Came here on a Wednesday evening. Doesn't seem that busy. Walking in there's a sign that said "hot chicks inside" which made me laugh. Surprised me with the country music playing. Their menu is pretty simple. The spice level ranges from naked no seasoning to xtra hot. I got the regular (there's a Chicago style with giardinera) hot chicken sandwich with medium spice. I love spicy but didn't want to go too crazy my first time here with the spice and not be able to try and enjoy the sandwich for what it is. The spice was there and didn't over power it. I'd be willing to try the next spice level up next time. The combo of the crispy chicken and the coleslaw and the brioche bun, hit the spot. Also got the house fries with cheese sauce. It's crinkle cut fries and the combo with cheese was delicious. If you want to add just the perfect amount of spice to every bite instead of the getting it on the whole sandwich, get the spicy ranch on the side! Decent amount of seating inside for a chicken spot. Also a cute little waiting area with nice chairs.Definitely coming back to try the smash cheeseburger and onion rings!!

There are multiple definitions of hot, let's be clear. 1. Hot, as in temperature 2. Hot, as in spice level.3. Hot, as in attractive. Not used in this review. The parking lot was crowded at lunch so I debated going in but the restaurant was fairly empty so not sure where all the people were. The counter person was very helpful in explaining the menu, which is based on Nashville hot chicken, and has varying levels of hotness (definition #2).I ordered the Hot Chick (definition #2), which is a chicken sandwich with pickles, coleslaw, sauce. I also made it a combo with fries and a drink. The staff person very helpfully suggested I get the sandwich cut in half and sauce on the side. There are booths along the wall as well as tables. There's a drumset in the front, so maybe they have live music? Cute neon signs throughout. The food was very hot (definition #1) when it was brought to me. I took a bite and some hot (def #1) oil or liquid squirted and burned my cheek (face). Ow!I was glad the sauce was on the side. Though mild, I still found it very hot (def #2). The sandwich was very large, chicken was thick and cooked well, and the sweetness from the pickles and crunch from the sandwich was very welcome. The fries, seasoned, crinkle cut, were ok.There was still steam rising from the hot (def #1) sandwich. My mouth was on fire from the hot (def #2) sauce, my cheek was still throbbing from the hot (def #1) liquid and I was uncomfortable so I took my food to go. If you are a fan of hot (def #1 and #2), you will enjoy the food.

I'm guessing this quirky place was a bar at one time. I fact, there's a drum set on a raised stage in front of the window. The quirky interior is all black and red. The gentleman at the bar, er, I mean register was polite and just a wee bit quirky himself. Menu prices aren't quirky, but they are pretty good.I had a Chicago Style Hot Chick sandwich. It was a fresh chicken breast on a toasted brioche bun with hot giardiniera. Very good. My fiance had a Side Chick slider, a chicken tender on a toasted brioche hot dog bun. She wimped out and got the mild sauce. She really liked the coleslaw on it too.Their crinkle fries were fairly crispy and well seasoned. The staff and customers were almost all Indian. Country music was playing and NFL football played on the tvs. That is quirky. I like quirky.Four stars from her, but the quirkiness pushed it to a five for me.

Second time visiting but this time I dined in the restaurant. I had another side chick slider because I already know that's good! I decided to try the smash fries this time, and although it's tasty, I preferred the season fries and will stick to ordering that. My kids tried the mac and cheese, and they loved it.

Stopped here later at night for dinner and it truly is a hidden gem. We got a couple items and the hot chick was the star. We got medium and it had good spice. The smash fries were so good. It had chunks of beef on it with nacho cheese. The owners are super nice and asked how we found out about them. Overall, I would come back and try their other items. If you're a fan of Nashville style chicken sandwiches, I'd recommend this place.

Have been eyeing this spot for awhile. Right nearby the house and figured today was a great day to give it a shot. Its a nice casual spot with a pleasant ambiance, plenty of seating and friendly staff. We were greeted right away and he helped us pick out our options. We got the Hot Chick (most popular), Nash Nachos and Boneless tended bites. Food came out in a reasonable time and everything was definitely made fresh. I had the Hot Chick, medium spice. The chicken was thick, juicy and crispy. The coleslaw and pickles added an excellent contrast to the spice from the chicken and the sauce. The boneless tender bites were each crispy and the nash sauce was perfect to dip it in, with just the right amount of kick. The Nash Nachos is huge! Great portion with excellent ratio of nachos, chicken pieces, coleslaw, pickles and sauce. Overall, they did a great job with everything. I love fried chicken and I'm super happy to have such a great spot right nearby. Will definitely need to return to try more on the menu!

It seems that there are a lot of fried chicken spots popping up around Chicago and the Chicagoland area. A lot of them seem to be doing Nashville hot as their specialty. One of these places is Nash Bros. in Niles, IL. I recently what there for lunch to try them out. First, their food is delicious. I ordered their fried chicken, at various different heats across a lot of different dishes. I also ordered their smash burger. Ironically, I think the best thing on their menu, and my favorite, was the smash burger. This is a true smash burger that is pressed paper thin and has a good crust. Next, their fried chicken is excellent. Just one bit of warning, if you get their chicken Nashville hot, it's hot. If you can't take heat, I would recommend getting the lowest level of heat or stick to the smash burger. My favorite was the Nash Fries (I'm a sucker for loaded fries) and Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Next, the ambience is simple, but nice. This is a no thrills restaurant with a number of booths. It looks like they have a stage, so maybe they host live music. They had several TVs playing football on the Sunday I ate lunch there. Third, the service is fast and friendly. My food came out quickly and the chicken was hot (temperature wise) and crunchy. They are a short drive from Chicago in the suburb of Niles. A trip from the Chicago to here is definitely worth it.

The smash fries are not as advertised, it's just ground beef unseasoned with fries. Chicken sandwich is pretty good though.

Tried this place out after the Glenview fireworks. Very great service & food. In a nice little cozy spot near a shopping area. For locals or anyone in the area you should try this place out! Oh fyi- Nash sauce has a kick. Tastes great but a bit spicy.
