"Made a reservation for 10 at 4:45PM on a Sunday via the phone because the party was too big to make a reservation online. Ordered focaccia, bruschetta, and tagliere misto which was essentially a charcuterie board (on the menu, it says serves 2, but it really serves probably closer to 3-4 as it was huge). The focaccia was essentially their pizza with no toppings, and the bruschetta was tasty. The charcuterie board had some roasted veggies, fresh mozz, and different cured meats, pretty tasty.For my pizza, I got the capricciosa which came with a bunch of different toppings and had good flavor (probably thanks to all the meats on it). The most important aspect is the crust, which was super chewy and tasty. It did however get soggy over time, and that's what I subtracted one star for. Otherwise, it was really good, and my pizza standards are quite high, having been to Italy and lived in NYC. Had tiramisu and panna cotta for dessert, the latter was super smooth and creamy and the strawberry jam on top made for some flavor. The tiramisu was moist and tasty, and both desserts weren't too sweet which was great.Service was attentive and friendly, definitely noticed upselling but that's alright. Tip included in the bill, came out to be less than $400 for 8 which was pretty good, portions were huge and everyone had way too much food. Pizzas can possibly be shared between 2 (I think 2 pizzas for every 3 people is probably good), and the pastas are huge and definitely can be shared between 2. Good quality food, would recommend!"

"This is a pretty good to almost great pizza carryout spot. We were doing a monthly Costco run with the intent of grabbing a pepperoni pie from there to go only to discover their food court (as of January 2024) was out of commission (horrors!). So thanks to Yelp, I quickly discover we're 2 minutes away from NY Pie. I call them and order a large meat pizza and an order of garlic knots. Picked it up and it was ready right when they said it would be, got it home and feasted. There was enough left over for us to get another entire meal out of it and everything heated up perfectly in the oven.The slices are HUGE, NY style. Great crust, great toppings. Everything cooked well. The garlic knots are like giant rolls, and pretty good as well.Pricewise, we definitely spent more than we would have with the prices stuck 40 years ago menu from Costco, but the pizza is of much better quality. With tip, $40+ for all of the above. A loyalty program via your phone that seems cool. Friendly, funny service at the counter by folks who seem to like what they do. Not a top 5 Nashville pizza joint, but a better than solid one and I'll be back."

"Overall, I thought this place was pretty good! It feels like a pizzeria (not a fancy restaurant) and they have an easy location to get to off Lebanon Pike with their own parking lot.I got their Greek salad without cheese & it was better than average. But, I did really enjoy the meatball appetizer I got as my main; they had lots of flavor and the marinara sauce was just right! I would totally come back for this. We also shared the tiramisu, but it wasn't for me; very few ladyfingers and a lot of icing (/mascarpone) and not much coffee flavor. We'll have to try the pizza next time.They don't bring bread to your table, but the entrees come with a side of what looks like frozen Texas toast they put on the grill. A little weird, but okay. I think they have a lot of youngsters working their first jobs ever here for the summer hosting & bussing....but out server was not; she was a total rockstar."

We were one of the first patrons to enter and decided to sit in the enclosed patio. The rain was coming down and we were able to get the best of both worlds! Our server came over lickety split and was THE NICEST human! He introduced himself, rattled off the specials, provided us with great recommendations for drinks and engaged in fun conversation. He had us laughing and made our experience.We opted to start with a round of drinks - all of which were different. I opted for a fun and flirty cocktail, while the others got wine and a draft beer. YUM!Then out came our fresh Ceasar salads to accompany our delicious medium pizza - The Demartino - featuring salami, sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese, house mozzarella, arugula and basil chiffonade - which was divine! The pizza, on a thin crust was perfectly cooked, was foldable (essential!) and tasted so fresh! "Pizza is hands down 5 s! Authentic and flavorful, classic and simple, this pizza stands up. We had the soppressata pie, and the pesto gnocchi dish. The gnocchi is gummy. I think it suffered from sitting on the counter while our pizza was being made. The sauce was very tasty, but I will think twice about ordering pasta there since this is primarily take out with a few tables outside. It was too chilly to eat there the night we visited.We also had the cannoli. Good, but the shell suffers from being prefilled. A thin layer of chocolate on the inside of the shell would fix that right up. I hear they are moving, so we gotta get it while it is close. But, I truly hope they will keep just a pizza place here and maybe serve the pastas from a sit down location."

"It's an experience! We had our 10th wedding anniversary dinner here. It's a set seasonal menu, we are vegetarians so they modified their dishes accordingly. Cocktails are average. Starters were amazing (Focaccia and lemon risotto cake were amazing). It's a whole 3 h experience, and multiple rounds of food keeps coming. Dessert is cannoli which is average and Zeppole. It's also unique in that the whole restaurant starts dancing in the middle of the dinner. And the chef's concept is dinner as a big family like Italian families. Overall really nice experience."

I found this spot on Yelp while searching for a sports bar with plenty of TVs, and we had a great experience here!Rock'n Dough is attached to the neighboring Hampton Inn, just in case you're having trouble finding it as you're driving up. The restaurant wasn't too busy on a Saturday evening: it was easy to find parking, and we were seated right away. I even asked the hostess if she could change the channels for us to tune into a specific college football game, and she was happy to accomodate!Our server, Allie, was phenomenal throughout our meal. She had great recommendations - which is how we ended up starting off with the Pretzel Bites as an appetizer. Believe me when I say that these are a must-order - crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious when paired with their warm queso dip.We decided to split two 16" pizzas between the four of us, which ended up being the perfect amount. We even had a few slices left over to take home with us. The USA! USA! pizza was incredible - a nice balance between all of the "supreme" toppings we know and love. The real star, however, was the Taco Pizza. I'm all about this new wave of food fusion, and Rock'n Dough is doing it better than any other restaurant I've been to in recent memory. The flavors just make sense - with the taco meat is cooked to resemble the more traditional sausage pizza topping, and the queso sauce mirroring a "white pie" style pizza. I highly recommend Rock'n Dough to Nashville locals and visitors alike. I certainly know where I'll be the next time there's a big game on!"

No thanks.I also called them one time for a large (50 1 topping pizzas) order for our neighborhood (that again I would pick up). Gave them a couple weeks advance notice too. After explaining to me that this would require them to bring in additional labor for the day, etc. they essentially offered me 5% off the full price menu. I ended up going down the street for literally 1/3 the price. Not going to name other businesses or disparage anybody, but that's just not competitive."

The salad is a great size for 2 people to share if getting other food and was a very fair price. The dressing was more on the anchovy tasting side but it was delicious. It does come with anchovies on too so if you don't want to see that, ask for me to be left off. The pizza was fantastic! It had a nice thick crunchy crust with fresh basil, burrata, and sauce. My sister doesn't often get a burger but felt like one tonight, and ate the whole thing. She said it was great. Her boyfriend got the vodka pizza, which I tasted and was delicious as well. This was a meal I would love to repeat!"

"This is located on in a busy shopping center area in the downtown area. They have a variety a piece of flavors that you can choose from or you can make your own when you enter. They have a lot of 90s and 80s artwork and music from the hip-hop area. It was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pizza was good and it came out within a good amount of time. The taste and texture is was on point. You place your order on a screen, which was a little bit confusing for me and took some time. There was no soap in the bathroom however, the staff let us use their sink and let others use their sink to ensure that people had their hands clean. I think they just need to order a big cases of hand sanitizer. I hope that you enjoy your experience."
