Not your typical sushi restaurant. Interesting concept but not for the hardcore sushi lovers that want the full experience. No service staff, seat yourself, no sushi bar, order and sit down.As a 25year sushi connoisseur, the quality of the sushi was above par.The ambiance is not for date nights but perfect for local corporate quick in and outs.Serves alcohol.Priced great among other local restaurants.Staff was friendlyI would be back should I want a quick sushi meal for the price.

Lots of parking nearby that makes it easy to dine at Musashi's. Food is ordered and paid at the counter. We didn't wait for long for the food to be served. Fish is fresh.Service: 8/10Ambiance: 7/10Food: 8/10

I've heard good things about Musashi's. I tried the Wallingford location and found it wanting. However, it was during the height of the pandemic, and nothing was normal. I gave the Redmond location a try and found it wanting in another way. The fish simply wasn't very good. Not old or fishy; rather, the preparation wasn't very careful (still had tough skin where there shouldn't have been any) and the flavor was lacking. Not terrible, just meh.

Really enjoyed my meal here today. I had the Musashi and Shrimp tempura rolls and both were great. The Musashi roll was the best! When you want non-pretentious sushi at a great price, come here. Both rolls came up to 24.00 bucks. At Japonessa, you will spend 25 dollars for just 1 roll. The rolls here are large and filling. One roll could have filled me up. I had plenty of sushi to take home, which is unusual. You also get free barley tea which is a nice complement to your meal. Service was simple. Order your food at the counter and then the server brings it to you. Its a small but nice and clean spot, with simple decorations. Parking is plentiful if you park at the H-mart lot. I'm not in Redmond too much, but I will be back here whenever I come back. Highly recommend.

This is an okay place. Their food safety rating is okay from King County. Overall a decent spot for quick takeaways. Pretty sure their customers are mostly office folks who want to quickly grab the food. Service is lightning fast. The place doesn't feel super clean nor does it feel dirty. I got sushi rolls and they were kinda nice.

Musashi's is a nice little spot for high quality sushi and select Japanese dishes. The dining room is slightly bigger than cozy and doesn't have any booth seating, making it good for smaller casual hangouts. Service was very friendly and attentive for our table.

This is my favorite Musashi's; it's not crowded and it doesn't take long to receive food if you order inside and dine in. The building is newly built and the environment is modern and quiet (no music playing and chatter from other people eating inside). The presentation is good, the sushi rolls are filling, and the free barley tea paired well with the food. If you order for takeout then I suggest ordering online. The Musashi roll is my go-to!5 outta 5

huge portions for a great price! their fish is fresh and each piece of sushi is pretty big (bigger than average). the customer service is fast. i find it quite odd when places charge for togo bags so if you can bring your own bag for takeout you should!

I was surprised how good the sushi was last night. I think the highlight here is their traditional sushi offerings. I didn't care much for the miso soup (too much bacon flavor) and the rolls we ordered. but the classic sushi combo, which comes on a wooden board, is good. You get a lot of value here for a reasonable price.

Fresh, delicious, and relatively inexpensive. As a Japanese person I can't believe we haven't tried Musashi's until today. I got the Special Bento, and other family members got the Chirashi Bowl, and Dinner Nigiri Plate. The Special Bento was the best value to me, as you get yakitori chicken and beef, grilled veggies, sashimi, rice, harusame salad all for under $15. Raw fish in all of our dishes were fresh and not overly fishy iykwim. We were all amazed at the volume of good food we received for the price, too.Ordering was super easy through the Clover app or by scanning a QR code on your table, and despite there being a decent amount of people in the lobby, it all came out decently quickly. Oh, and unlimited hot tea at your table too! And since you pay when you order on your phone, after you're finished you just get up and leave. So easy!I live in Kent and TIL there's also a location there so this will definitely be in my list of regular places to dine. What a great find this was!
