another city more often so you could get to a good restaurant? Me too. We were in Nashville recently and decided - instead of checking out new places, to go to a restaurant we apparently loved 4 years ago (hey, when you have a good thing, why play Russian roulette?). We weren't real hungry so shared the following: Fresh ($8) as well as fried Spring rolls (5), Steamed dumplings (9), Wonton Soup (7) and Coconut chicken soup (Tom Kha)(7). Great taste, except.... the Dumplings. The menu lists 'chicken shrimp', but we couldn't tell. They must have been finally blended, then steamed. Didn't care for them. Didn't effect our rating - sometimes you just don't like a particular dish.Everything else the same - service still great and the friendly. Get there if you like good Thai"
"Food: Best Korean fried chicken I've ever had! I always have to get the fried chicken wings when I come visit. I know the chef personally went through all kinds of different trials and recipe tweaks to get it absolute perfection. The hamachi collar is one of the best I've had as well. One of the friends in our group said it was her favorite dish of the night besides the wings. The pad Kee mao is legit, so much flavor and we totally killed that dish. If you're into inventive creative dishes, try the kimchi fries, interesting way to make loaded fries. All the sushi rolls that we ordered were delicious, chef's kiss "mwah"! Service: Stop by the bar and say Hello to Michelle. She is the sweetest! I've talked to a couple regulars who love going here and I'm sure it's because of the friendly staff. Ambiance: I won't lie, the Kpop music videos distracted me like no other but it's so fun to watch! They all look like perfect dolls. It gives the place a fun vibe though."
"I was very impressed with the King Market's eatery. The Lao Thai Cafe is nestled in the back of the market and it's a gem. The server takes your order on a tablet and their entire process is quick and efficient. I always enjoy menus with pictures and there was a vast selection of choices. My iced coffee was very good and the coconut was refreshing and full of pulp. The peanut sauce that accompanied the vegetable appetizer was savory and made every bite enjoyable. Every entree was delicious and the spiciness was at the precise level that we selected. Aside from the Lao Thai Cafe, you will have a full blown market to choose every Thai item imaginable. I highly recommend King Market. Here, you will be able to shop and eat with enjoyable experiences and affordable prices."
"Great place to take a hungry family on a budget. Ordered drunken noodles (weren't spicy like I expected) and a Thai tea. Don't skip the tea - it's $4 and pure heaven. Noodles had great flavor, just not what I expected. Had half an egg roll and a wonton as part of shared apps and those were tasty. No frills spot. Come in, eat, get out and make room! Small place. Heard it's popular for takeout and totally understand why. Too far for me to come back regularly but if you're in the area, it's a good move."
"I really enjoyed the pad Thai! While the restaurant didn't get our online order so it took longer to get our food, it was very tasty! Also the portion was large! I will say, it was spicier than I expected. I'll definitely be back!"
"This was definitely not expected, but I am grateful I tried Koi. I had not tried any of their locations before, so this was a pleasant surprise. We had a group of ten people in attendance where we were able to do separate checks. That was a great win on my end. They do add gratuity onto the checks for larger parties we came to learn. They offer as the name of the restaurant adds, Thai food and sushi. I had a bento box that offered both and the rest of the table got sushi largely. The guys next to me go their Thai food and really enjoyed their food. Everyone did actually. I think that was the most attractive concept about the restaurant was having iPad on each table that showed the offerings of their sushi. Visual of the sushi made it easier to determine what to order plus giving a breakdown of each sushi item. I haven't seen this in too many restaurants, and this was a great added touch.Service was great! We had a great time interacting with the servers and felt they were very accommodating to us and visited us when necessary.Parking is a bit tricky. It is a small lot off of a major road. Come prepared to search for parking if visiting during a high volume time. We came on a Monday evening and it was not difficult, but can see this being problematic on a weekend night or during lunch rush."
"Love this place the food, service and atmosphere can't be matched by anyone in the area. Would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area."
"This place ranks in my top one or two for Thai food in the Boro and the whole of Middle Tennessee and that is saying a lot! The Lao papaya salad with anchovies instead of crab was phenomenal, the Beef in the beef salad was so tender and tasty and the flavor was amazing. The Broth for the pho some of the best I've ever had...such good flavor...This place really surprised me! I thought it would be just ok since it was a sushi/Thai fusion place, but it was late and I felt like some Asian food and saw some good reviews so Decide to try it with my cousin Sunthy who is Lao, and he thought it ranked up there with Pad Thai Cafe"
"Came to add another pic! Love this and particularly their lunch prices/portions! Great service and vibes, as always!"
"Stopped in after going paintballing and needing some serious calories replenished! This place was delicious and the service was great. The ambiance is on point and very tranquil and comfortable. We ordered garlic edamame, Dirty old man roll, Angry tuna roll, First love roll, Orange blossom roll, Triple Crown roll, and the Baked Alaska. They were all delicious!!"
