Burger Bar

I almost didn't eat here because of the reviews. Then I noticed that the reviews were really old. Maybe it use to be not that great a year ago plus. But my visit was great. The service and food was superb. The restaurant was clean. Maybe it's under new management, but it's really worth it. Best burger we had in a long time

The manager with the purple hair and her boyfriend, who is a bartender and server, who she referred to me "as this fine gentleman here" are unprofessional, rude and racist. Very poor customer service. They refused service to 7 women, stating short staffed, they were the first ones in the restaurant. The "fine gentleman" server was rude off top. He has a blonde streak in his hair. We were told if 10 ppl or less they could accommodate a group. Not the case. Everyone else was welcomed and served without any issues. If the same staff is working an event and the restaurant, the restaurant should be closed. The manager with the purple hair would not even come talk with me. Poor customer service. How are you a manager with purple hair?

We are staying at the Double Tree and went downstairs to eat at their restaurant. My wife is gluten free and dairy free.We ordered salmon just grilled no butter, it comes with green beans and rice pilaf. They told us that the rice pilaf is not GF. We told them just the green beans and salmon with no butter. The food came out and the first thing we saw was the rotting green beans. They were brown and slimy. We asked how can they serve anything like this. They said it's frozen beans and they cook like this. Really, I cook frozen veggies and none of my veggies look like that. This place needs a new manager that cares about their food. I could go on, but this was just plain disgusting! NEGATIVE STARS!!!

Ok guys you have to try this place next time you want a burger in the boro. I know it's a hotel lounge but this place has killer burgers and fries. I will say it probably the best burger in the boro. Service was excellent as well. All I can say is try it I don't think you will disappointed. They are locally owned and they use local beef.

Just no. At least right now...I hope it's normally better than this. If not, it's not going to last. Plus, how is the name burger bar w only one (icky) burger on the menu?

Was a little skeptical at first, but glad we stopped in. The burgers are amazing and the staff is very polite and catered to our needs. Next time I want a burger I know where to go.

Once again, Yelp for the win here. It's rare that a restaurant attached to a chain hotel is anything but mediocre, so it was only based on the positive reviews that we gave this place a try. The way it works, you're given a menu and a marker and you indicate everything from meat choice to condiments. Simple, hard to screw up your order, and well executed. The burger was exactly as specified with good quality ingredients, but the service really stood out. Our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We will definitely visit again!

Waited a whole hour finally got my food and it wasn't what I was expecting! The staff was rude and only took our order and drinks and didn't check on us. Very disappointed with this "Burger Bar" you might aswell take the burger out of bar and shots are $9 I asked for a jack and coke said it was $18 for just a small drink lol what a joke.Rather go to Millers.

Best build your own burgers! Lots of options. And you have to try the Parmesan Tots and sweet pot fries.

this is the best burger place in tennessee and in the whole world i highly recommend coming here.
