"Karin's Kustard & Hamburgers is a great burger Shack that brings me back to another time with its burger shack ambiance and friendly service. The hamburgers are kind of a no-frills approach to burgers and a welcome and superior burger than those fast food burger chains. It is great to see these mom-and-pop independent burger joints are still around to remind us all that before those national burger monoliths became the norm, these independent burger joints were the place we headed to to get a burger and fries. Karin's Kustard & Hamburgers shows us how good a burger can be."
"Ms. She She is the best! What hospitality. Food was hot and fresh and we felt right at home. The kids meal had a car or custard what a treat! Made our day! Would go back again with my family and hope to see Ms. She She every time!"

Visit Restaurant Page"Although their name is Bad Luck, finding this food truck is good luck, and everyone deserves to be part of their burger club. I was grabbing drinks at Honeytree Meadery with a small group of friends on a weeknight, and while we were driving over, we mentioned grabbing some food across the street if we got hungry. Color us surprised and delighted when we realized we didn't have to go any further than the Meadery's front door for a delicious dinner option. There was no line when we placed our orders - although we noticed the truck getting busier later on in the night. The burgers are reasonably priced for the quality you're getting - especially considering they're all double burgers. Our food was ready in less than ten minutes! I also love that they hand out small, blinking pagers so you can return to your seats in the Meadery and then head back over when it's time to pick up your order. I went with the Heckin' Jalapeno, which is packed full of peppers and definitely brings the heat. My husband ordered the Twin Stack burger and raved about it - why mess with the classics? The tots were also tasty, and I recommend ordering an extra side of their Lucky Sauce ... you're going to want it!"
"After a very early morning and a long flight, we were starving once we got to Nashville. I looked up places to grab a quick bite near our Airbnb, all that came up was crappy fast food, and then, Hugh-Baby's. We decided to check this out since it wasn't the typical chain fast food places we have at home in CA.There is a tiny parking lot and we were able to snag a "to-go" spot. Went inside this "food hall" type place that was pretty dead, luckily Hugh-Baby's was open!I wanted a smoked turkey sandwich but they were already out of turkey, so I got a Single Cheeseburger and he got a Bologna Sandwich. We also got an order of fries to share.Went back to the Airbnb and devoured our food. It was delicious! Honestly one of the best fast food burgers I have ever had - is this place fast food? I don't know, no drive through at this location. His bologna was really good, such a thick slice of fried meat with a massive slice of grilled onion, mustard, and pickles. Fries were good. Cheap! About $15 for this above average "fast food" type meal. If I lived in Nashville, I would be here often."
"It's quite the journey from Williamson county, so I won't be visiting but once every blue moon or so. It's a huge, clean, nice space, with some really great seating outside, even by the river. The folks there were all friendly and helpful, and it's fun to try some of the unusual brews they offer and pick up some packs of favorites that aren't available elsewhere. A little sad they didn't choose to land on my side of town, but if you're anywhere north, it's well worth a visit."
"Don't let the spot scare ya away. It's kinda hidden but worth the stop. I would put the place in my top 10 best dive burgers. The burgers we awesome !!"
"Stax is this amazing burger place located in the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. If you ever get a chance to eat here, don't pass it up as they have the absolute best made to order burgers!"
"AMAZING burgers and sweet potato fries. I had the burger of the day which was when in roam. It had chipotle pimento cheese, American cheese, sweet jalapeños and crispy fried onions. The flavors were amazing!I could eat a burger from here everyday! We finished our meal with fried Oreos .... omg so delicious! Great little atmosphere with the cutest best server, Lauren! We will be back!!"
"We tried their tampiqueña plate and pretty tasty. Carne asada was a little salty but rice and beans were great. Cheese enchilada was good but make sure to eat it first, gets cold quickly. Same with the chile relleno - it's good but again you need to eat it quickly. Chips and salsa are great. Their margaritas are really sweet and wish they had other options for it. Micheladas are good. They really need WiFi. Overall a good spot!"
"Friendly and accommodating service. Squeaky clean place. Walking distance to Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto so you can hang here while waiting on your car."
"If Johnny Rockets, a New Jersey Diner and a 90's Applebee's had a love child...Dalts American Grill would be it. Dalts is located on White Bridge Road near the Target and directly in front of the Trader Joe's. For the most part it is your all American diner with an expansive menu featuring diner classics such as burgers, chicken tenders, meatloaf, chicken and dumplings and salads combined with omelets, tacos, pizza and seafood plus desserts of course! The weirdest part of the menu and the mark of a true diner is the "Steak, Ribs & Omelet" section...because you know you always trying to decide between a NY Strip, rack of ribs or veggie omelet! For our meal I went with a diner classic, Patty Melt sided with hashbrown casserole and my partner went the club with fries. The Patty Melt was cooked to temp and overall was a solid burger. I chose white bread in lieu of the rye, personal preference, and the Texas toast held up well. It was the opposite story on the other end of the table as the club was not as successful and the fries were just terrible. The bread for the club was chewy and the filling of the sandwich kept falling out. It was not a well constructed sandwich unfortunately. Before I move on from the food, you do get complimentary biscuits/rolls upon being sat. When you visit a diner, you expect lots of shiny metals, gaudy furnishings, eccentric lighting and artwork...and Dalts has it all. The vibe is "old", but kind of a dated-old as the booths, tables, flooring, ceilings, etc...are quite run down. As I continue to describe Dalts, I struggle a tad as it really is a mix of vibes from the bar that looks like it belongs in a seedy local dive bar, to the large wooden banisters in the dining room combined with the open-air kitchen behind the stainless bar to the standard seating private dining room. Service was decent. There were a lot of servers and staff on during our visit, but service was still decently slow. She was friendly and accurate, and we were not in a rush, so all was well on that end. Overall, we are glad we experienced Dalts given it's place in the local scene. While I do not believe we will go out of our way to dine at Dalts, I can see this as a place my parents would enjoy, so I will be happy to bring them by during visits."
"What an incredibleeeeee restaurant! We came here for brunch for a bachelorette with 12 people (made reservations a bit in advance). I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The ambiance = rustic luxe chic. The service = phenomenal. The food + cocktails = 10/10. I got the seasonal grain bowl and it was one loaded bowl with feta, pickled onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, hummus, quinoa, and arugula. Their fried chicken sandwich came crispy and hot, and the coleslaw on it was delicious. The Buffalo cauliflower was the best appetizer and the dipping sauce matched perfectly with it. All of our cocktails were a hit as well; refreshing and high quality. If you're looking for great service, a cute vibe, and quality American fare, I recommend Liberty Common."

