Myke's Pizza

I've been eyeing this pizza place for a while and finally had the opportunity to try it. I actually found out about them while waiting for my coffee at Pair Cupworks, which is also in Cider Corps. You can either get your pizza to eat in Cider Corps or you can get it for takeout (which is what I did). I was hoping they would have the peach pizzas that I have seen in photos, but maybe that is just a seasonal thing. I ordered a tomato pizza (which is like a margarita pizza without cheese) and a margarita pizza. Both were delicious! I would say that this is one of my favorite pizza spots in the valley.

Tried out Myke's Pizza a few months ago. It's located inside Cider Corps along with Pair Cupworks. There's plenty of seating. You place an order and pay via a QR code and the team will bring out your food to your table.My group and I shared two pizzas and sides. We ordered the seasonal special, artichoke pizza but with the ham on only half of the pizza, salami pizza, and brussels sprouts. I tried the artichoke without the bacon as well as the brussels sprouts. The artichoke pizza came with mozzarella, roasted onion, artichoke hearts, speck ham, chiltepin, toasted pepitas, and shaved Asiago cheese. Though I'm sure the ham compliments the pizza, my ham-less slices were still flavorful. I also enjoyed the dough and crust. The brussels sprouts were just alright in my opinion. I felt it lacked flavor and crisp. Service was fast and friendly. Myke's always has a fun seasonal flavor. I will definitely return!

We have been to Myke's a handful of times and for some reason I've never written a review. Their pizzas are delicious every time. This time we opted for the cherry pie, currently a special and not sure how long they will have it. It has mozz, manchego and Gouda cheeses topped with cherries and almonds. Overall it was really tasty. The cheeses didn't have as much flavor as I would have hoped, but the cherries are what really made it for me. The salami pie is always on their menu. The saltiness from the salami and the spicy honey on top, so good. I loved the balance between the two. It's a perfect location, you get to enjoy a delicious cider with your pies. Never had a bad slice of pizza and staff are always friendly. See ya again Myke's!

Came here with two buddies and the vibe is laid back very opened vaulted ceilings . As soon as we walked in the bartender let us know free service water behind us and scan the barcode on the table , super friendly inviting . The food - we scanned the code and so many tasteeeee sounding pizzas . We went with the Margarita ($19) and a seasonal one which had corn , chipotle roasted red peppers basil and a balsamic glaze $20-21 . The pizza was great very fresh tasting dough , a slight chew to it and great quality ingredients you can tell . The only real downside is that I know wood fire can be tricky but both pizzas needed to be more cooked on the bottom . They were pretty floppy . All in all I'd for sure come back !

Myles is inside cider corps which makes this an interesting location. If you're going for cider, you will be in awe of the great pizza option while you indulge. If you're going for a bite, it's less of a restaurant and more of a food court vibe.Ordering via QR code is super easy, and the food was pretty quick.I love the real wood fired taste of the crust. We got the potato and bacon pizza and the margherita.The potato bacon was the favorite. Rosemary notes, and a little from the cheese, salty and garlicky and creamy.The margherita was good! But it didnt have a ton of flavor- I wanted more basil than the one piece per slice. The smoked gouda didn't come through as much as it did on the potato pie. The crust on this one didn't stay as crisp- lots of flop. I did really enjoy this pizza- I think I was thrown off by the location inside the cider place.

I stopped by recently to try the seasonal cherry pizza. I had kept hearing rave reviews about it. Wow, what an incredible flavor combination! The pizza was crispy and soft and was topped with lemon soaked cherries and slivers of almonds. I very much enjoyed it, and I can't wait to try other pizzas there. Service was pretty quick. This is located inside the Cider Corp bar, which is convenient if you'd like to sit and have some cider with your pizza.

I cant believe I haven't written a review for Myke's pizza yet! This is for sure one of my neighborhoods go to places. These pizzas are amazing, they are Neaplitian- inspired wood fired pizzas with some great toppings! The potato & bacon is one that I like to order when I have guest that into trying something untraditional. Its garlic cream, mozzarella, potatoes, bacon, gouda and rosemary. It just works, so good! My goto though is the Pineapple minus the pork roll. Its mozzarella, pineapples (YES THEY BELONG ON PIZZA), pickled jalapenos, gouda and drizzled with spicy honey. OMG so delish! I've also tried the margherita. Classic! And the pepperoni, and you cant go wrong with that!If you want pizza and tired of what's being offered, go give Mykes a try!

Myke's never fails us. I can't believe this is my first review because we have been stopping at Myke's since we moved out here when we know we need some reliable pizza. lol. Our ultimately favorite is their peach when that is in season but this time we tried their salami and the cherry seasonal pies. Both were absolutely incredible. Chewy crust, good cheese pull and well balanced toppings. The service is always top notch between them and cider corp. and the vibe is really cool in there---industrial with Americana/military aesthetic. looking forward to enjoying what else they come up with for their next seasonal pie!

We are always satisfied and delighted by this venue inside Cider Corps! Staff are extremely helpful, accommodating and kind! First time trying and so enjoying the seasonal peach pizza! Always LOVE the consistently terrific quality and tasty pizza options! Our other guests enjoyed the Margherita and salami pizzas!

This pizza spot is inside a brewery. It was pretty hard to find since there isn't a sign you can spot while driving along the street. Once you enter the brewery, Myke's Pizza is all the way in the back.Ordered the pineapple pizza to go and it was really good, I imagine even better in person. The crust looked hard on the outside but was quite fluffy inside. Didn't skimp on toppings and had a good amount of pineapple, jalapeños, and protein. I didn't really taste the spicy honey so wonder if that wasn't added on or was just really light.Can't speak much to service but they were nice and had my order ready by the time it said it would online.
