Christine L. "Wow, a hidden GEM! Amazing and authentic Thai/Laos cuisine. Drunken noodles and pad Thai noodles were some of the best I've ever had! They were so so flavorful and juicy and I was so impressed. Every bite was amazing. On the drunken noodles, they put fresh cucumbers on top and I really enjoyed that. If you like crab rangoons, you have to get them here! They're in a thin wrapper fried but the filling is so smooth and tasty. Also one of the best crab rangoons I've ever had! They do have bacon in them and thats probably the special ingredient. I also go the shrimp Tom yum soup and they give big pieces of shrimp. The Tom Yum was delicious, hot and a little sour, lots of lemongrass."

Bill M. "Did you ever wish you could visit another city more often so you could get to a good restaurant? Me too. We were in Nashville recently and decided - instead of checking out new places, to go to a restaurant we apparently loved 4 years ago (hey, when you have a good thing, why play Russian roulette?). We weren't real hungry so shared the following: Fresh ($8) as well as fried Spring rolls (5), Steamed dumplings (9), Wonton Soup (7) and Coconut chicken soup (Tom Kha)(7). Great taste, except.... the Dumplings. The menu lists 'chicken shrimp', but we couldn't tell. They must have been finally blended, then steamed. Didn't care for them. Didn't effect our rating - sometimes you just don't like a particular dish.Everything else the same - service still great and the friendly. Get there if you like good Thai"

Tina L. "Food: Best Korean fried chicken I've ever had! I always have to get the fried chicken wings when I come visit. I know the chef personally went through all kinds of different trials and recipe tweaks to get it absolute perfection. The hamachi collar is one of the best I've had as well. One of the friends in our group said it was her favorite dish of the night besides the wings. The pad Kee mao is legit, so much flavor and we totally killed that dish. If you're into inventive creative dishes, try the kimchi fries, interesting way to make loaded fries. All the sushi rolls that we ordered were delicious, chef's kiss "mwah"! Service: Stop by the bar and say Hello to Michelle. She is the sweetest! I've talked to a couple regulars who love going here and I'm sure it's because of the friendly staff. Ambiance: I won't lie, the Kpop music videos distracted me like no other but it's so fun to watch! They all look like perfect dolls. It gives the place a fun vibe though."

We started our meal with Tom Kha which was very balanced in flavor, perfectly sweet, tangy and sour and addicting. The fresh spring rolls were also very good and I appreciate that it was cut into smaller pieces rather than served as a whole or half. For our entrees we got the curry fried rice with beef and Pad Kee Mao with chicken. Both were cooked just right (noodles were not over done, rice was also perfect) The only improvement would be the noodle dish, which could use a little more meat. Service was very friendly and attentive even as it got busier. Overall I am very pleased with my experience here and can't wait to go back to try more dishes!"

Noodles had great flavor, just not what I expected. Had half an egg roll and a wonton as part of shared apps and those were tasty. No frills spot. Come in, eat, get out and make room! Small place. We had the orange chicken and it was dry and did not have much flavor, I had to pour some sweet and sour sauce to remove the chickeny taste bc it had very little sauce. Hyoun K. "I was craving Asian food today, but my friend/coworker is very picky about what kind of Asian food he eats. I give him a pass because he's Caucasian and you can't expect everyone to like all Asian food. I think being Korean myself, I'm genetically programmed to like all Asian food. So today, I suggested Thai food over ramen/sushi/Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese and he said OK. I was going to go to Thai Esane, which seems the popular spot for Thai in the downtown area, but after seeing the reviews on both Yelp & Google... I decided not to go there. Simply because the comments on the food & price varied considerably. I mean who wants to pay $20 for a dish I can probably get at a legit "hole-in-the-wall" Thai restaurant? After a quick search for Thai places that were not Thai Esane, I settled on Siam Cuisine because it was the most promising.Arriving to the White Bridge neighborhood, Siam Cuisine was tucked away in an office building. It's quite big for what it is, but with it being a time of the year where traffic is cut in half, there weren't that many patrons. When I eat Thai, I always get Pad Thai or some type of curry. I know that's what I like and I'm afraid to stray from that. Maybe it was the rainy weather, but I was craving a soup & curry that day.I ended up with the Tom Kha Gai Soup (cup for $3) as an appetizer. Chicken poached in coconut milk and loaded with onions, mushrooms, green onions, lime juice, and silver galangal (Thai ginger). The soup was very strong and pungent. I think it had to come from the fish sauce, which is used in a lot of Asian cuisine. Despite the fishy smell, man was it delicious. The coconut milk made it sweet, the fish sauce made it salty, the lime juice made it sour. It's a very complex soup and with all the meat and veggies, it was absolutely filling. For my entrée, I selected the lunch portion ($9) of the Kang Ped (red curry) with pork meat. Spicy curry sauce, coconut milk, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, mushrooms, peas, carrots, and basil leaves are loaded into a bowl. There's a lot to love about Thai curry and this one doesn't disappoint. It's sweet, it's spicy, it's hearty, it's filling. On top of all that food, 2 vegetarian spring rolls came with the lunch entrée.Excellent, authentic Thai food is what Siam Cuisine offers. Not only is this place super affordable (I can't tell you the last time I got this much quality food for $12), but you could technically eat here for under $10 (sans the soup). I'll definitely come back to this spot for future lunch adventures!"