Local hole in the wall serving delicious American classics. Their drive through typically has cars lining down the street, but they combat this by sending workers out to get orders car to car. There is a gravel parking lot with a small outdoor bench style seating area to eat if the weather permits.I enjoyed every single bite of this greasy meal. Their juicy smash burgers come with tomato, lettuce, pickles, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. The fries (not pictured because we inhaled them) come without salt, so you can season them as you please. We also tried the spuds, which are deep fried morsels of potato, jalapeño, and cheese. Everything tastes phenomenal and I cannot wait to come back when my next burger craving hits me.

Fast, tasty, and gluten free options! My husband and I were excited to try this place since they had a dedicated fryer for fries and gluten free buns. The diner style vibe is fun, but the seats are extremely close together so it was packed for sure. Also, the lemonade was extremely sweet--tasty, but very sweet! They had an orange lemonade that I didn't try but sounded cool. The place was very busy, but our food was still brought out fast.I would have given 5 stars, but I had two main reasons for giving just 4. One, their fries were not my personal favorite but I'm mostly taking a star off for false advertising. Their menu has sides vs premium sides. I asked my waiter if the drink came with the meal and she confirmed it was included on the burger's price. So I ordered a lemonade which was listed on the normal sides (online is different from the paper menus we were handed). When the bill came, I was charged $1.50 extra for the lemonade (don't come at me, I know it's not much but it wasn't marked up on the menu) and I asked the waitress and she wasn't willing to discuss it but just stated that this was the cost even though the menu didn't state that.I am willing to try this place again, but I believe an updated menu would help clear up some miscommunication for other future guests. Part of being a Yelp Elite is focusing on all aspects of a restaurant--not just food.

Best smashburger in Nashville and now they have a permanent location! It's a 2-4-1, you get burgers and a drink from Honeytree Meadery! You seriously can't beat it, especially the loveliness of the Meadery decor while you're chowing down on magic between two buns. Also, the BLBC Boyz are top notch. Can't beat their service, attitude, and love for their food. It's so wonderful to have them on the East side full-time!

Quite possibly the best milkshake in Nashville! The draw is the pulled pork sandwiches and the fried bologna sandwiches. But the payoff is, without question, the milkshakes!Fun little joint; in the midst of a streetside "food court". We'll be back, for sure!

