Decided to try this coffee shop while in the area. After finding parking fairly quickly we went in and order a John Whick (honey+lavender latte) and the Valkyerie (banana + hazelnut latte). The JW was tasty, but I did think the honey and lavender were a bit subtle; whereas, with the Valkyerie the banana flavor was strong but definitely tasted of artificial syrup which isn't to my taste. For the space and service itself, since it wasn't very busy we got our drinks within minutes and sat down on one of the benches outside to enjoy our drinks. The spot was very chill and the shade was great during the hot weather. The staff were very friendly and put a smile on our faces, would definitely recommend trying it out.

This is my absolute favorite cafe, breakfast spot in the area! Their food is amazing, their coffee flavors are unique and enjoyable, and the music that they play always make for a great vibe. A diverse selection of R&B and rap hits is so appealing to enjoying some tasteful caffeine drinks and flavorful foods.

Great spot to WFCoffee shop! The vegetable tacos were delicious even for a carnivore and left me satisfied for the entire day I was working there. It's a cute little spot with plenty of parking nearby and a very "local" vibe. Unlike other coffee shops the music playing in the background isn't loud enough to make you have to go outside so I felt like it was good enough to have face to face conversations and meetings.

A place that serves gold in their coffee and does community involvement? Immediately five stars.Admittedly, not all of their coffees have gold in them, but their specialty drink menu is superb. This is a great place to work, and the people who work there are friendly. We met up with friends at the Juneteenth event here and it was really well done. I was looking for something to do to commemorate the event and it was nice to find something in the neighborhood.Great place.

I love Mystic Mocha! It's a cozy spot in University Heights, and the staff is always super friendly. Bonus points for having dog treats - my pup appreciates it! As a black coffee enthusiast, I'm hooked on their strong and delicious brew. The $2.35 price tag for a hot cup is a steal in the neighborhood. The punch card for a free coffee on the 9th purchase is a nice touch. Haven't tried the food yet, but those breakfast tacos I saw today looked tempting. Can't wait to update my review after a taste test!

Been here a couple times. I like their vibrant color decors and they make great latte, cappuccino. There are several benches to sit outside. You will see a lot of people walking and sitting with their doggies.Their breakfast menu is filling and simple no extra sauces or dressing. You will get exactly what it says on the menue. We tried their avocado tomato bagel that comes with a bit of balsamic glaze and an egg / bacon breakfast sandwich that came with a ciabatta bread. Both were yummy.

Mystic mocha is an eclectic little corner coffee shop on a residential street in University Heights. The breakfast sandwich is amazing (but we do prefer it made on a bagel - you can ask for a sub) as are the breakfast tacos. I also really like the chai latte, which is not too sweet. Counter staff are always friendly. Beware though, that the pastries/donuts are made with dietary restrictions in mind, and taste like it.

I do really enjoy this place, but if you're looking to go there after noon, maybe call to make sure they're open. They do not always follow their store hours and their kitchen is closed more often than you'd expect.

The peanut butter mocha is no longer available. I had the hazelnut mocha instead and it's just coffee with hazelnut syrup.
