Two words: Chicken Sisig.Food, Service, Ambiance, all homestyle and good vibes. Out back is a plethora of places to sit and watch with shade and clean public restrooms. There is also good Indian and Korean options in the same circle if you want a little bit of everything. The wings and the Sisig with fried rice is what I chose. I ate it all.

Sadly, they raised their prices and cut the quantity of the food, again. I am afraid they made a mistake. Now the two items box is smaller and costs $16 with tax. This is an OUTRAGEOUS price with 2 small scoops of meat and low quality rice. Nothing else. I suspect that is why there was no longer a line at the lunch hour.I wish them the best but personally, I will not be going to this place again.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, but the hours here are a little weird. They close at 4pm on weekdays and aren't open on the weekends. I finally had a chance to stop by during their open hours and I'm so glad I got to try it! Service was super friendly and the area had tons of parking. I got the two entree with half fried rice and half pancit (50 cent extra for pancit) and BBQ chicken and BBQ pork. Everything was so good and the portions are big - definitely could feed 2 people or 1 very hungry person.

Best Filipino food we've found in the area. Great food, lots of options, everything is delicious. The menu could be easier to understand, and items are not labeled, but I always ask and staff is helpful. It feels a bit hurried because they are always busy and we try to avoid the busy lunch lines.

Filipino fast food. Kind of like a Panda Express approach. Choose 1 or 2 entrees and a side. Seems to be very popular with a long line at lunch. But the line moves quickly. Not much indoor seating. Huge outdoor seating area.Popular items seem to be the sliced BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, Curry Chicken, and Garlic Fried Rice.I got the BBQ chicken which was great. The sausage which reminded me of an Asian sweet sausage. But this sausage was thick and soft with no snap to the bite. It had a great taste but I was slightly weirded out by it for some reason. The noodles were super thin angel hair and reminded me of Singapore Noodles.Next time I'll try the BBQ Pork, Curry Chicken, and Garlic Fried Rice.

This hole-in-the-wall is a great place to stop by in the Sorrento Plaza if you're looking for a quick and delicious bite. They serve Filipino and Asian entrees cafeteria-style. You can get an affordable combo with rice and be out the door in minutes!

First time trying this place with my husband. We arrived right before noon so there was no line in front of us. I've been wanting Filipino food but not feeling well enough to make it at home. I read reviews that Nanay's is known for their bbq chicken/pork so we got bbq pork and beef kaldereta. I also wanted some soup so I got one. The food is def yummy. Compared to R&B's the pancit is way less salty with the right amount of flavor. And I love that they mix canton and bihon noodles in their pancit (my favorite blend!!) so that's a plus. I take off points for the small batch of soup with literally one piece of meat and 3 tiny pieces of cabbage. I understand it's a soup but come on!! It's $1.50. At least give me more cabbage or another small piece of meat. Otherwise, the soup was nicely flavored with the right amount of sourness for my liking. Reminds me of my dad's version. The staff was nice and the place was clean upon entry. My suggestion is to label the items for new people want to try Filipino food so they can put a name to the dishes. Only Filipinos and veterans of Filipino food know what they're getting. I'll have to come back another day to try the carioca and turon for dessert along with the other entrees.

No vote on food. We walked in to a "dark" restaurant (possibly trying to save on electricity usage), only to find a very limited selection on the hot table that looked like it's been sitting there for days. We ordered the Sinigang and Dinuguan... VERY FAR REMOVED from the authentic flavor of these recipes.I had high hopes, but will not come back unless owners adjust their recipe standards to the original taste of the dishes. Additionally, to be mindful of their product presentations, including the impression they are showing to their target market.Service is the one that received the two stars because the owner and staff are warm and friendly. That's all.