Great spot with scenic view over a fun little pond area that collects wildlife and views of deer frolicking around the water. Very cute. Love that it's spaceous, they have monthly open mic comedy nights and their kitchen is Grillshack Burger! What's great about this Grillshack to the other ones is they have a Fish and Chips special that exceeded expectations and I hope they'll make it a permanent add to the other spots. It's crunchy without being greasy, well-seasoned and not flimsy batter where it has the weird soggy layer above the fish. The white fish is also flaky and seasoned as well. Come for beer, stay for a meal and possibly live music or look up for when Comedy Night is going on. It's worth it. They need more people to appreciate the comedy.

I've had burgers all across the nation, and this one stands alone at the top. The ingredients are fresh, the employees are happy, and the burgers themselves are out of this world. Max the owner is the kindest human being there is. I flew in from Las Vegas to check this place out and it did NOT disappoint. If you have the chance to check it out, please do so. During the week they have a lunch special from 11am-2pm burger and fries for only $6.99 ... an incredible deal. Also if you want a tasty treat, try their homemade milkshakes. All in all I can't say enough good things about this establishment. I'll be here every time I come through town from now on.Until next time Tasty and Delicious!

This locating is inside the Opry Land hotel. It is like a cafeteria burger joint. The food was sub par... the fries were not crispy, the burgers were meh... and the cost was too high. The best part is you can get your food and sit out in the garden area!It wasn't terrible but I would just have expected better in the Opry Land.

Awesome service, cool vibe, and incredible food! The burgers were all phenomenal and they have a great beer selection. I can't wait to visit again!