We dined at the restaurant once and it was very, very good, but we ended up getting takeout during Covid and it was a complete 180 from the dine-in experience. The portions were very skimpy for what we paid and it was really a shame since we liked them initially. There has since been additional Thai restaurants that have opened up nearby and we've ended up choosing them over Chada Thai as they've been more consistent."

After waiting for a few minutes at the counter where takeout was, nobody showed up and I walked to the kitchen and asked through the open door about how to get pickup. Terrible. As for the food, I wasn't pleased; the first time I came here was surprisingly good so I'm disappointed this time, especially because pad kee mao is a pretty standard noodle dish that's served in all Thai restaurants. All the noodles were stuck together, it was pretty bad. Asked for spicy and they gave me a container of spicy oil on the side, instead of adding spicy peppers inside the noodles themselves. Good amount of basil and tofu, along with broccoli and onion, but definitely could do with more vegetables in general. For the price and quality, it's pretty expensive at $16. Wouldn't recommend it, there are likely better Thai places around."

We had a group of ten people in attendance where we were able to do separate checks. That was a great win on my end. They do add gratuity onto the checks for larger parties we came to learn. They offer as the name of the restaurant adds, Thai food and sushi. I had a bento box that offered both and the rest of the table got sushi largely. The guys next to me go their Thai food and really enjoyed their food. Everyone did actually. I think that was the most attractive concept about the restaurant was having iPad on each table that showed the offerings of their sushi. Visual of the sushi made it easier to determine what to order plus giving a breakdown of each sushi item. I haven't seen this in too many restaurants, and this was a great added touch.Service was great! We had a great time interacting with the servers and felt they were very accommodating to us and visited us when necessary.Parking is a bit tricky. It is a small lot off of a major road. Come prepared to search for parking if visiting during a high volume time. Andrea W. "Got takeout from Grubhub, food was ready when I arrived at noon. Got the pad kee mao with tofu, spring roll, spicy level 5, added baby corn and mushrooms, and asked for no bamboo. A small container of soup came with it as well, but it didn't really have any flavor. The spring roll was piping hot and delicious, I think I picked up my food right after they made it so my noodles were still hot too. Upon first bite, it was quite good - flavor was there, noodles were chewy, good ratio of vegetables and noodles. But as I ate more, the oil started seeping out and it was really gross. There was a puddle of oil at the bottom and I tipped my container sideways to get it out - there was at least a spoonful or two of it at the bottom. As I ate more, I could taste the oil covering the noodles and veggies, what a pity. The mushrooms were canned and so was the corn, while the bell pepper and zucchini was fresh; I wish the mushrooms were fresh. Well-priced too at $11.50 pre-tax pre-tip, pretty good portions, just way too much oil, eek. Also, looking at the photos, this spot only uses one-time use plates, bowls, and utensils, and I really don't like restaurants that don't take the environment into account. (I know I got takeout which is contradictory to the environment statement, but it was a Grubhub order through work so it was take it or leave it)"

It was just the flavors that were lacking. I'm assuming that maybe it was just a bad day? But if I'm honest, I'm not sure I'd venture in again to give them another try myself in less I had a gift certificate or something.Anyway, I hate giving bad reviews of a place, but I wouldn't want someone to steer me in the wrong direction, and that's what YELP is all about anyway. To me it lacked the extra flavor, but once you added some spice from the spice rack to it, it made the dish somewhat better. The shrimp/crab appetizer was pretty good. The lamb Dan Dan was pretty good, it just had more meat than noodle. I recognized Thai, Lao, Chinese, Indian and Japanese products. The restaurant, which has a busy lunch period, is slower at dinner which means more attention can be paid to customers like myself. We were promptly seated, asked for drinks, and ordered appetizers before we were able to warm up the seats. Our young hostess jumped up and took care of us upon arrival, and her older sister (I'm guessing this is a family-owned business) took over to take our order and everything after that. The Summer Roll, known as Spring Rolls at most other places, were fresh with shrimp halves strategically spread throughout ($1 extra for shrimp, 2 rolls/4 pieces per order). The peanut dipping sauce was warm and definitely store-made, warm and rich. The Tom Kha soup was served in the traditional hot pot with a small cube of Sterno-like fuel to keep things warm. The soup was rich, with a very strong coconut taste and surprisingly strong lemongrass notes. On the borderline of too much lemongrass for my taste, but just right for my dinner companion. The shrimp were not overdone and were plentiful. I ordered medium spicy but it tasted like there was no spice, so I added some from the container on the table. The Pad Kee Mao was hot and fresh. It tasted good and came with no heat (as ordered). The chicken was sliced thin and cooked fast, so everything tasted fresh and not overcooked. The service was good.
