Let me tell you about Munno. The reviews stated the pizza was good and the service was slow. I set my expectations accordingly -- but Munno ended up blowing me away! For started, they had a really nice patio on the side of their restaurant complete with cute string lights and nicely spaced out tables. We went on the perfect summer evening where it was a little bit breezy and paired with a glass of white wine, it was the perfect night to dine al fresco.Next, the service was actually wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and kind. They also were very quick to bring everything we ordered, and also on top of bussing the table. Everyone seemed to work as one solid team and was so sweet! And now for the best part... the pizza was truly wonderful. I haven't stopped thinking about it since I went! We split the Diavola Sbagliata and a pizza with mortadella, pistachios, and burrata that was a special that evening. I was hesitant on the Diavola pizza as I can't really handle spicy food, but I found it didn't have too much of a kick and the flavors were fantastic. I loved the crust on the pizza, too. Can't wait to return for more pizza and try some pasta, too!

Great place with outdoor dinning sitting right across the street from a park (chase Park). Although they serve high-end food and ingredients imported from Italy, it has a comfortable, somewhat casual ambiance. I always look to the specials of the day, because past selections have included ingredients at peak ripeness, and even produce from the owner's garden. Last night we began with the Limoncello Spritzer & a Faldo Negroni cocktail, and went with the waiter's favorite salad. We both ordered the Roman white pizzas and were not disappointed. We had half our pizzas wrapped to go , so that we had room for dessert. The ricotta pound cake with Apple compote & unsweetened whipped cream did not disappoint.

I stopped by here for Valentine's Day with my pizza loving girlfriend. I have passed by this place hundreds of times, but once I heard they received a Michelin bib gourmand, I figured it would be the perfect place to treat her and cross off another restaurant from the Michelin guide. Even though they have been lauded for their pasta, we came to eat a few of their many Roman style pizzas. I had my eye on the Pizza Bologna, but they informed us that they ran out due to the high demands of a Valentine's Day service. I used to work at a high volume restaurant downtown so I get it. It was still disappointing, though. They were even all out of the second pizza of my choosing. So I decided to get the diavola sbagliata while my girlfriend had the bufalina and they were both very good. Nothing mind blowing because it's an elevated pepperoni pizza, but definitely very solid. Based on the quality of the pizza I had, I'm sure that what I originally wanted would have been fantastic. I heard the pasta here is top notch so I will definitely be back to order it and the pizza I originally set my sights on.

Had a great meal here. We had the Diavola Sbagliata pizza & the ravioli with eggplant, both delicious. Service was exceptional, ask for Elliott. Also, the robiola cheesecake with amaretto caramel was divine.

We came here on a Friday night and were excited to try a local place close to where we live. It doesn't look like much from the outside and inside it's a small, casual vibe with an exposed kitchen. There is no formal bar, just a station where they make drinks. You can see the big pizza ovens and the cooks preparing the food. Very modern looking kitchen. The tables were covered in butcher paper. I guess they were going for a upscale pizza joint. We had reservations and were seated quickly. The restaurant was not very crowded but there were other tables. They gave us a menu and the selection was small. We decided to have a beer, We had not heard of any of the three beers offered but we each chose one and they were good. (see photos for names) The wine list was small as well 3 or 4 red wines. They offer several vegetarian options. We ordered an appetizer Supplì al Telefono (risotto croquettes) to split and bread to start. I ordered the Tagliatelle ai Funghi and my partner ordered the Gnocchi Salsiccia e Cavolo Nero. The bread was served with olive oil on the side and appetizer came pretty quickly after that. We enjoyed the croquettes and the bread. Our entrees came out about 15 minutes later. They both looked great. My pasta was perfectly cooked but the sauce was lacking something. It came off as waterish tasting. My partner's gnocci was overcooked and over-salted. He decided to eat it and not send it back. We even decided to try the Tiramisù and split it after dinner. It was pretty good. Overall great service, the entrees were disappointing, bread, beer and appetizer were great, We will try it again one day, maybe pizza is their thing.

Sometimes it's just meant to be.We wanted to do the pizza thing at one of our favorite places in Andersonville. It was not meant to be--so we did the phone exploration thing and found Munno. We've been to the restaurant a couple of times now. We also started our tiramisu survey here. Now. we've been to a number of restaurants, placing tiramisu orders. Our favorite? Munno. Each time, we've ordered a special salad, pizza and pasta. Didn't go wrong. Can't go wrong. This feels like a hidden gem.

Such a fantastic place!! I seriously can not believe this place isn't packed night after night!! Pizza is amazing, pasta is phenomenal & best of all service is great!! They are BYOB, forewarning, it's a $30 cork fee. You're better off drinking one of their drinks!! Highly recommend the Limoncello Spriz!

I love this little local place. Their pizza is so good and sometimes they gift things to you with your to go order. They are speedy to get orders ready. The prosciutto pizza is amazing and so is their sausage. The margarita was a pretty average.

The food was excellent! I was impressed. A bit pricey, but was expected. Ambiance inside was nice & our server was very attentive. Between 4 of us, we shared 4 pizzas and had a few pieces leftover. This place would be great for a date night!