We wanted to make sure we were close to the airport but didn't want to pay airport food prices if we could avoid it.Chumpy's fit the bill. I was hoping to get there early enough to order from the breakfast menu but didn't make it this time - maybe next time! The place was clean, staff was friendly and my salad was fresh and tasty!"
"I am so proud of the growth and development of my little town. I came back here to visit an old friend. He said we had to go to Sweezey's. I got the Bbq chicken sandwich and tots. Now this is not your average restaurant. This is top of the line for Pleasant View, TN! I mean it looks to be prepared by a chef. Cool ambiance too! I'm a fully grown man at nearly 200 lbs, and mama raised her boy to not clean his plate. But I couldn't do it! The servings are too big! I had to get a to go bag for half of my sandwich. My buddy got the burger which looked great as well!"
"I have tried here after trying another fiesta cancun restaurant. The place has really good salsa. I think it is worth while to buy for party. I dont leave near so i cannot do that :( $8-$13 for most of dinner is really cheap. I do recommend their big fish dinner. It is very crunch and delicious. (I was worried that it would be fishy)"
"The best selection of craft beer I've ever seen. When you go to a brewery, you only get their selections, and a normal bar will only have a few options. This place has so many options of local beer and other craft beer as well. I had to get a flight to try several I had my eye on. Surprised to find they don't have many ML Rose beers but I liked the one I had!"
"This place is a good time. Barbecue and no nonsense. Brisket sandwiches to a chicken finger salad. My daughter will tell You best Mac & Cheese ever. The service is great. I will go back any chance I get. Someone hand me a napkin. Thanks"
"This place is a treasure. Great friendly staff and the food is simply amazing. They have daily specials and their chef could be at a multi-starred establishment downtown.Great bar area, open and airy with really a neat atmosphere all around. The burger I had was top notch fresh beef cooked perfectly with a mound of fries I could not finish --- did I mention it was $6.95 on a Tuesday special? They have sandwiches, seafood, steaks and a nice assortment of tap brews along with a full bar. It's the people though that really make this place my new fave. So glad we recently moved to 12 Stones. This place is a real "hidden" gem. As a matter of fact..... never mind, don't come here as I want to keep this place to myself! But seriously you will not regret coming here with any type of party. It may be on a golf course but it's WELL above a clubhouse-type eatery."
"Sidelines Grill is a neighborhood bar and grill located in a shopping plaza, so parking is not an issue.I did not try the food, but the drinks were cold and the service was friendly and professional. The ambiance is pretty cool and both the staff and customers were friendly.Overall, I would recommend here."
"On a recent trip to Nashville it turned out that a friend that I served in the U.S. Army with was going to be in the area, so we decided to meet at M.L.Rose to catch up after 34 years.Being Friday around dinner time I thought the place would be packed, but it wasn't. It was just...busy. My wife and I arrived first and chatted with the hostess while we waited for our friends to arrive, which was about 5 minutes.Interesting parking, because it's actually next to the building in what, I assume, was one the first floor to the building above.M.L.Rose is your typical tap house (they don't actually have their own beers, they bring in kegs from all over the place) and has a pretty comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Our server was Mitch, and Mitch was awesome. Great suggestions when my friend and I were trying to build our custom flights. (To be honest, I don't remember what my flight was, I was just too happy to catch up with my buddy Marvin.)I chose the Sgt. Pepper burger (rather appropriate, given I was meeting with an Army friend) and it was SUE-PERB. It consisted of two smashed patties, habanero jack, serrano pepper-bleu cheese, grilled jalapeños, onion, tomato, chipotle ranch. Their fries were, hands down, some of the best fries I've had In My Life. There were a number of screens and quite a bit of local sports/news/brewery memorabilia around the place, and the music was up-temp but not so loud you couldn't have a conversation. And so we sat for probably an hour-and-a-half, catching up and telling stories, not feeling rushed at all. Mitch checked on us now and again and didn't mind us occupying the table. If I find myself in the area again I'll definitely visit again. This seems like a great place to hang out."
"Earlier in the day, I had passed by a Shake Shack in Green Hills. I had already had lunch, but I wanted to squeeze in a burger visit before I left Nashville. While in Franklin, I spotted this Shake Shake. I had dinner here. I had been to only one Shake Shack before this visit. It was the one in Edina, MN. I hadn't been there since before the pandemic. This eatery is across from SpringHill Suites. It made me think that I should stay there next time, so I can have burgers every day. I backed into a spot and walked over.Things have changed a bit since I last ordered from this franchise. There are still menus when you first walk in. However, you don't order from a human being anymore. Instead, you place your order at a kiosk. The process was easy for me. I saw a sign for the bourbon bacon cheddar double burger and knew that I had to have it. I also saw cherry hibiscus summerade as a featured drink, so I had to get that, too. Crinkle-cut fries were a must. It was the easiest decision that I've ever made. One man had a difficult time placing his order through the kiosk. He had a male staffer help him out.I selected everything that I wanted and paid with a credit card. Easy peasy. I was prompted to enter my cell number so I could get status on my order. Done!I found a table and sat patiently for my food. Communication was stellar. I got confirmation that my order was ready in less than ten minutes. I was impressed.A man at the pickup counter called my name. I picked up my order and thanked him. The kicker was this man saying, "You're welcome, Mary. Enjoy!"Personalized customer service was a nice and highly unexpected touch. You'd think that ordering through a boring kiosk would default to losing that human interaction. Not here.I brought my food back to my table and chowed down. I was excited. The bourbon bacon cheddar double burger consisted of white cheddar topped with bourbon bacon jam. The bourbon is from Maker's Mark Bourbon. Crispy shallots and ShackSauce go on top of the top beef patty. Everything is between a halved, toasted potato bun. It was divine! The beef patties were juicy and seasoned nicely. The bourbon bacon jam made this burger so special. I loved it so much that the place should bottle it up and sell it to folks like me. The white cheddar made this burger feel fancy with each bite. The toasted potato bun was so good. If this burger is still on the menu, get it. I hope that it becomes a permanent fixture.I am not a hardcore fries person, but I do have a weakness for crinkle-cut ones. They were delicious here. They were lightly salted, crispy on the outside, and creamy inside. I love the grooves in crinkle-cut fries. You get more ketchup in the crinkles. They were fun and yummy to devour.I washed everything with my cherry hibiscus summerade. It was delicious and refreshing. I love anything with hibiscus and cherry. It was the perfect flavour combination. It was slightly sweet, which I appreciated.I was content having dinner here. I thought that I would be too full ordering a double burger that I'd need to nap in my car before heading back to the hotel, but it was perfect. I had an excellent experience at this Shake Shack. I'd return in a heartbreak whenever I'm back in the Nashville area.(352)"
