Nando's Taco Shop

Revenge breakfast. Returned after a few months for another breakfast burrito. Egg, ham, cheese, potato. Great size for under $10. Called the order in and ready in 10 minutes. Hot melted cheese throughout, soft potatoes with the skin on so it has some texture, eggs cooked thoroughly, slice ham.Given 4 hot sauce,2 red 2 green. I prefer the red, it was a little sweet but consistency on both were solid, not watered down.

I don't know how this place doesn't have five stars. The food was amazing, the price was fair, and the portions were generous. The meat had amazing flavor and they know how to make a California burrito right! The green and red hot sauces were both amazing and deserve recognition too! The woman who took our order was friendly and was ready to answer any questions we may have had. As for the restaurant, it is clearly an old building. They aren't letting anyone sit inside but they do have tables outside. It seems like most people go through the drive thru or get to-go orders.

Stingy on the hot sauce!! I've been to Nando's a few times. Their burrito sizes have gotten smaller over the years while the prices goes up. I got two orders of Nando's fries which is a combination of carne asada and adobada over fries. The owner did not give me any hot sauce at all until I asked. He then proceeded to give me two tiny hot sauce containers. I asked for more and he said no more hot sauce while proceeding to get two more containers. I was just shaking my head at this point. Two carne adobada fries and only 4 tiny hot sauce containers?? It is amazing how stingy this restaurant is with their hot sauce. The carne adobada fries portion is consistent with offerings from other store. The flavor is on point with the exception of the adobada which I found to be be way too salty. Lastly the amount of guacamole is pitiful. 2 stars since I have had better food for the price and more hot sauce given.

I used to come here all the time. But This place is a huge rip off NOW! I ask for extra pico on my tacos. They charge me 1.99 on each tacos plus $.99 on extra lecture. Mind you my tacos is only 3.29. It now become 6.29 per tacos. 3 items for $19, omg

Rolled tacos are the best... generous on the toppings!! Good and fast service. Easy to place order and usually ready before the expected time. Overall tasty food and locally owned.

I have tried this place many times. Initially it wasn't bad and in the last few years it has gone downhill. Yesterday I placed a very basic order: rice cheese and sour cream burrito. It cost $9. When I got it home I realized there was no sour cream so I was eating a dry rice and cheese burrito. Very disappointed.

I'm not going to lie, I was a little disappointed with their food. I ordered the Nandos fries which is half carne asada, half adobada. The adobada looked dry like it was from the night before, food wasn't really warm. The fries only come with meat cheese and guacamole. I was expecting pico de gallo. Perhaps my fault for not asking. I mean the service was quick seeing as I was the only person in line. Not sure if I would go back for lunch again. I hear they make good breakfast burritos. I may give them a shot with that

My fiancé brought home burritos for my family of three. One California, one bean & cheese, and one vegetarian for me. First bad sign was the sour cream leaking out of my paper wrapping, already the burrito is a mess. So I grab a plate anticipating the mess. Then I open the wrapping all the way bc it was wrapped so sloppy, I have to rewrap it. First bite is full of sour cream, so I drain some of it out and the burrito starts to takes the shape of a long bulging pear. I try reshaping it but it just feels like it full of liquid. Finally I put it into a bowl bc I'm really hungry and want to eat it w a fork & knife, even though that super disappointing. Turns out this veggie burrito has barely any rice & beans, it's more a sour cream burrito w pico. Talk about disgusting. Even the California burrito had too much sour cream. We live less than a mile from Nando's and will never come back here, and I'll never let my friends or neighbors go to Nando's either. Figure out how to make a vegetarian burrito, because every other taco shop makes a veggie burrito, and it ain't new!

Hello Nandos Owners, we have been regular costumer for many years now.Today we ordered food trough the drive through, I ordered a beef taco, three asada tacos, and one chile relleno burrito with beans only (the way I been ordering my burrito for the past 18 yrs.) my burrito was made wrong. I called to request it to be remade the way I ordered it, the cashier was impolite and put me on hold, finally responded rudely that I could return it, which was no problem but she had an attitude so I called back to canceled the order and just requested a refund of the burrito (because of her attitude I was afraid it was going to be spit on) but once again she was very rude. That she couldn't refund my money unless the owner approved it when I asked for the owner's name she hung up on me. Money is not a problem. The problem was her unprofessional manner especially for a Customer of many years! As of today you have lost a few customers. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!

The worse thing about moving away from the San Diego/Lemon Grove area is no more Nando's! If you see this Nando, trust me I miss you, your wife and son as much as your food. Nothing like it here in the Texas Panhandle, OMG, what IS TexMex? Hope you can remember me and Michael, been almost 3 years. Still got the same car Jr?
