We love this bagel shop and especially enjoy the Friday specialty flavors! Also appreciate they have multiple vegan cream cheese options for my husband who is lactose intolerant. We always bring a dozen home with a tub of schmear. Have also attended silent book club and the atmosphere is super fun with delicious pizza bagel bites.

Was really good when they first opened, but unfortunately went downhill quickly.Bagels are never toasted even when specified "extra toasty boi", added hashbrowns option tastes like they were freezer burnt and then microwaved, and amount of cream cheese has become less. Also some staff- particularly 1, sucks. Give us something good donelson!!!!

GREAT little local bagel shop! Bagels are ALWAYS on point!!! Loooove the spicy options!Super cute ambiance & tons of options. My iced latte was perfect, everyone was so helpful & kind!*DON'T LEAVE LESS STARS BECAUSE YOU THINK EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE ALL THE "vegan" OPTIONS, super NOT COOL! They are not a "vegan" establishment so should not be rated on that. 5 stars + all the way!!!Support local!

Darn, quite disappointed by my first Bagelshop experience. After making the drive out to donelson, specifically for the tuna melt sandwich. It did not come as described.I received my sandwich, and it didn't look like there was cheese in it. I asked the staff about it, and they said it was in there but white so it looks the same. However the whole point of a tuna melt is for the cheese to be melted, as it shows on their socials. And it definitely was just a cold piece of cheese. Also they ended up giving me their siracha bagel, which I didn't order. Hopefully I'll get to try it again and get something else instead. But not likely to be making the drive out just for this spot.

Bagelshop has been on my list for quite some time now, and like most Nashville locals, it ended up being lost on the never-ending quest to "try this place out". Well I finally did it and the fast casual shop did not disappoint.I ordered The Benny with sausage which was the perfect pick after a holiday. You can choose your bagel and add a meat for extra cost. It's massive. The bagel itself is fresh and soft, and the sauce they use may have changed my life? Verdict is still out on that.. I walked in to order and only waited about 5 minutes before I was at the register. Even when they're busy, the team moves efficiently ensuring every visitor gets their bagel fix. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. If you're looking for a great bagel a smidge outside of the city (with ample free parking, hello!!!) take the quick trip to Donelson for Bagelshop. I'll be back soon to try one of their sweeter options. It's called balance!

This is my go-to Saturday 7 am bagel pickup. I actually set the alarm I love this weekend routine in our neighborhood so much. I'm always met with hospitality in a smart vibe where I'm offered great food. And yeah, the bagels are chewy--they're adapted from the Montreal style to this market. Don't like it? Ok, then, find what works for you. But don't two-star troll on local businesses simply because they don't cater to your highly particular and refined taste. Drive-by Yelping isn't cool.

I really like this spot. Best lox sandwich in town, hands down. And super good people.Ordering online, I appreciate that you can sub cc flavors, edit the level of toast, and they even have an opinion scoop out some of the bagel. I add pickled red onion Now- I'm not going full 5 stars because I was disappointed by the vegan options. The vegan lox is oil based. I was really wishing it could be like a lox flavored carrot or something more "real" especially since the vegan cc is basically whipped oil. I sincerely do appreciate that they have such a full vegan menu, any I know I'm probably in the minority with my disappointment.

I love this little shop! It's right by the yoga studio I attend and it's so nice to have something new in the area. I love their bagels, the variety of spreads, and how generous they are with everything. The drinks are really good with some unique flavor combinations. My only complaint is that they didn't make the tiramisu schmear a permanent menu item- I definitely don't go as often since they took it off the menu, even tho everything else is really good. That was just *it* for me. The yogurt bowl leaves a LOT to be desired and I have several friends I can't bring with me bc the yogurt bowl is the only gf food offering, but I genuinely enjoy going in by myself and sitting to work and eat. Take-out is always super quick and they really move the line quickly as well. Highly recommend

Came in on a Sunday morning and the place was pretty busy. The line to order wasn't insanely long, maybe 6 customers before me. It took about 10 min to get to the front and place my order which isn't too bad. I ended up ordering a French toast bagel with mixed berry schmear. It took a good 25 min to get my order which I think is ridiculous for a bagel and schmear. I understand if you need to wait a bit longer for a sandwich that needs to be cooked but toasting a bagel and putting some schmear on it shouldn't take that long. It seemed like they didn't really have a good system of getting these orders out fast. I was really hoping that the bagel itself would redeem this place but once I opened my bagel, it was covered in everything seasoning. That definitely ruined the bagel for me because I was hoping for a sweet light French toast flavor with a hint of fruits but instead got hit with the powerful everything seasoning. It was on both sides of my bagel and even got into my schmear. I don't think they kept their workstation clean in between orders, or else this wouldn't have happened. Now the texture of the bagels: I prefer my bagels fluffy with a slightly crunchy outside and soft interior. This bagel was very dense and almost dough like. I'm not sure if I came on an off day, but I doubt I'll be back when there are many other places to get great bagels in Nashville.
