This is a great tour and experience. We toured the grounds for a couple hours until our Bourbon Experience. The grounds are large and it took about 90 minutes to walk around and see everything. It is a lot of walking. The Bourbon Experience was amazing. We were welcomed with a delicious Vieux Carre and started learning about Bourbon history and Belle Meade history. We moved on to a tasting where we were led through how to properly taste whiskey. The experience ended with making ( and drinking) an old fashioned cocktail. My only complaint is that it wasn't longer.

Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery was once, the "Queen of the Tennessee Plantations" before becoming a world-renowned thoroughbred horse farm after the Civil War. Today Belle Meade offers about a dozen different ticket options to choose from, including historic tours, family tours & winery experiences with bourbon & food pairing too. There are several dining options as well - Meat & Three Restaurant, Fox Run Cafe & Coop N Scoop serving ice cream. Although I didn't try the food, it was nice to have them on site. Belle Meade also hosts weddings & events. The property has a wine garden, a wine tasting room and a games court with corn hole, putt-putt, bocce ball, horseshoes & croquet. In addition, the carriage collection is in the Stable Hall & the Visitor's Center includes a gift shop. The day I went we chose the Historic Tour, specifically the Mansion Tour, (adult ticket price $28). Our guide led us thru each room of the home, unfortunately many of the rooms were roped off & we could only see the room at the doorway. Our guide spoke briefly in each room. I felt he could have provided us with so much more content & history. The tour fell short of my expectations & was short in length too, only 30 minutes. Note, there is no photography allowed inside the mansion. After the tour we were given a "brief complimentary" wine sampling from the winery. The tasting seemed rushed & consisted of four different samples (sips) of wine. Overall, the wine tasted pretty good. We did enjoy the beautiful grounds & the walking trails.

Food & Wine tasting was a 10/10. The service was excellent and the atmosphere left you wanting some more. We spent time on the grounds and even ate at the meat & 3. Such a good experience.

Wow wow wow! Stunning! The property itself is great, the wine is sensational. The workers are so polite and lovely! We had a friends bridal shower here in a private room with charcuterie, salads, and wine! We had a tasting that followed and sat outside while a band played and a woman sang beautifully. What a great time we had! Dancing, singing, wine tasting, eating, and we took the most gorgeous photos here. Such a perfect way to celebrate and have a taste of the best wine. I need to buy more bottles because I'm in California! I have been to many wineries and this is the by far the best one!!Southern charm!

Little Gem of the south! A must do when visiting the Nashville area. Beautiful wine tasting and pairing experience that I would highly recommend if you ever wanted to do in a group setting. Loved the wine garden and live music

We did the Mansion Tour which took us inside a beautiful home on the property. It was a guided tour and we learned some of the history of the Harding family who owned a farm here. Our guide was informative and personable. The tour came with a complimentary wine tasting at the end. Then we could wander the grounds as we wished, viewing the various structures throughout. Although it was hot and humid, it was still a lovely afternoon. We took advantage of a little restaurant in the visitor's center for a light meal before walking around the property.

The mansion tour was a total disappointment. Our tour guide was Casey. He did not speak much at all, and kept asking us to ask him questions. We were not given enough information to ask questions. We kept getting held up by the tour before us. We could hear that tour guide, talking and giving a lot more information. The mansion itself had a smell that made my allergies kick in. The wine tasting was nice. The mansion grounds were beautiful. The different tours that were offered were not back to back so it made it very inconvenient. We had to choose between the mansion or delivery. There was not much of a discount to do two tours.

The tour was great and informative. The grounds are beautiful and ample time to walk around after the wine tasting. There's so much history and it was fun learning about it!

We had some time to kill while I. Town waiting to meet family for dinner. We decided to stop by Belle Meade. We decide to tour the house. It cost $32 per person but it is truly worth it to see and hear the history of the property. The grounds are beautiful and host weddings and receptions. After the house tour you are give a tasting of 4 wines. While I was not in love with the wine, I did enjoy visits the plantation.
