Nan is a town favorite for myself and my entire family. Celebrated a birthday at Nan and everything is so seamless and a great experience from the beginning. Reservations: very easy- online and booked Ambiance: beautiful from the entrance to the table setting and wall decor. Food: I can't even begin to describe the flavors. EVERYTHING is tasty. Even cappuccino was great. We always get the tasting tree and coconut soup. The seafood is always fresh. The tasting tree is always an opportunity to taste many dishes and I usually order a regular dish from the tree. I love Nan and can't wait to return!

Came for lunch alone because I now live next door. I got the minced chicken basil fried rice ($12) was so trash, it tasted old and like throw up. Also such small portion Green curry w chicken thigh was ok but the curry sauce was so little. So I returned the fried rice and had 3 lychee martinis. My total was $120???

Dinner was absolutely delicious, ambience left something to be desired. We were party of 6 celebrating a birthday, so it was more than a typical dinner out. Though the restaurant wasn't crowded it felt like all the occupied tables were crammed into the same area. Some of the glassware could have been cleaned with a bit more care. I found lipstick on my martini glass. As for the food, it's some of the freshest I've had in Atlanta. Thai food has never tasted this good. You have to start with the appetizer tree. It's the best way to try most of the starters on the menu. I recommend the Kai Saim as a main dish. Such delicately crispy chicken!

I will break down my personal experience at Nan'sThis was my first time here, the place is beautiful, the food presentation is amazing, the service was great they're happy and eager to help you. However be ready to drop a dime in here I went with my brother to celebrate his birthday Let's start with the drinksEach one of us had 1 drink which totaled We had a shared appetizer but it's a large one The appetizer had 5 different little samplers which was great For the entree we both had the "special" that evening Which was lobster, shrimp and scallops fancyyyyyyyyyyuWe also had this very delicious soup don't remember the name All in all the food was delicious it really was!I was just in shock when I saw the price, I've been to very expensive and exquisite restaurants in my lifetime but nothing like the one price wise So for the things we had the total came out to $405 which I felt it was a bit much... you're talking about 2 people. All things considered the food as mentioned above was delicious the service was great but for a $500 dollar meal you can find so much better than this. Even after looking at the menu which it actually shows the prices I cannot come up with a 405 dollar total bill. Anyhow I hope y'all enjoy it if you go there and add everything to make sure it makes sense. I'm just being honest and sharing my experience.

We went to this restaurant after receiving a giftcard from a friend. Like other reviews stated, I enjoyed the drinks. I had a specialty drink, a Hennessy strawberry margarita (it was good although i was curious about the Lychee Martini) My partner had the Lamb Hung Lay. He enjoyed it and I could see that the meat was tender and fell off the bone. I had the Kai Yang Massaman, which tasted like it came in a the same sauce as the lamb shank dish. I enjoyed my dish but it didn't have a wow factor. Overall we had a nice dining experience. Pros: complementary (plus tip) valet parking, atmosphere, kind service, meal portions Cons: price point is slightly high for traditional dishes. Wish they had more unique menu options

Nan Thai Fine Dining was absolutely amazing. My best friend and I had a great experience. We were greeted by two very kind hostesses and then seated at an intimate booth. You could see the keen attention to detail that honored ancestors and the incorporation of life in Thailand into the decor. I respect that. Our server told no lies when it came to his recommendations. The Strawberry Hennessy Margarita was 10/10, highly recommend. Our food was also delicious! I'll be back, especially for the Marg haha.

I've wanted to try this place every time I pass by driving into Midtown from GA 19-N. A sorority sister moved to ATL this year so we made an outing of it.The vibes are definitely upscale. We came in without a reservation a couple minutes after they opened and were seated immediately. We got the appetizer sampler to share - this is probably their best. I also got the tum yum soup, pad thai (with shrimp as protein), and coconut sticky rice. Not the biggest fan of the soup or pad thai (not flavorful enough and more focused on presentation/aesthetics). The coconut sticky rice was yummy. They have a valet in front, or you can self-park at the adjacent gated lot.

The service was excellent. Food was great. I do wish the server would have informed us that the special was all fried. I didn't like that at all and nor did my guest. I would return again but will be mindful to ask how the food is prepared. Beautifully appointed restaurant that exudes sophistication.

Excellent Thai food in Atlanta! My group visited for a nicer during my friend's bachelor party. Fancier restaurant experience with higher prices, but great for a special occasion. Food is phenomenal along with beautiful layout and decor.

The food here is great! This larb is the most authentic larb I've ever had in the United States. The servers are so helpful. This restaurant is a little upscale so be sure to dress up a little. I believe they had a sign at the door saying no hoodies. Will be coming back for sure.
