Muy Macho Mexican Grill -Food Truck

Best burrito around! Seriously! Head on over to SouthPark and find yourself in the Curiosity Shop parking lot with a few other lunchtime folks waiting for one of the best burritos from a taco truck in the city! They're super fast, the size of a football, and completely made to order! I will be the first to tell you that the "Orange Salsa" is very hot! Very hot! I don't believe they're open on the weekends so make sure to check the hours be fore you make the trip?

Haven't been to Muy Macho since they moved out of their restaurant but it's still the same I always get a wet burrito con el pastor. delicious and always a good eat I've been coming to muy macho since I was little with my dad he'd get posole and I'd get a wet burrito. Been my favorite forever, the truck is located right where the old restaurant used to be IF YOU KNOW U KNO there's parking where it is btw XD

The woman who runs this truck is the absolute sweetest. I've been going to Muy Macho for about 10 years at this point and have a hard time going anywhere else. Based on service alone, I've come to love this South Park staple. Onto the food! The food is amazing. I've never tasted something I didn't love here. Part of the magic is the salsa. I challenge you to find a habanero salsa as good at another truck. I savor the last bits from the containers for a catch all spread for my own work sandwiches. If she sold the salsas alone I think she'd make a killing. To the reviewer who is pissy about the owner and the homeless people around the truck? Cool your fucking jets with your contempt for people who have less than you and maybe if you pulled the stick out of your ass you'd get the amazing service I have for the past 10 years.

Everything is good at this taco truck. I usually get the Pollo Asado. The tacos are amazing. Their hottest salsa is some of the best I've ever had. Do not drive past this truck without stopping. You'll be back.

These guys are awesome.they used to have a restaurant but now it's a truck with awesome barbacoa and carnitas. They take cash and credit which is awesome and they are super friendly. The only complaint...i wish they had chips and pico.

Have been here several times for the mission burritos. Really nothing special. They are massive. But a really mushy, soupy bomb of greasy yet dull tasting meat, low proportion of cheese and quac. Chorizo, Al Pastor and Carnitas are the meats we have tried. The Carnitas have been like watery stew meat - not crispy at all. Al pastor is the best of these three. Bottom line is the burritos are pretty much like those from all the other South Seattle roach coaches. Giving them one extra star as they are super nice people. Oh how I yearn for Bay Area burritos in these COVID days....

Been wanting to try this place for awhile and I'm glad I did. Just got some street tacos but they were awesome! A few carnitas and shredded beef. So tasty. Lots of meat, fresh tortillas, and really good salsas. Very friendly service too, I'll be back for sure!Sry no pics, I ate em' too fast!!

Bucked a U-turn for this taco truck. Delicious veggie tacos with flavor packed spicy sauce. My BF got the Al Pastor tacos which I don't have a photo of because it's in his stomach already but he said, "I never had tacos until I had THESE tacos." Easily accessible parking lot to turn into especially heading south from the north. Nice people! Will definitely be back for more.

I've been eating here for years and love everything about them.The owner is fabulous and personable. The food is excellent and she doesn't mind customizing for your tastes not to mention the very large portions.I haven't ordered anything I didn't like, I also ate there almost every day through Covid-19.Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.

Most amazing tacos, and the hot sauces. Actually the entire menu is pretty jammin!! I always look forward to my South Park workdays love Muy macho!!!