"We had the grilled pork chop and the country fried steak. WOW what a great great meal. Katie R. Was our server and she was pleasant, polite and professional. The atmosphere was very pleasant and festive. By the steady flow of people the locals like eating here also, and you will too."
"I just got off a plane when I read a text from my husband. He wanted me to stop at a car dealership on my way home and test drive a car he saw online. Ever the sweet wife, I took a detour and headed to the dealership. As I finished the drive, I asked my salesman where I could get a quick burger that wasn't a fast food place. This dude looked like he has had a few burgers in his lifetime so when he said go to Hugh-Babies, I listened. Hugh-babies is what is fast-casual. Not a fast food place but somewhere where you get your food fast. And fast it was - I had my burger, fries and milkshake in about 5 minutes. I still had a 100 mile drive home and wanted to get in the road so I got my order to go and ate in the car. I opted for something not too messy and ordered the cheeseburger. The large, juicy patty's came topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and comeback sauce. Not sure what was in the comeback sauce but I'll definitely come back for it. My shoestring fries were burn your tongue hot and just the right amount of crispy. The chocolate shake? Let's just say I should have ordered the large. In addition to burgers, the menu also offered a selection of bbq sandwiches and hot dogs. There was plenty of seating both at tables and at a counter overlooking the grill. Likewise, there was plenty of parking out front. I'm glad I listened to my salesman. And no, I didn't buy the car...if you have a Lincoln MKZ Reserve for sale, let me know!"
"I love that we finally have a shake shack in the area! Something about their crinkle fries and cheese just hits the spot every time! LOL! I tried their limited edition Korean burger and I must admit. It was better then expected. Whenever I ordered it, I had thought to myself. Why did I just order a Korean burger and should of stuck to the basic. Well I'm glad I didn't! I would highly recommend the burger if toner a Korean bbq type of person. It's different but it's good. I will definitely order it again!"
"This was a little out of the way, but it got good marks on Yelp, so we went. We waited less than 10 minutes for our table (busy Sunday morning). Our server was fantastic and recommended their cinnatmon roll as a side, which we shared. He did good. Our food and service was all good and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again when in town."
"Lower Broadway is full of live music bars (lucky us!). So what sets this one apart? Firstly, you can be fairly up close to the band which makes for fun interaction. Secondly, there is often a band playing rock. Even metal. Bonus points! And thirdly, it is a bit of a well kept secret as it bears the name of a music industry clothing designer (I'm looking at you, Elvis) and not a county music mega star. So even if you haven't "heard of" Nudie's, do yourself a favor and stop in. There is a difference amongst many of the honky tonks. For me, this one hits right. PS everyone is clothed. ;) Pro Tip: look directly above the stage and you will see Nudie's full size Cadillac mounted on the wall!"
"11/18/23: The reason I had to walk across a highway after breakfast.BIg Al and Miss Andrea are so personable and welcoming. He is at the grill cooking up deliciousness. She takes the orders and handles the flow of customers. My travel buddy suggested this spot I'm not a big fan of "regular breakfast items, eggs, pancakes etc so when I saw the menu had alternate items such as Porkchops and shrimps and grits I quickly called. Big Al himself picked up and stated he had one more and do I want him to hold it. Heck yes was my response.Upon arrival he asked were you the one that called I said yes he replied you look as you sound New York...lol.Folks please note it is a small establishment in the event you need to wait it will have to be outside. Once it was our turn we ordered the Porkchops...folks the "one pork chop" he saved was 3 huge pieces. It came with potatoes, eggs, and a biscuit. We also ordered the shrimp and grits with crab, biscuits with sausage gravy and cinnamon roll.Portions were huge although we shared we still each had leftovers to take. The sausage gravy for the biscuits had chunks of sausage, it was well seasoned and spicy we have like 4 biscuits. As our hotel was not far about a 10 minute walk we decided to walk instead of calling for the hotel shuttle that dropped us off. When in Nashville this a MUST but plan accordingly as its first come first serve. It's basically similar to mom and pop establishment so do not look for fine dining the cups plates etc mismatch which I think adds to the character. So happy we partaked and happy to say we dined at Big Al's."
"Nothing fancy, but a good solid spot that usually delivers pretty good food!Basic bar food: good fried pickles, pretzel bites, nachos. When eating a meal I tend to go for the Caesar with adding blackened salmon, and they always cook the salmon perfectly. There have been a few times service is super slow (on account of the cooks, not wait staff), but the staff always communicates that and let's us know they are checking in with back of house to try and get things as soon as they can. It's a great location, giant parking lot and right off 65, east to find and get to.Inside gets quite loud so I tend to like to sit on the patio. Overall, recommend if you're looking for a casual joint for a quick lunch or dinner that won't break the bank. Order the pickles!"
"Super chill! Really approachable spot in 12 South- I popped in for happy hour around 6 on a wednesday and there were some seats in the main area and bar still available. Happy Hour options are really good too! $5 house wine was a real winner - and their house white much actually be my new favorite wine. Service was great, quick and friendly."
"Tried this place today. I tried the jumpback jack burger with fries. Very tasty and served steamy hot. Very good fresh cut fries. I also tried a starter bite - jambalaya, small serving. Very tasty, especially the sausage in it. Slight bit of spicy in the taste but good. Really good sweet tea to wash it all down. Also had the kiddie cheese burger, just plain meat & cheese with fries. My 9yr old loved it."
