The first visit I ordered chicken tikka masala. I asked if I could get a hard boiled egg on the side. They charged me an eye watering $5 for a single egg.The masala was excellent. Second trip I ordered just the curry and the entire small container was filled up with chicken bones and pieces of bones. I will not be coming back.

Loved the food here! We tried the Karahi chicken and butter chicken, garlic nann and regular nann. My favorite was the Karahi chicken, so many difference spices and so flavorful. Nann was not greasy, crispy on the outside and tender inside. Butter chicken as creamy and smooth, went perfectly with the light basmati rice. Next time I'll bring my kids, I didn't know they have a Mac and cheese and other kid friendly food.

We decided to explore this restaurant on a whim and saw that there was a huge crowd waiting outside. Only after getting closer did we find that most of the folks were waiting to get into Orengi Sushi. Going by the reviews, I knew I wanted to try their Indian style pizza. Based on the description, I decided to go for a medium sized Bombay garlic chicken pizza. We also ordered Chicken 65 biryani. All of this was to-go. The wait time was 25 mins and we were OK since it was right during the supper/dinner time. This place is expensive for the thin crusted what could only pass for a small sized pizza at any other pizza chains. The flavor was OK but not to the point where we will come back. I would definitely expect more flavor and toppings for a thin crusted medium pizza for $18. We almost thought that they probably messed up our pizza order since it tasted more like a pizza from a traditional pizza chain restaurant.Biryani was good but again not anything extra-ordinary. Portion size was small. Also, they did not honor the Yelp check-in coupon. The guy at the counter seemed rude - did not talk properly in a nice tone. Overall, this is definitely a pass for me ! For a total of 40 something dollars, I expect more ! Also we didn't receive the receipt but didn't ask for it either. I would probably keep an eye for the prices they charge if I ever go back to this place. Also, there are two Yelp accounts for this restaurant - Naan Twist and Pizza Twist but both have same address so I am posting this review on both the pages.

So, I order a chicken biryani from this place for a lunch takeaway. I have a little chat with the front desk guy while picking up my order, told him how I was disappointed with a pizza order previously and how I really wanted them to do well as there are not many good Indian restaurants in issaquah. He assured me that the franchise has changed and that they are better than the previous ones. I come home and dig into the biryani. Rice was ok, but the chicken was nor fresh, neither tasty. The raita has gone bad for sure. A terrible experience , I threw most of it away.But that's not the worst part of the experience. I posted a 1 star review, on google. My intent was to let others know about my experience so that may be it will help someone. I get a very rude and uncouth reply from the restaurant, accusing me of being associated with their rival and trying to ruin their reputation. They even had the gall to completely fabricate the course of events! I never had food at their restaurant, always did take away. But they wrote that I had food at their place and threw the food away in front of them without giving any reason.Naan twist, I absolutely want your restaurant to succeed, I crave for good Indian food and any new Indian restaurant is so very welcome in issaquah. But this unprofessional behavior and lack of integrity would make me stay far away from your place.

Wow. My boyfriend and I decided to go here around 10:30 at night after shopping around Issaquah (he thought we went here cuz it was the only place that was opened later than 11 but I just wanted go try it out and compare it to our local Indian restaurant). We got butter chicken and we actually ordered 2 orders which was our bad as the waitress did tell us the portion is pretty large. We also ordered garlic naan bread. The butter chicken was the best! The waitress did suggest that I should get no spice but I went with a level 2 and should've gone with level 3. I like a little bit of spice but I also prefer to enjoy my meal than be sweating the whole time haha. The level 2 spice on the chicken was actually pretty sweet which I didn't hate but I definitely preferred by boyfriend's level 3 spice. Before we left we were given some free pizza cuz they thought someone ordered it and offered us some. Overall awesome experience and will be going again.

Average food , extremely rude person at the front desk. Need serious training on how to talk and behave with customers. There are multiple patterns of this person's rude behavior(as mentioned in other reviews) , he might be one of the owner but is burning the place to the ground.

I had a terrible experience at Naan Twist and I am compelled to share my experience. I ordered 1 plate of chola-bhatura and asked to add one more bhatura. As per their website, and also confirmed on phone, one plate contains 2 bhaturas. Once I got the food home, I found only two pieces of bhatura while I paid an extra $4.99 for the spare one. Called the owner and he made various arguments like their bhaturas are big, they cut into two pieces and that one plate contains only one bhatura. Wasn't willing to accept their mistake. I asked them to check their website and he found that the website actually mentions 2 bhatura. The owner still did not accept their mistake and started saying that this is the website problem and not their problem. He was extremely rude and totally not accepting that this was their fault. For sure last time for me at this place.. Also sharing my experience for others' benefit.I wish I could give 0 rating for their behavior and lack of courtesy.

Music was extremely loud and no air conditioning in July. When we ordered, we were not asked about spice levels for the dishes. We ordered butter chicken, chicken masala, and naan. The main dishes were served in regular home-kitchen sized bowls, and had no rice. The dishes were so spicy that my husband's face was profusely sweating and I got heartburn immediately. No one ever checked on us after giving us the food and gave no refills on the water. We decided to take the rest of the food home as we were so hot and thirsty. When we checked out, the total was $72!!!!! One regular bowl of butter chicken, one regular bowl of chicken Marsala, and naan. THAT'S IT. As the payment was on a tablet we could not see the itemized ticket. This place is awful, service is awful, ambiance is awful, and the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. 0/10 recommend.
