Music City Diner

We enjoy visiting Music City Diner, on the occasion that we are in the area. They serve delicious Greek Gyros and Greek Salads, as well as home made soup. Their pancakes are thick, fluffy, and very tasty, too.A note for our future visits: the house made corned beef hash is not bad, but not our preference, and so we should focus on other choices.

If you come on the weekend it gets VERY busy. With that being said the servers were hustling yet still attentive. We also had a 2 year old as a part of the group and they went above and beyond making him happy.They have good variety on the menu. Their pancakes were bigger than expected. Two of us got the fried chicken sandwich and it was REAL flavorful. Definitely try their homemade dessert The potatoes were under seasoned. And we had to ask to get our fries cooked more as well, which they happily accommodated.

It was my last meal in Tennessee and this was the recommendation from the locals I know in the area. It definitely has the small breakfast diner vibes but it had quite the menu. Service was spot on and very fast. Very bright lit and clean interior. I went for the corned beef hash which was a little different as it was with ham but it was delicious. My son got the make your own breakfast and I almost ate all of his biscuit and gravy it was that good lol.

A local favorite with great food and amazing cakes. There's a wait sometimes at peak breakfast and lunch times but well worth it!

Great breakfast and service was very good! Area is small but we were able to get a table fairly quick.

Came here while visiting family and it was delicious! First the diner is on the smaller side with a lil outdoor seating--when we arrived we did have to wait but what's great is they take your phone number and will give you a call when ready. So if you have to wait you can go look at shops or do something while you wait. Their menu is really vast and serves breakfast and lunch. I got the morning stack and holy smokes was it good! Biscuits topped with bacon or sausage covered in sausage gravy ana topped with the eggs of your choice. Please note the home fries are like those smaller cubed season potatoes, still really good but if you think it's regular diced potatoes or hash browns wanted to give a heads up. Also ordered an iced coffee--eveything was hot and delicious. Food came pretty quick and staff was super friendly. Highly recommend !

This is a small place with exceptional diner food. The club sandwich was one of the best I've had. Packed with ham, turkey and melted American and Swiss cheese. The bacon was crispy. I have a cup of chicken and rice soup which had huge chunks of chicken and lots of rice.This place is worth the wait if all the tables are full. The staff here are all friendly and attentive!

Good service, very quick. Pleasant waitstaff.Greek influenced food, though still very American. We had chicken and rice soup. Very good. A riff on Greek avgolemono soup without the egg yolk and lemon thickener. I would have liked that. We had a house salad and shared a grilled cheese. I asked for Swiss cheese (lactose intolerant), with tomato and bacon. Again, very good though somewhat plain. My partner had a cannoli for dessert. There were lots of scrumptious desserts on offer. Pricing was reasonable.

Andrew and I decided to give this place a shot after we noticed the Waffle House down the street was packed. We were originally looking for a quick breakfast, but Music City Diner did not disappoint! We stopped by about 11am on a Saturday morning and there was a 25 minute wait. Although, there was no wait for a table outside and we grabbed one of those. It was pretty cold for an outdoor breakfast, but we didn't have the time to wait. Overall, we had a tasty experience. Andrew ordered the Lumberjack Combo, while I ordered the Mini-Jack Combo. The food took as long as expected for how busy they were. Everything came out hot, but unfortunately it got cold pretty quickly with the high wind. The pancakes were massive! Andrew was not able to finish his food, which is rare. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Food was decent. Service was pretty good. Gets crowded on the weekends and the venue is small, so don't be surprised if there is a wait. Breakfast and lunch served all day long.
