I didn't order anything this is biased off customer service and the strong strong smell of fabuloso!!! It's so was sooooooo strong. I mean it's great it's clean but it was so strong you can taste it! I went to order a smoothie the girl at the register was not friendly or helpful. It was out first and last time trying it. I ended up at a boba /ice cream place the next complex over and I'm so happy I did.

Love the boba here! The tapioca pearls are cooked perfectly. The Thai tea is always my go to but there's tons of great flavors

I got the Taro milk tea boba and was extremely happy with it. They make a lot of different types of drinks including smoothies and they have lots of flavors to choose from. Lately my go to has been taro anything and everything. The brown sugar smell was a tough second contender because you can smell it when you walk in. Aside from lack of parking, my visit was perfect!

Really enjoyed the milk tea here. The boba was soft and chewy. I got an alternative milk (oat milk) which was delicious and at an additional price. Overall very good!

TL:DR - Super solid brown sugar boba drink. Interior isn't super updated but is clean. Menu is a huge hodge podge or random flavors no one would ever get for bubble tea as well as hand written notes taped over the original menu. Store is also selling the most random snacks in front, one clearly just repackaged costco snacks. All in all, this place is far from impressive, but will scratch that boba itch in case of emergency.--------------------------------------------------------A super solid spot that makes a good, but not great bubble tea. For being west of 51 and north of 202, this place is pretty good if you're really wanting some bubble tea. Luckily for me it's also the closest. I've been to a few others near by (looking at you Milk Run) and it's my go to for a quick fix. I've only every gotten the brown sugar bubble tea, and it's very solid. Good caramel hits from the brown sugar, the boba is always consistently good. Their portion sizes are also HUGE. The regular size here is a large anywhere else, and the large size is creeping into 7-11 big gulp mug territory.The interior really matches the bubble tea in that it's fine. It's not the most updated or the most comfortable, but it's not super gross or dirty either.I will say that this is one of the most Asian mom and pop establishments though. I don't really get half of the "tea flavors" they have like toffee nut, ginger beer, or blue cotton candy. It's like the owners just got every single flavor from a food service catalog to just see what sticks. Having that many odd and clearly artificial flavorings kind of cheapens the whole thing to be honest. In addition, the menus are just covered up with hand written changes where applicable to the point where it's just a hodge podge of printed and handwritten menu items. They also sell the most random assortment of snacks. On my most recent visit, I saw that they had bought some boba mochi from costco and individually bagged them in packs of 5 for resale. While there isn't anything inherently wrong with anything in this paragraph that detracts from their bubble tea, it is a bit tacky.All in all, I'll come for one or two drinks that really hit the spot, but if I'm really wanting good bubble tea or taking someone from out of town to get bubble tea, this spot isn't it.

I love coming here all the time but when I went and Diane was at the register she was amazinnggg!! I love her energy and she helped me make a drink too thag is so amazing I have to come back and get it at the very least 5 more times! Highly recommend for all your boba needs!!

I came here with a new friend and we grabbed some boba to go due to seating being available in the shop. I got a very interesting boba tea flavor that I can't recallThe service was quick and friendly and the added punch card is a bonus. The shop was clean as well which made me feel safe with covid being present in our world.

Great drinks great prices. Love this place so much and everyone should come here. Brown sugar milk tea
