If you don't like your pizza extra crunchy, this isn't the place for you. Let me just say I could have dunked it in my sprite and it wouldn't have been an issue. Also, my pizza was to have Italian sausage and EXTRA cheese. There wasn't enough cheese to even call it regular cheese. Maybe I'll give them a chance again in the future. I know it's thin crust and supposed to be crunchy, but this go around was lack luster at best.May 01, 2023 @ 3:45 pm.

Meat lover w/banana peppers It is nice to know some things never change. I know when I come to middle tennesse I can always count on Nashville Pizza Co to make me a great pizza at a great price and with excellent service.

We visit this location of Nashville Pizza for their Trivia night. While the menu offerings are identical, let me be clear, this location and the location on 96 are as different as night and day. At the Grassland location, there is service and the servers are friendly. They also seem to have all the food on the menu.We were regularly checked upon by our server who took and delivered our drink orders very quickly. (We've been going here a while, we don't spend a lot of time perusing the menu). They have a nice little selection of draft beers which we enjoy. We often order the pizza special, but this time tried the Arty-Garty which was surprisingly good. Also tried a meat lovers, which was what you would expect. Pizzas were brought to the table promptly, which means a little too hot to eat when they first arrive, but better than showing up to the table cool. The trivia night is fun and new players are always welcome! Maybe we will see you there!

Ordered Pep and Cheddar w Banana Peppers during March Madness. Chef's kiss delicious. Crispy crust. Lots and lots of toppings. Cheddar perfect.This place makes the best freaking pie in Central Tenn. Staff was great and friendly. Service attentive.This was place is spot on.Dave Portnoy would give it an 8.5 One Bite Pizza Review.

This place has gotten worse each year. We come in and sit in the broken down booths that have duct tape all over them and wait. We are always ignored until one of us walks to the cash register to ask for someone to come take our order. The kids usually seem to be annoyed that they have customers. When you do finally get your food...their cracker crust pizza is pretty good, but the poor service and worn out interior is hard to deal with.

It's perfect. The pizza is perfect the games are fun. The staff is surly and the cooks are burley. Don't miss meatball madness

NPC has been our go to place in Franklin for years . But out last 2 times pizza is not the sameThe ingredients are different and cheaper. So disappointing

What is going on with the Hwy. 96 location? The service is abysmal! We waited 18 minutes before flagging down a server and ordering drinks. We waited another 15 minutes before going to the bar and asking if we could order food. When the food came, it was brought out one item at a time with several minutes in between. Service has been horrible the last four times we've been there. We kept going back for the trivia, but we're done!

Overcooked Pizza and burnt edges. The pizza I ordered was way overcooked. The cheese was very chewy. The crust wasn't even nice and soft. Completely burnt to a crisp.

Pretty bad. Did a take out from the Grassland location, and when I got home a good bit of the outer edges were burned and the pizza way over cooked and extremely dry. I guess I should take a bit of blame for not checking it out before I left, but they should not have boxed it and at least given me the choice of waiting for another pizza, discounting it, or letting me decide if I even wanted to take it home. I was tired and it was getting late so I didn't make the trip back to return it and wait another 30 minutes for a pizza. I just raked the top with most of the ingredients off the pizza and ate that. I understand a pizza can be messed up, but they should have acknowledged that it was way overcooked and not just boxed it up and sent it out.I will not be back. Sad because I would like to have a decent, non chain, local pizza place to use.
